I was just staying, so I don't think I have the right to say anything, but the reception and service were handled by foreigners. I think they provided service even better than Japanese people! Thank you very much! No meals, standard amenities, no large public bath. No issues in various respects.

We stayed as a family of five. It is in a quiet area near the Kyoto Imperial Palace, so we were able to relax. There was a private courtyard, and the view was lovely. Since there were five of us, it felt a bit cramped once three futons were laid out in the tatami room, but considering the price, we were able to stay at a very reasonable rate. We would like to stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

Breakfast is served buffet-style and offers excellent value for money. Free drinks are also available, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. I’d definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

The private room is spacious enough for a bed and unpacking, with large windows that let in plenty of light. The simplicity of the room felt refreshing. There is space for a large suitcase, additional storage areas, shelves above eye level, and below them are a TV, refrigerator, and trash bin. While there are no amenities such as yukata or pajamas or even tissues provided, the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. For me, it was sufficient accommodation at this price point. The flooring felt slightly rough but was easily cleaned with my own wet wipes. Handwritten guides in English and Korean were placed around the accommodation, creating a friendly atmosphere. Due to time constraints, I couldn't use the bath but used one of the shower rooms located on floors 1–3 instead. The changing area was spacious and clean as well as the shower itself—very comfortable overall. I stayed for one night from Saturday afternoon check-in until early Sunday morning after returning late at night by train; it was completely quiet throughout my stay allowing me to sleep soundly without any disturbances. Due to a chronic illness, I visit Tokyo Women's Medical University in Wakamatsu-Kawada. On days with early appointments, I have stayed here several times to avoid the morning rush hour in Tokyo. It’s just one station away or about 1,500 yen by taxi to Wakamatsu-Kawada, which is very convenient for my condition. Despite being close to Kabukicho in the neighboring area, it feels surprisingly safe here. The Room is spacious enough for one person and comes with all basic amenities. The microwave is particularly handy. I’ve never had any complaints about cleanliness either. All the front desk staff I've interacted with so far have been foreigners who speak polite and fluent Japanese. They likely speak their native language, English (as their first foreign language), and Japanese (as their second foreign language), which shows how hardworking they are!

Stayed during a trip to OKNW after several years. Chose this accommodation because I wanted to enjoy "GOURMET" and "souvenirs" while staying at a relatively affordable price. The cozy guest room allowed me to relax, and as a guest, I could purchase discounted tickets for the "Rikkarikka Yu" bathhouse, where I also enjoyed relaxing!

Locals say the food is delicious, so they use the large banquet hall for parties. After enjoying the Onsen and having breakfast, I was satisfied. It tends to be used more by men. Tea is placed in the hallway rather than in the Room.

We stayed during the New Year holidays with our Shiba Inu and family. Renting the entire cottage was very relaxing, and the beds were comfortable, allowing us to unwind. The private dog run was a great feature, and despite the freezing weather, our Shiba Inu seemed to enjoy it immensely. The staff were all kind and responsive, which enhanced our overall comfort. If there is a minor inconvenience, it would be that having a combined shower and toilet can be less convenient for larger groups. While having a jacuzzi and sauna is excellent, their location away from the shower room and adjacent to the dining area made them slightly less accessible. It was very dark at night, so bedside lamps or footlights would have been helpful. Since it was a family trip during New Year's holidays, we did notice that terrestrial TV channels were unavailable—a small disappointment for us. However, the meals were delicious! The Room was very comfortable; even in extreme cold weather conditions, we stayed warm throughout our visit in this lovely cottage where we could relax with our dog easily. We look forward to visiting again during another season!

I stayed on a weekday. There was no wait at reception, and I was able to go to my Room smoothly. The Room is old, but it was properly cleaned and tidy. Amenities in each Room were limited to a toothbrush, towels, and a yukata, but there seemed to be more available in the Onsen changing room. Wi-Fi works, but when I ran a speed test the download speed was around 8 Mbps. Since it was about this fast on a quiet day, I wouldn’t expect much on busy days. For dinner, I chose the charcoal-grilled seafood set. It included crab, scallops, salmon, squid, vegetables, and also sashimi. Since there was udon included I didn’t ask for it, but it seems rice is provided as well. You can also order additional dishes or sake tasting sets for an extra charge. The Onsen felt like it was privately reserved just for me. It’s a great Onsen, and being able to use one of that size alone might actually be a rare opportunity. I think I saw other Reviews mentioning cold shower water; if it’s nearly private-use only, the pipes may have cooled down due to low usage. For about one minute only cold water came out, but after that it worked normally. The sauna did not seem to be available due to COVID-19 prevention measures. Overall, considering the Accommodation Fee level (value for money), this Hotel offers high satisfaction with dinner, breakfast (included), and the Onsen—great cost performance/value for money overall. The Facilities are somewhat dated throughout which is slightly noticeable; aside from that point my satisfaction level was high.

The purpose of this stay was to enjoy the baths, relax with a drink while reading, and cuddle the resident cat. All of that came true, and I am very satisfied. Thank you.

We stayed with two families! We made a Reservation for the rock-bath cottage, and it was very spacious with a wonderful natural wood scent. We used the river and the pool, so we wanted to hang our swimsuits in the Room, but there wasn’t a good place to dry them. It would be helpful to have a simple drying rack on the balcony. We chose the BBQ plan and brought extra meat thinking it might not be enough, but it was much more filling than expected and we couldn’t finish it! The rock bath was also spacious, and the kids were thrilled. Thank you very much.

Just a 2-3 minute walk from Higashiyama Station, the location is excellent with a convenience store nearby, and the area is quiet. The accommodation cost was very affordable compared to other facilities. The facility was simple with only the bare essentials. There were no sleepwear provided, which was slightly inconvenient but acceptable for this price. It was common to see international guests smoking in front of the entrance.

We stayed at the accommodation to visit udon restaurants with our family. Despite being during the Obon holiday, it was more affordable compared to others, and we decided immediately because of the price and the open-air bath. At night, we enjoyed the open-air bath, and in the morning, we used the large public bath—it was very nice. It was great that all five family members could stay in one room.

It was my first time in Sapporo & Susukino, and I’m glad I chose a good Hotel! I’d definitely stay again if I have the chance.

The proximity to Shinsaibashi Station is definitely a great advantage.

The meals offer great value for money.
