We stayed here hoping to relax as a family of four with our two adult children. From the warm welcome in the parking lot to the welcome drink and escort to our Room, we were treated with outstanding hospitality. Every detail—from the entrance hall and corridors to the Room interior—showed great care and exceeded what we had seen on the website in advance. The large public bath is not huge, but since the number of guests is limited, it was more than sufficient. We also enjoyed being able to soak in Onsen anytime in the bath in our Room, which was wonderful for our family. The meals reflected the chef’s dedication (he is from Shiga Prefecture), and every dish was a delight for both the eyes and the palate. We also appreciated having time to unwind as a family in the lounge with drinks, making this a trip that left all of us completely satisfied. What we recommend most about this Accommodation is that every staff member provides genuinely pleasant service. In addition to taking care of what we needed, they entertained us with friendly, witty conversation. This is an Accommodation we would love to visit again and again as a couple or with family. Every time I visited Niigata, I would come to the Bakauke Observatory and hope that one day I could stay at this Hotel—my wish finally came true. At the Bakauke Observatory, you can’t take your time enjoying the view for long, but from the Hotel room you can admire it whenever you like, and it’s also great to be able to head to the observatory whenever you feel like it. Being able to enjoy different scenery from daytime through morning depending on the time of day is a special perk unique to this Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—just what you’d expect from a luxury Hotel. Breakfast was excellent across the board, and in particular, the chef’s omelet was better than any I’ve had at other Hotels. I’d love to stay again.

It had been a long time since I last had the chance to visit Europe, but at Shima Mediterranean Village I was able to experience those nostalgic streetscapes again after so many years. Combined with the beautiful coastline of the Shima Peninsula, it made for a wonderfully relaxing stay, and I truly felt glad that we chose this Hotel. Meals were served buffet-style, and both breakfast and dinner were of a very high standard—I was extremely satisfied. I could also sense the passion and attention to detail of everyone involved in preparing the dishes, which left a strong impression. As we stayed with our pet dog, I had some concerns about our dog’s toilet needs and asked for advice. Thank you very much for your courteous support, including sending photos to help us. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude for your consideration regarding changing breakfast (especially the female staff member at reception). Thanks to your help, we were able to stay with peace of mind together with our dog and enjoy a wonderful time. If we have another opportunity, we would love to visit again.

A safe and comfortable Hotel directly connected to Kansai International Airport. Convenience stores like Lawson and FamilyMart are nearby, and you can also find places to eat 24 hours a day in the area. The breakfast buffet even had champagne in the morning. At the live kitchen, two types of plated dishes are always prepared. Arriving on the last flight on Friday after work, it’s helpful that there’s very little travel needed afterward.

This was my second stay, following last year. The lobby, Room, and large public bath are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The large public bath is excellent. The Onsen leaves your skin feeling smooth, and I especially liked the open-air bath with a very hot option. Breakfast featured many Chichibu specialties and was healthy, so I could eat plenty without feeling heavy—while still offering hearty options for those who want a more filling meal. I’d love to stay here again when I visit Chichibu.

This was my first trip to Sendai, and I also visited the Matsushima area for the first time. From the hospitality to how well-stocked the amenities were, everything exceeded my expectations, and the view from the room was wonderful. The meals were also very delicious. I did notice a few small flies in my room on the 4th floor, but other than that I was satisfied.

We fully enjoyed the dynamic views of Sakurajima in all kinds of weather (sunny, cloudy, and rainy), and had a comfortable stay with the staff’s warm hospitality that made our trip truly enjoyable. A stay in Sakurajima wouldn’t be complete without Sheraton Kagoshima Hotel! We look forward to staying with you again.

We stayed for two nights to explore around Naha City. It was convenient to take the bus from the stop right in front of the Hotel to the outlet mall and Kokusai-dori. On the first day, we had dinner at the Hotel; the sirloin steak was tender, and everything was delicious, including the appetizers and dessert. On the second day, we went to the Italian restaurant next door; it had a beautiful sunset view, high-quality food, and a wonderful atmosphere. There is a spacious Onsen, and it was very relaxing to soak in it after getting tired from playing in the pool with our child.

This time, we visited Lake Kawaguchi and Hakone for the first time, looking forward to seeing Mt. Fuji as part of my wife’s birthday trip. Although it was too cloudy to see the Mt. Fuji we had hoped for, we stayed at Setsugetsuka Bettei Suiun in Hakone and were able to fully enjoy the area. Our Room was a Standard Fourth, and it was very practical and well maintained with thorough cleaning, so we had a comfortable stay. The Onsen was at just the right temperature for me and left me feeling refreshed from the core, and it was also great to be able to use L’OCCITANE shampoo. For dinner, being able to choose the main dish and rice during the meal felt like a thoughtful service that let us decide based on our appetite. Breakfast offered such an abundant variety that we were so full we couldn’t even eat lunch afterward. The after-bath lounge area, along with complimentary drinks and snacks on each floor, was also a welcome service whenever we felt a little hungry. The staff’s hospitality was polite and easy to understand, which left a strong impression on us as well. After checkout we went to Gora Park, and at that time a parking staff member kindly advised us that taking the mountain railway one stop would allow us to walk downhill from top to bottom more easily—very helpful advice for an older couple like us. We hope to come back soon for our “I want to see Mt. Fuji with my own eyes!” revenge trip, and when we do, we would love to stay with you again.

I stayed here with my elderly parents. We requested smaller portions in advance, and the amount was perfect. We usually end up leaving some, but we finished everything. Every dish was carefully prepared, and the tableware was lovely. It was truly delicious. The Onsen in our Room was also wonderful, and my parents enjoyed it many times. The staff were very courteous and thoughtful in many ways. Thank you very much. We would love to visit again!

We stayed here with three generations, from my spouse and me to our grandchildren. The meals were Mediterranean cuisine, with fresh Seto Inland Sea seafood expertly prepared in a Western style, and everything was delicious. Unfortunately, it rained on the day of our stay, so the grandchildren couldn’t use the pool they had been looking forward to. However, the rain miraculously stopped at night, and we were able to enjoy the evening events such as a bubble show, lantern release, and fireworks. With reasonable Accommodation Fees and attentive staff, this is a Hotel we highly recommend.

All staff were wonderful and attentive. Thank you for accommodating my husband’s dietary preferences. The food was delicious, and the beautiful tableware made it a feast for the eyes as well. The Room was lovely, and the bath was spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy the Onsen at our leisure—we were impressed by everything. Thank you very much.

I originally chose to stay at Yunoyama Onsen because I wanted to relax in the Onsen. The Onsen was wonderfully soothing, and I enjoyed it many times, but to be honest, the meals were even better than expected—exceptionally delicious, with thoughtful touches in each ingredient—so I was just as satisfied, if not more so, than with the Onsen. The welcome drink and shiratama sweets, as well as the sweets café after dinner, were not the kind of “just for show” desserts you often find; they were genuinely delicious sweets, which was another highlight. Since it was summer vacation there were many families with children, and seeing them enjoy the festival games brought back memories of letting my own child play at a similar festival at Ogoto Onsen years ago. The Room was clean, and above all, the hospitality of all the staff was outstanding. I was especially impressed by how hard one international staff member working as a trainee was trying. I would definitely like to stay again—thank you very much.

Any Fufu Accommodation offers a high level of satisfaction, but Suishoen feels especially special and makes me want to come back. The location and Facilities are wonderful, but the best part is the manager and staff. At the bar after dinner, I requested a fruit-based cocktail; they made a delicious drink, and I enjoyed a great time with pleasant conversation. I’m looking forward to returning.

I chose this hotel for my first trip to Hakata because it has convenient access from Fukuoka Airport, is close to the station, and has a large public bath. All of the staff were polite and kind. I had sent my luggage ahead of time, and they brought it to me at check-in, and when I accidentally left without my card key, they handled it with a smile. The Room was spacious and very clean. There were separate slippers for the public bath and disposable slippers for use in the Room, which helped me relax. There were also plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby for dinner, making it easy to get around at night. It was a very satisfying trip.

Great value for money and excellent service—I’ve become a fan of this Hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next business trip to Nagoya!

Blessed with great weather, we enjoyed a truly luxurious time relaxing on the terrace while listening to the sound of the waves. If I had to mention one thing, it would have been perfect if the chair backrests reclined. The in-room open-air bath was available 24 hours a day, and we happily used it many times. It was a wonderful Accommodation that left us with lasting memories. We would love to stay again.
