No matter when you stay, the thorough cleaning makes it a comfortable place to spend time. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you won’t have any trouble, and BBQ tools are also provided. When we met the staff at the gate at checkout, they kindly saw us off, and we felt great until the very end—we’d love to stay again!

I thought breakfast would be a seafood rice bowl, but it was a make-your-own seafood bowl! There were plenty of toppings laid out right in front of me, making it a fun meal to start the day. The Room was also clean and relaxing. This is a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

I stayed for one night on March 29. I chose March because it was just before the spiny lobster fishing ban. This time I booked a luxurious spa Plan, so it was pricey, but it was absolutely worth the cost. The cuisine, spa, Onsen, Room Facilities, and service were all top-tier. As expected from HIRAMATSU, every dish was delicious. The dish made with the spiny lobster head felt a bit heavy for me, but everything else was perfect. The spiny lobster bisque at breakfast was outstanding. The bread and butter at both dinner and breakfast were also excellent. The spa was wonderful—comparable to the Mandarin Hotel’s spa. The Onsen and Room Facilities were also superb; there is nothing to complain about. Service from the manager, head chef, staff, and spa team was flawless. I’d like to return next year during abalone season. I recommend avoiding weekends at the end of March. That’s when F1 Japanese Grand Prix qualifying and the race are held at Suzuka, so Nagoya Station gets extremely crowded and nearby roads are heavily congested. On top of that, Ise Jingu Naiku Shrine was also packed due to a yokozuna dedication sumo event—but I consider it a good experience overall.

Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and we were very satisfied. Everyone I traveled with agreed it was delicious and finished every bite. The staff were courteous, and we had a wonderful time with friends I hadn’t seen in a while. Thank you very much.

Whenever I visit Osaka, I stay at this Hotel. This time, I noticed that the table in the Room was smaller than before, and the shower was a bit harder to use than it used to be. However, being able to make a Reservation for parking gives me peace of mind, and it’s a Hotel where I can stay comfortably. I’m always grateful that when I have a Multiple Night Stay, you provide amenities for the full number of nights. Thank you very much—I’d like to stay here again when I’m in Osaka.

My wife had long wanted to stay at this Hotel, so we were glad we could make a Reservation this time. The Room was beautifully maintained, and we had a very comfortable stay. We also appreciate your kind guidance about the breakfast option, which we hadn’t planned on— the portion size was just right. It’s close to Ichikawa Station, and it has become one of the Hotels we would definitely like to use again.

We chose the assigned Room, and it was spacious and very comfortable. The staff were extremely courteous, offering us drinks and even taking photos for us after checkout, which made us feel truly welcomed. As part of the Accommodation was under renovation, they apologized for any inconvenience and even gave us some sweets. We would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed overnight to visit Huis Ten Bosch. From the morning of check-in, we were able to park our car and have our luggage stored. There was a dedicated gate for Hotel Nikko, and the entrance/exit was close, which was very convenient. In the evening, we returned to our Room once to take a break, then went back to Huis Ten Bosch again. After returning tired after the park closed, the large public bath helped us relax and felt great. Breakfast was also very delicious, just as expected.

The location was convenient from the station, set just off the main road, and it was quiet at night. The Room had a stylish interior and was very clean. Above all, the staff’s smiles and service were outstanding. In the evening, we made a Reservation for the buffet. It was so delicious that we were truly impressed. The food was carefully prepared and beautifully presented. The tables were well spaced, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. Breakfast was also delicious—we ate a lot! I’ve stayed in many places in Tokyo, but this one was my favorite overall for value for money, service, and food. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to Tokyo. Thank you very much.

I stayed here every time I traveled to Kobe on business. The location, room, and service are among the best of any Hotel in this area. At my last check-in, a staff member kindly spoke to me, which truly moved me. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

This was our first visit. I saw my mother, who usually never asks for seconds, get another serving of rice for the first time. The food was truly delicious. Not only the cuisine, but also the heartfelt service made us very happy, and we were able to spend a wonderful time. My mother immediately started planning our next trip, saying, “Next time I want to bring the whole family.” We visit Ise Grand Shrine every year, so we would love to stay with you again next year. Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

As the hot summer was coming to an end, I wanted to visit cool Hokkaido, so I chose a Hokkaido Hotel listed on IKYU and stayed for two nights. It was a wonderful Hotel—tasteful and refined, yet not overly formal—so I was able to relax and unwind over three days. The Onsen was a rare plant-based moor Onsen that felt great on the skin and deeply soothing. Using it as a day trip costs 2,000 yen per visit, but I enjoyed five baths during my stay. As a coffee lover, I was especially happy that there was always a machine available to brew delicious coffee, and I refilled many times. Free vinegar drinks were also provided and were perfect after bathing. There was also a free ice machine near the baths. The parking lot was very spacious, so we had no trouble parking our rental car. When leaving, the airport direct bus stop was right in front of the Hotel, making it easy to board while keeping an eye on the time. Since we booked a Multiple Night Stay discount rate, there was no Room cleaning during the stay, but it wasn’t an issue at all. We chose a Plan with breakfast included: you can select from Western-style breakfast, Japanese breakfast, or soup curry, plus there is a buffet with salads, fruit, drinks, and more—making it feel truly indulgent. Having breakfast while enjoying greenery in the dining room on the first floor overlooking the garden made our holiday mornings especially pleasant. The only inconvenience is that dinner is limited to course meals; if you prefer something light you’ll need to eat out—but without a rental car most restaurants are quite far away. (That said, this is also why the location is surrounded by lush greenery.) Similarly, getting around for sightseeing without a rental car can be inconvenient. The station is also some distance away (about 15 minutes on foot?), and the walk there isn’t very interesting. The “Deai no Komichi” path beside the Hotel was lovely for a short stroll. A short walk from the Hotel led us to a nice cake shop where you can eat in as well. The cakes sold at the shop inside the Hotel were authentic hotel-quality pastries; we bought them twice and enjoyed them in our Room with free coffee. The bread sold there also seems very popular—by evening it was almost sold out. Overall we had a very satisfying stay at this Hotel life experience—and I’d love to return again.

I considered an Accommodation on the Nagara River because I wanted to show my daughter cormorant fishing. An Onsen Accommodation would have been nice, but we wanted a buffet-style meal, so we chose this Hotel. It was an extremely hot day, and the moment we stepped into the Hotel, the cool air revived us. As a Diamond member benefit, I was happy to receive a one-drink service in the first-floor lounge. The Room we were assigned was on a high floor with a great view, and it was spotless—truly impressive. The dinner buffet isn’t in a huge restaurant, but the quality of the dishes served was excellent, and we enjoyed everything. Drink prices were reasonable for a Hotel, and since it was before cormorant fishing, my daughter and I each enjoyed one drink. We used taxis for round-trip transportation to the cormorant fishing site, which made it very comfortable. Even though it was hot that day, there was a pleasant river breeze, and it helped us forget the daytime heat for a while. Because the river level was low, it seems they didn’t actually catch many ayu, but being able to see energetic cormorants up close made it a great experience. At breakfast, there were many inbound guests early on, but they cleared out quickly, so we were able to eat in peace. The well-known ayu rice porridge was delicious—I went back for seconds several times. The selection of dishes also reflected local flavors well, with various Gifu specialties, which I appreciated. For morning fruit there were oranges, pineapple, and lychees; I’d be happier if there were a few more options. I liked the selection at the shop as well. If I had one request, I would truly appreciate Shuttle Service from the station to the Hotel. As expected of an established Hotel with history behind it, my daughter and I enjoyed an elegant stay. You can warm up thoroughly in the sauna, cool down properly in the cold bath, and fully relax in the recovery area. In addition, amenities are well stocked, including toothbrushes, razors, body scrub towels, salt candies, an ultra-cold water dispenser, and ice. The Room is spacious with a great view—very satisfying.

The eel rice is made to order, and it was even more delicious than expected—I was very satisfied. Even though I was full, I tried the pho as well, and it was also authentic and very tasty. When I visit Nagoya, I’d like to make this my regular Accommodation!

Thank you for taking care of us on our family trip. Check-in while enjoying a welcome drink was a nice touch, and the Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There were two bathing options: a free open-air bath and a large public bath, and we could even see Mt. Fuji from the large public bath. Dinner was delicious across the board; although we were full by the end of the meal, the house specialty “Izu Mabushi” was light and refreshing, so we enjoyed it easily. Breakfast featured a variety of side dishes served in small portions on multiple small plates—beautifully presented, and every dish was tasty. The staff were also very pleasant and welcoming, which made our stay even better. We would love to come again. Thank you very much.

This Hotel is surrounded by lush greenery and has a wonderfully calm atmosphere. Time seemed to pass more slowly, and I was able to relax and unwind, forgetting about everyday life. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, and their warm welcome left a lasting impression. I would definitely like to stay here again. Hearing healing music coming from within the pool felt truly mystical—it was a first-time experience unlike anything I’ve had before. It perfectly matched the Hotel’s ambiance, and I had a wonderful time.

Now in my 40s and with my parents in their 70s, I stayed here for a special parent-and-child trip. Unfortunately, it rained, but in the end we had an extremely satisfying stay. The sense of history, the tasteful architecture and furnishings, the staff’s hospitality, the wonderful meals (we dined at Le Trianon for both dinner and breakfast), and the cleanliness of the large public bath—plus the stunning view from the open-air bath—were all outstanding. My parents were truly delighted as well. In particular, Le Trianon’s breakfast course was the best we have ever had on any trip! Each dish—from the egg dishes to the smoothies—was carefully explained to us, making it a memorable experience (I was especially impressed that they used eggs from my hometown). Recently I stayed at newer luxury hotels in Karuizawa and Atami in a similar price range to this Hotel, but this historic Hotel clearly stands apart in terms of service and atmosphere. I hope to return with my family someday. Thank you very much.

We stayed for a Multiple Night Stay in August, and everything was outstanding! First, the food: starting with peach soup with lobster on the first day, followed by artistically beautiful and delicate dishes. On the second day as well, from the prosciutto and Shine Muscat appetizer to char, wood-fired lamb… everything was perfect through dessert—we truly enjoyed every bite. The garden is spacious and beautifully maintained, with wonderful views. The open-air rock bath was amazing. The Room was also spacious and spotless, allowing us to relax at our own pace—it was pure bliss. The staff’s greetings were warm and pleasant, and this is an Accommodation we definitely want to return to. Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

We stayed here to celebrate his birthday. I had long dreamed of visiting this Accommodation, so I was truly looking forward to it—and the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. Personally, I’m not usually comfortable with the atmosphere of a traditional Ryokan, but Hanamurasaki pleasantly changed that impression. The Room was a refined, modern space, yet it also felt warmly relaxing. Even down to the amenities and small details, everything matched a contemporary sense of comfort while still offering the calmness and attentiveness unique to a Ryokan. Above all, the view from our Room was breathtaking. Watching the scenery slowly change over time—accompanied only by insects chirping and the sounds of wind and water—felt incredibly luxurious. I even forgot about my smartphone entirely and was able to savor unhurried time and conversation, which became a cherished memory. The in-room Onsen was also wonderful: an unexpectedly spacious bath with an exceptional sense of openness. From soaking while taking in the view to simply enjoying the moment, it truly felt like pure indulgence. Dinner was served as a course meal, enjoyable not only for its flavors but also for its beautiful tableware and presentation. We could fully appreciate local tastes and seasonal touches, and we were very satisfied. Thank you as well for kindly accommodating ingredients I don’t eat. Another highlight was the hospitality from all of the staff. It never felt excessive—always natural—yet their thoughtful attention could be felt throughout our stay. Beyond the sophisticated space and cuisine, I believe this Accommodation’s greatest charm is also its human warmth. A modern, polished setting combined with warmth that only a Ryokan can offer—the two coexisted so comfortably that “a place where you can experience a new value in what a Ryokan can be” felt like exactly the right description. This trip was chosen to celebrate his birthday, but before I knew it I had completely fallen in love with Hanamurasaki (laugh). I’m truly glad we chose it for such an important occasion. Thank you for such a wonderful stay beyond expectations. It has become an Accommodation we’ll treasure—and one we’d love to return to in another season.
