A clean and well-maintained Hotel with an excellent location and easy access from the station. With restaurants and convenience stores nearby, you won’t have any trouble finding what you need. The shampoo and other amenities in the bath dispense a bit poorly.

I stayed here last year and loved it, so I decided to visit again. The Room is simple yet comfortable, with a unique design not often seen elsewhere. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and the spacious bath feels like home, allowing you to relax without worrying about water splashing around. The sink is an extension of the counter inside the Room—an uncommon but very convenient feature. The bed is wide and offers excellent comfort for a good night's sleep. Even with a no-breakfast Plan, complimentary coffee and non-alcoholic drinks are available in the front floor area, which is much appreciated. The TV is internet-based, so regular broadcasts aren't available. While this might be disappointing for avid TV watchers, you can still watch some current shows on YouTube or other platforms without much inconvenience. Parking is available at ground level behind the building with an entrance there as well—very convenient. The front floor has sofas for waiting or meeting up with others and features seasonal decorations that add charm to your stay. Although I didn't use it myself, there’s also a coin laundry facility available. The staff left a positive impression as well!

Stayed again. I use it for work and meetings with clients. As before, it’s a Hotel located in a love hotel district, but the Room is spacious and the bed is large, so you can sleep comfortably and relax. Dinner is included, but unfortunately prices have gone up and more menu items now require an additional fee, which was unexpected. The Room also has internet access, making it convenient for work, and overall it’s a comfortable stay.

A 3-minute walk to the station and a 6-minute walk to AEON Tokoname. It’s also just one stop from the airport.\nAlthough we stayed for one night, parking was inexpensive because it wasn’t peak season—1,500 yen for five nights.\nI think this Hotel can be used differently from those adjacent to Centrair.\nThe Room was spacious and clean.\nWe appreciated the staff’s courteous service.\nBreakfast is provided as a complimentary service.\nBy the way, there was a shuttle bus from the station to downtown Tokoname.

It’s a casual Hotel, but the staff were very kind and it was a great place to stay. Since no larger Room was available, we expected it, but it was still disappointing that the Room felt cramped for two people and we couldn’t spread out our luggage, and the bathroom was also too tight to use comfortably. Stopping by an Onsen instead was the right choice. Still, everything was thoroughly cleaned, and the staff at the neighboring restaurant were also cheerful and kind, which made our stay pleasant.

This villa resort was a place I had always wanted to stay at, and this summer my wish finally came true.\nAs soon as we parked, the staff greeted us by name before we even introduced ourselves.\nWe completed check-in while enjoying a welcome drink and fruit, then headed to our Room.\nSeeing the view in person—one I had only seen in photos—was truly moving.\nBoth the BBQ dinner and breakfast were excellent.\nSince this trip also celebrated my partner’s new job, I emailed to request a surprise dessert plate, and I’m very grateful for their thoughtful assistance.\nI’m so glad we stayed here—it became a once-in-a-lifetime memory.\nI hope to return again someday if I have the chance.

I had a very comfortable stay for 3 nights and 4 days. It was close to the station, and the Room and large public bath were clean. The toilet and washbasin area were separate, and the pajamas were the type with pants. I could feel thoughtful attention to detail everywhere. Thank you very much.

The Room is clean, compact yet functional. The large public bath is also great. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety, and I ended up eating too much. It’s also convenient to have a convenience store right in front. If I had to mention one thing, the building is long horizontally, so it’s a bit of a walk to the Room.

Upon arrival, we were guided by a cart to our Room while still in the car, and the check-in process and explanations were handled smoothly and efficiently. We took a walk before dinner, and when we entered the main building, it was a wonderful place with great atmosphere, where we enjoyed a very delicious dinner. I felt it was great to be able to spend such a relaxing time with my wife.

I stayed here during a typhoon due to work and other commitments. I am truly grateful for the staff’s thoughtful care. The Room was spacious, and I enjoyed using the washer and dryer; the bathroom was also clean, and I had a great time. The meals were delicious. The drinks were delicious as well. I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of Yokosuka, and thanks to the staff’s smiles and considerate support, I felt very at ease throughout my stay. I often stay in Tokyo for work, but compared with overpriced Hotels that feel superficial, this Accommodation offered excellent service, which made me very happy. I’m also grateful for the thoughtful attention from the staff at the drink counter. I will visit again. Thank you very much.

Upon arrival, your son—nearly three years old now—welcomed us with a cheerful “Welcome.” His slightly shy expression was so adorable that it instantly brought a smile to our faces. Having known him since he was a baby, seeing him again each year is one of the reasons we keep coming back. This time we stayed in the Room “Hagoromo.” From the spacious veranda, we could lie back at night and gaze up at a sky full of stars. Spending time there in the pleasant evening breeze, pleasantly tipsy after dinner and drinks, felt like pure luxury. The cuisine was a summer herbal course. The mousse-like sauce made with herbal broth had a distinctive depth of flavor—I couldn’t resist asking for a spoon and enjoyed every last drop. The tomato simmered in herbal broth and served chilled also had more of a Western touch than before, making it an elegant and refreshing dish. The happy-hour herbal-syrup frappe was perfect for cooling down after our walk; it felt truly reviving. The morning coffee also tasted exceptional, so I asked about it and learned they use rare peaberry beans. Because only one bean develops instead of the usual two, the flavor is said to be more concentrated—and I was told the owner carefully roasts them from green beans himself. I was deeply impressed to see the same sincere dedication found in their herbal cuisine reflected in their coffee as well. Once again during our meal, the proprietress spoke with us warmly by our side. I started writing Reviews after last year’s visit, and looking back, I realized that Accommodations I rated highly always shared one thing: heartfelt hospitality with true attention to detail. This Accommodation embodies that better than anywhere else—and I feel that even more strongly now.

I stayed here on a solo trip. When I arrived at the Accommodation, Lake Matsubara spread out right in front of me, and I spent time relaxing while enjoying the view from the window. The Room was very clean, spacious, and quiet, so I was able to unwind comfortably. The bath was spotless as well, which was great. The food was delicious, and I could really feel the care put into each dish. Even the plates were stylish and beautiful to look at. The tomato juice in the refrigerator was incredibly tasty. I was deeply impressed by how strongly the staff want guests to get to know this town—something I felt in many ways through their service and cuisine. I would love to stay again. We stayed here with our dog. Above all, we were impressed by how spotless the villa was. The interior was carefully cleaned down to every corner, with no dust at all, so we could let our dog relax and roam freely with complete peace of mind. Not only the inside, but also the pool and lawn were beautifully maintained—the grass was clean enough for people to walk on barefoot. We were truly amazed at how impeccably kept it was as an Accommodation for guests traveling with dogs. From before our stay, we received very thoughtful emails, and throughout our visit we could feel the owner’s wonderful personality and hospitality in so many ways. Due to a typhoon, we had to give up one night of our originally planned two-night stay, but they handled everything very kindly and even extended both our check-in and check-out times for the remaining stay. Thanks to that, we were able to stay longer than expected and relax at a leisurely pace. At farewell, they even gave us a small gift—we were touched by their warm hospitality until the very end. The location is also excellent: convenience stores and the beach are nearby, and “Banya,” where you can enjoy delicious Kujukuri seafood together with your dog, is also close. The area is very quiet, so we could unwind at night as well. As a destination for traveling with a dog, it’s rare to find somewhere this safe and comfortable. It was truly a wonderful villa that made us want to come back again—definitely a repeat visit!

We stayed at Calm. From the moment we arrived, the kids let out a huge cheer when they saw the pool. Even between sightseeing and tours, as soon as we came back they jumped straight into the pool and had a blast. Even on departure day, they were able to play in the pool right up until the last minute, so we were glad we could enjoy it to the very end. The sauna is set at a lower temperature, so it’s more for gently warming up. Because the pool is quite deep, our kids (around 120 cm tall) couldn’t touch the bottom, which made it thrilling and fun for them (though parents can’t take their eyes off them). It was also very helpful that you lent us swim rings. On top of that, you gave them a turtle plush toy as a gift—they were absolutely delighted. Thank you very much. The location was excellent as well—easy access to nearby attractions such as Motobu Genki Village, the port used as a meeting point for snorkeling tours, and Fukugi Tree Road. On departure day we woke up early and took a walk along Fukugi Tree Road while there were still hardly any people around. We continued on foot to Bise Beach—it was truly beautiful, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. An early-morning walk along Fukugi Tree Road is highly recommended. All of the staff were very pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay throughout. If I had to mention one thing that stood out, it would be the bathroom layout. In our Room this time, the bathroom was on the second floor, so after swimming we had to go upstairs each time; going back and forth was slightly inconvenient for adults. However, it seems other villa types have both bathroom and toilet on the first floor, so next time we’d love to stay in one of those. We stayed for two nights this time; since you can enjoy both the pool and local sightseeing at a relaxed pace here, I recommend a Multiple Night Stay. Breakfast was delivered at 8:00 and was delicious. We had been told that spicy sauce for taco rice would be served separately; however, it came already poured over it this time so our child couldn’t eat it. On our first night we also ordered shabu-shabu catering—it was excellent—and even with two kids plus two adults (four of us), three servings were more than enough to leave us full. You also lent us an astronomical telescope; unfortunately we couldn’t figure out how to use it well this time. Next visit we'd love to look at stars while getting some guidance from you. Both kids and adults had an amazing two days. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much.

We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with 7 adults and one small dog. With toilets on both the first and second floors, even our elderly family members were able to stay comfortably. The property was well maintained overall and very clean, and the kitchen—especially the sink area—was particularly convenient to use. Tsuruya Miyota Store is a 4-minute drive away; by avoiding the peak crowds during a three-day weekend, we went grocery shopping easily and cooked dinner ourselves on both nights. While it’s a bit away from central Karuizawa, more new and lovely shops have been opening nearby, so we think it’s a great area to relax at a slower pace while avoiding traffic. Cooking is done on an electric IH cooktop, but as it gets colder in the coming season, it would be nice to have a tabletop cassette stove and hot pot set available. It was a wonderful dog-friendly place that we’d love to visit again!

It was conveniently located near the airport and easy to access. There is also parking available, so it’s reassuring if you’re traveling by car. I was worried about finding somewhere for dinner, but there were restaurants and a convenience store nearby, which was great.

This was a wonderful Accommodation where we could enjoy meals, a campfire, a sauna, and an open-air bath with the family—and also spend quiet, unhurried time alone when we wanted. Being able to experience something out of the ordinary in nature was truly the best. I’d been worn down by constant busyness, but here I could simply take things slowly, and both my body and mind felt deeply refreshed. The space is very spacious, which was great because even with a large family, everyone could relax comfortably in their own way. The meals were also genuinely delicious, letting the quality of the ingredients shine through. The Facility, dining, and hospitality—everything made for a thoroughly satisfying stay. Unfortunately it rained during our stay, but the atmosphere and design were outstanding and blended beautifully with the surrounding natural environment, so we still enjoyed ourselves even in the rain. Next time, I’d love to visit on a sunny day as well.

We stayed with two families. We enjoyed a BBQ on the terrace while watching the sunset, and the private pool was stocked with life jackets, swim rings, and more—our kids were completely absorbed for hours. It was our nephew’s birthday, so we celebrated with a surprise cake and made wonderful memories. After the excited kids fell asleep, we lay back on the terrace chairs to gaze at the stars and enjoyed a luxurious adults-only time with drinks. The view from the Room was also fantastic. The sea was rough during our stay, so it was a rare and impressive sight to see huge waves crashing against the rocks and sending up massive sprays. We definitely want to stay again.

Unfortunately, we had a thunderstorm on the day of our stay, but we truly appreciated your nighttime safety check and your thoughtful gesture the next day. We were able to fully enjoy the pool and sauna. We were very satisfied! The Room was very clean, and our family enjoyed watching a movie on the projector. We want to come every year! Thank you again, and we look forward to staying with you again.

While looking for a place where our family could relax while my mother recuperated, we discovered Sansui Niseko. In the end, we enjoyed an even more soothing stay than we had hoped for. They were very considerate of my mother’s legs, and although everything was close by, they kindly drove us to meals and even to the lift station, which was truly helpful. We are sincerely grateful for such thoughtful care. The Hotel is equipped with the latest Facility features and was extremely comfortable. The bed in particular was wonderfully plush—I fell into a deep sleep in no time, and thanks to the restful nights, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. The Onsen was also outstanding. My skin felt silky smooth as if I were soaking in a beauty serum, and I could genuinely feel my energy returning. It was a luxurious moment that washed away all travel fatigue. The staff also shared stories about the “UCI Gran Fondo World Championships” held in Niseko, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Surrounded by Niseko’s magnificent scenery and rich nature, we were able to spend an exceptionally pleasant time at the Hotel. Above all, seeing how lively and confident the team is in this wonderfully international area gave us energy as well. It was a stay where we truly felt warm hospitality beyond any script or manual. For anyone seeking healing nature, superb Onsen baths, deep sleep with comfortable amenities, and heartfelt service throughout their stay, this is an Accommodation I can wholeheartedly recommend. When we visit Niseko again, I would love to stay at Sansui Niseko once more via IKYU.
