The hot spring water was wonderfully silky. The bath area was clean and spacious, and from the open-air bath we could see a sky full of stars—I could have stayed in forever. We only had breakfast, but it was delicious and very filling. I think this is a lovely Accommodation where you can relax and feel at ease.

We stayed here for a three-generation trip with a 4-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl. We planned Amanohashidate on the first day and Kinosaki Marine World on the second. Originally, we had planned to visit Marine World on day one and stay near it at an Accommodation without meals, but we changed our schedule to spend more time at Marine World and switched to a Plan with meals, so we chose this Facility.\nAfter check-in, we spent time in the pool until dinner. The pool was just the right size for the kids, and they had plenty of fun going back and forth between areas about 40 cm deep and about 100 cm deep.\nDinner felt a little light in portion size for an adult man. Breakfast was satisfying, with refills of rice available.\nThe building is not new, but it was well cleaned and felt very tidy overall. It was also nice that you can choose your yukata after check-in.

The quality of the Onsen, the Accommodation, and the staff was outstanding. I had wanted to visit Yunotsu Onsen for many years, and it exceeded my expectations. I will definitely try to come back again.

We stayed as a family with our pet rabbit. Every staff member welcomed us with warm smiles and kind service, and the female staff at the dining area in particular spoke to our rabbit and took lots of photos for us, so our rabbit was able to relax and feel comfortable. The meals were also filling, with fresh and luxurious boat platters of sashimi, tempura, and more. As it was a Multiple Night Stay, when we returned from going out on the second day, fresh towels, extra trash bags, and replacements such as the kettle and teacups had been prepared for us, which we truly appreciated. We were also very grateful that there was no time limit for bathing. The Onsen left our skin smooth and silky, and even after returning home my skin continued to feel great. There happened to be the Shirarahama Fireworks Festival during our stay, and they kindly told us how to get to the venue as well as good viewing spots, which was very helpful. Since there are only a limited number of Accommodation where you can stay with a rabbit, we’re really glad we found such a wonderful place. We would love to stay again.

I was able to fully relax and heal my exhausted body after caregiving. Thank you for taking care of me. I felt the food was a little strongly seasoned, but I finished everything! It was a very good rest. I look forward to staying with you again.

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.

This was our first stay here. We spent our family summer vacation here. The kids enjoyed the pool, each chose what they liked at the buffet, and we all had a great time in the spacious Onsen. As parents, we were also able to relax and take it easy. All of the Hotel staff were truly kind. When I emailed with questions before our stay, they replied politely, and during our stay they greeted us with smiles whenever we passed by, which made our time very pleasant. Even while dining at the buffet, their attentive service made us feel comfortable and able to enjoy our meal with peace of mind. The scenery was beautiful and gave a wonderful sense of openness. The Room was also thoroughly cleaned and spotless, which we really appreciated. We would love to stay again.

We were very satisfied last time, so we stayed again with three generations of our family. The meals were delicious, the renovated Room was clean with a great view, and we were able to relax in the Onsen and feel refreshed. All the staff were kind, and we also enjoyed bowling.

As I was traveling without a car, easy access from the station was essential. The deciding factors for my stay at this Hotel were the shuttle bus service and the excellent Reviews of the Onsen. My Room was on a high floor with a great view, and I was truly impressed by the scenery from the window! The free-flowing natural hot spring water was also wonderful. Dinner was kaiseki plus a half buffet, and they kindly accommodated changes for ingredients I can’t eat. I honestly didn’t expect much from the Sansa Odori show, but it was thoughtfully put together—and I ended up completely captivated. It was fantastic. I even bought a Sansa Odori tenugui towel in town... One disappointing point: I don’t think the steam sauna was turned on. Please check!

I traveled to Tottori to see a friend from junior high school, and stayed at Hakusen, which my friend recommended. The meals and the hospitality were extremely satisfying, but I felt embarrassed because the bath was clearly visible from outside. The curtain only closed about one-third, and while you could say no one was really watching, I ended up making eye contact more than once. Other than that, it was great.

We stayed here to celebrate my mother’s full recovery from illness. Even though it was a last-minute request, you kindly arranged flowers for us and even gave us a special gift. Thanks to your exceptional hospitality, we had a truly wonderful time.

We stayed in a detached annex. The website said “indoor bath type,” and there were no photos, so we expected a regular bath—but it pleasantly exceeded our expectations. I really think you should post photos of that bath on the website! We originally planned to use the open-air bath, but ended up using the in-room bath the whole time (lol). Also, I believe it was fully booked, yet while we were in our Room we couldn’t hear any voices or noise from other guests at all. You can definitely feel its age, but as a Ryokan it had everything we were looking for. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and very generous in portion size. In particular, I made a Reservation for the half steamed chicken at dinner and it was quite an experience (in a good way). From the website photos I (wrongly) imagined a bone-in thigh, but it truly was “half.” It was very tasty, but you’ll need to save room in your stomach (especially women). When we asked, they even prepared the leftover steamed chicken so we could eat it in our Room! All staff members were wonderful—everyone was pleasant and welcoming. This quiet mountain Ryokan fulfilled everything I wanted: simply enjoying the Onsen and great food. Thank you very much.

One of my recent pleasures has been traveling during summer vacation with my daughter and grandchild. This year, we chose Kinosaki Marine World. The Accommodation was naturally Kinparo. For two days, we had unlimited entry and re-entry. That was very helpful. We enjoyed the attractions too—like the dolphin trainer experience—and had fun like kids again. Of course, my 6-year-old grandchild was thrilled as well. The meals and the Onsen were great. However, there is room for improvement in the children’s menu. Kids have sharp taste buds. Extra French fries would have been better. It’s similar everywhere, but meals for children are often disappointing. Other than that, everything was comfortable. All three generations had a wonderful time together.

Although our trip was rainy, the staff kindly came to the parking lot with an umbrella to welcome us as soon as we arrived at the Accommodation. After that, everyone continued to treat us gently with warm smiles at all times, making it one of our favorite travel memories. The Onsen temperature was just right, and I ended up soaking for about an hour... Dinner was delicious, but breakfast was even better—an amazing variety and great flavors. We felt happy and completely full from the morning! It’s an Accommodation we would definitely love to visit again!

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days on a solo travel Plan, combining it with work. The best part was the meals. The sashimi and the Western-style dishes the next day were wonderfully varied, and I was very satisfied. I was also very pleased with the staff’s attentiveness. However, due to my work needs, I preferred a Room with an additional separate space, and I truly appreciated that you kindly accommodated my request by changing it for an additional fee. I think this is a very good Hotel. I will stay again. Thank you.

I stayed for one night with my elderly mother and siblings. The Room felt a bit dated, but it was spacious, the beds were large, and the bathroom had a view of the sea, making it very comfortable. The only downside was that the mattress on the extra bed was thin and slightly uncomfortable. I would love to stay here again when visiting Maizuru. Thank you!

I knew it was directly connected to the station, but I was a bit worried because there’s no parking. However, there was an available parking lot about a 1-minute walk away, so it worked out fine. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant—they recommended a ReFa hair dryer and offered complimentary coffee, and I really appreciated those small, thoughtful gestures. It didn’t feel brand-new, but it was clean enough. Since the non-smoking rooms were fully booked, I stayed in a smoking room, but the smell bothered me much less than expected. In the morning, when I opened the curtains, the ocean-side view was beautiful and refreshing. I’d like to stay here again.

Because it was a three-day weekend right at the start of summer vacation, it ended up a little over our original budget—but we wanted to stay here so badly that we made the Reservation anyway. And once we actually stayed… it was worth every yen—no, even more than that. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The location was even better than expected: right in front of us were white sand and a blue sea. There were quite a few families and international guests, but at night it was very quiet. You can head straight to the beach from the Hotel, and everything was thoughtfully prepared—dedicated beach sandals, a washing machine, towels, and more. I also really appreciated that when you take off your slippers there, you can place them neatly into a shoe box labeled with your Room name—something I found especially reassuring as someone who’s a bit particular about cleanliness. The Room was truly spacious, spotless, and very functional. Everything felt refined from corner to corner—the washbasin, furnishings, wall colors, decorations—all beautifully coordinated and calming. A small detail, but the loungewear fabric was very soft and had buttons so it stayed in place comfortably. The semi-open-air bath in the guest room had excellent water quality and temperature. Being able to soak slowly while looking out at the ocean—with no insects flying around—was pure bliss. We enjoyed our in-room meals while chatting pleasantly with our attendant; everything was delicious. The simmered whole kinmedai (splendid alfonsino) was especially impressive—large and full of flavor—truly “this is Izu!” That said, personally I would have preferred beef as steak (even a small portion) rather than chilled shabu-shabu wrapped with vegetables. If many guests are older adults, it would be great if there were an option available even with an additional charge. Breakfast included many dishes as well—I ended up eating quite a lot first thing in the morning! Overall this Accommodation deserves high marks across the board; if I had to be strictly critical, dinner alone could have felt slightly more luxurious or surprising—something that makes you think “This is exceptional—I’ve never tasted anything like it.” Even so, it was such a wonderful Accommodation that I absolutely want to return again next year. Like many Hotels, having only two elevators can feel inconvenient during busy times. Even if you want to take the stairs for health reasons, the doors are closed, so it seems they are not recommended and you end up spending time looking for them. Breakfast was delicious. The salad was placed at the very back, after the rice and drinks; if possible, I would prefer it to be at the beginning or at the end of the line, since I plan my portions. Overall, I had a comfortable stay with no major issues.

I wanted to let my grandchildren swim in the ocean for the first time, so after looking around, we chose this Hotel. The sea was very beautiful, and there was also a pool, which was great! There was an indoor play area as well, and my grandchildren seemed very satisfied. We had buffet meals for two days, and the dishes varied a little each day, so we never got bored and enjoyed everything. The only disappointment about the bath was that there was no open-air bath, and the water was quite hot, so we couldn’t relax for long. We were a large group and may have been noisy, but all of the staff were very kind and treated us warmly—thank you so much. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay, and both adults and children were very satisfied.
