This was my second stay, and once again I was reminded what a truly wonderful property this is. All the staff are always smiling, quick to help, and courteous, making my stay comfortable again this time. The Onsen was exceptional—not only the quality of the water, but also the spotless interior and beautiful views made it a perfect time to unwind. And as a Dormy Inn fan, I thoroughly enjoyed the post-bath ice pops and probiotic drink at the relaxation area, as well as the famous “Yonaki Soba,” all just as delicious as ever. Whenever I stay in Matsumoto, I will definitely choose this place again!

This time, we booked a Multiple Night Stay again in the same guest room we stayed in previously: a garden open-air Onsen bath room (15-tatami main room + 4.5-tatami tea room). For impressions of the Room itself, please refer to my comments from last year. First, I’d like to share how wonderful a Multiple Night Stay is. 1) The cuisine is outstanding. As introduced on the website, the monthly menu is crafted into a course using seasonal ingredients of that month, with careful attention to presentation and tableware. That alone is excellent, but the Multiple Night Stay menus are an even more diverse lineup—an explosion of the head chef’s creativity using seasonal ingredients. Both dinner and breakfast feature menus that are almost entirely different from the monthly offerings. Truly worthy of a master artisan. 2) You can enjoy the open-air Onsen freely. Although it’s an in-room open-air Onsen bath, with only one night your time to enjoy it feels limited. With a Multiple Night Stay—especially on the second day—you have much more time for the open-air Onsen and can fully relax and enjoy it. 3) Perfect for sightseeing in Ikaho. With a Multiple Night Stay you need to leave your Room during cleaning, but if you go sightseeing in Ikaho there’s no issue at all. If you head out toward the stone steps street from Fukuichi’s side, you’ll be right below Ikaho Shrine. The shrine is close by, and from there it’s easy to find your way for a round trip to Kajika Bridge as well. The Ikaho Ropeway is also comfortable to reach—it feels like going slightly downhill from the shrine area—and on your way back you can rejoin the stone steps around the middle and enjoy various shops as you walk back up toward Fukuichi. Next, I’d like to express my gratitude for the wonderful service during our stay. The attendant who served us at dinner on our first night was someone who had also taken care of us during our previous visit. In addition to being surprised with having a Multiple Night Stay menu served on day one, she carefully explained each dish as well as three coordinated alcoholic beverages selected for pairing. I’m truly grateful, and I would love to request her again next time. From breakfast on day two onward, our attendant was also serving as Kayokoro’s sommelier. At dinner on day two, when I asked on the spot for sake that would pair well with large turban shell caught off Ito off Izu Peninsula (Daesazae), he recommended Isojiman—an excellent match for the food. He told me he studied hard and earned his sommelier qualification; very impressive indeed. I was also surprised that his name is almost identical to mine; I hope he continues thriving as Kayokoro’s sommelier. We requested Shuttle Service both ways this time, and both drivers provided calm driving along with courteous assistance when getting in and out of the vehicle—thank you very much. After checkout as well, thank you sincerely to staff who continued carrying our heavy luggage and guided us on our way out. This has gotten long, but our Multiple Night Stay at Kayokoro was simply superb—we definitely want another Multiple Night Stay next time too.

We stayed for two nights to explore around Naha City. It was convenient to take the bus from the stop right in front of the Hotel to the outlet mall and Kokusai-dori. On the first day, we had dinner at the Hotel; the sirloin steak was tender, and everything was delicious, including the appetizers and dessert. On the second day, we went to the Italian restaurant next door; it had a beautiful sunset view, high-quality food, and a wonderful atmosphere. There is a spacious Onsen, and it was very relaxing to soak in it after getting tired from playing in the pool with our child.

Everything was excellent. The Room even had a massage chair. The bathroom was separate from the toilet and very spacious. Bicycle rentals were also available. I can’t believe it at this price. I’d love to stay again!

The garden was magnificent. The bath was also an Onsen that warmed us to the core, and the meals were very delicious. We would definitely like to stay again. The cake included with the anniversary Plan was exceptionally good, and enjoying it with the complimentary coffee made for a truly happy time.

The area isn’t very safe due to the location, but once inside, it was so clean that I felt at ease. The bathtub was spacious, and it was fun being able to switch between different shower heads. The selectable bath salts and the POLA hand soap also smelled wonderful. There were blinds by the sink area in front of the bathroom, which made me feel more comfortable, and opening them made the Room look larger—really nice. I expected a typical business hotel, but it was very clean! I could watch lots of apps on the TV by logging in, and mirroring worked too. Also, I personally loved the drip bag coffee and lemon mint tea—they were delicious and made me happy. For eco reasons there wasn’t bottled water in the Room (it seems you can get some by following their Instagram), but there was a water dispenser system where you go fill up yourself, and it was great to have both room-temperature water and cold water. The BALMUDA electric kettle looked stylish too—big plus points. The Superior Double bed was extremely comfortable as well. I want to go to Royal Host next time! Very satisfied!

The dinner restaurant was delicious, and it was great that complimentary non-alcoholic drinks were available. It would have been nice to have water in the Room.

I originally chose to stay at Yunoyama Onsen because I wanted to relax in the Onsen. The Onsen was wonderfully soothing, and I enjoyed it many times, but to be honest, the meals were even better than expected—exceptionally delicious, with thoughtful touches in each ingredient—so I was just as satisfied, if not more so, than with the Onsen. The welcome drink and shiratama sweets, as well as the sweets café after dinner, were not the kind of “just for show” desserts you often find; they were genuinely delicious sweets, which was another highlight. Since it was summer vacation there were many families with children, and seeing them enjoy the festival games brought back memories of letting my own child play at a similar festival at Ogoto Onsen years ago. The Room was clean, and above all, the hospitality of all the staff was outstanding. I was especially impressed by how hard one international staff member working as a trainee was trying. I would definitely like to stay again—thank you very much.

I chose this hotel for my first trip to Hakata because it has convenient access from Fukuoka Airport, is close to the station, and has a large public bath. All of the staff were polite and kind. I had sent my luggage ahead of time, and they brought it to me at check-in, and when I accidentally left without my card key, they handled it with a smile. The Room was spacious and very clean. There were separate slippers for the public bath and disposable slippers for use in the Room, which helped me relax. There were also plenty of restaurants and food stalls nearby for dinner, making it easy to get around at night. It was a very satisfying trip.

The Onsen on the 11th floor was great, with a sauna and an open-air bath that felt wonderfully spacious!

Just steps from Mejiro Station and next to the wooded grounds of Gakushuin University, this Hotel is in a wonderful location that makes you forget the bustle of the city. The Starbucks on the front desk floor is a relaxing spot where both younger and older guests unwind. Breakfast vouchers can be used at Starbucks or at Doutor, about a 1-minute walk from the Hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafes around the Hotel, so finding somewhere to eat was never an issue. Coffee next to the front desk is free and unlimited. We bought treats from a nearby cake shop and bakery, picked up paper plates and wooden forks at the front desk, poured coffee, and enjoyed everything in our Room. The chocolate cake from Trad Mejiro across from the Hotel was especially delicious. Perhaps because we stayed on weekdays, we were assigned a twin Room. It was spacious and very clean. The beds are Simmons and very comfortable, and separate pajama sets are provided. Amenities are self-serve next to the front desk, but there was more than enough—having 7 or 8 types of bath salts was a pleasant surprise. The bathtub was large enough to soak comfortably and helped us relax. It was quiet and extremely comfortable, so we canceled our Accommodation in Ikebukuro and extended our stay here instead. A twin wasn’t available for all nights so we had to change Rooms, but they arranged everything around our schedule and made the move smooth. Thanks to that—and to staff who always greeted us with smiles—we had a truly pleasant stay.

Everything about our stay was satisfying. The Room was spacious enough for four people to sleep comfortably, and the separate bath and toilet made it very comfortable. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and even on a Multiple Night Stay the selection changed little by little, which we really enjoyed. We were especially impressed by the piping-hot rice balls made on the spot—everything we tried was delicious. We’ll look for an affordable rate again and will definitely come back to stay. Thank you for accommodating our request and preparing a top-floor Room; it made our stay even more satisfying.

This was the best value for money among all the Hotels I’ve stayed at around Tokyo. I’ll choose this place again whenever I come to visit Chiba. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and the dinner in particular was truly professional-level—my whole family loved it. I was amazed at how spacious the Room was. I didn’t expect to have such a large Room at this Accommodation Fee, so it was a pleasant surprise. The condition of the guest room was even better than in the photos, and everything was impeccably cleaned.

We stayed here during a holiday. I have used several Ryokan in Sumoto Onsen before, but this time we had an especially wonderful stay. The private open-air bath let us fully enjoy the ocean view. We were also very grateful for the thoughtful consideration shown to my pregnant wife regarding the meals. Although the property shows some age, I think it is a Ryokan where you can have a truly pleasant stay.

I stayed here four years ago and came back because I was craving soba. The Onsen water still has that silky feel, and it’s as wonderful as ever. This time I enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay and was able to truly relax. The soup curry at breakfast was also delicious, so I bought soba dipping sauce and packaged curry as souvenirs. We laughed remembering how last time we wondered, “Can we get through this way?” and then had to turn back from a dead-end road—classic Hokkaido travel. It really reminded me that eastern Hokkaido has great Onsen Accommodations. I’d love to come again.

A very convenient Hotel in the city center. It also has parking, and we were able to park for free. It was affordable, and since there were three of us we chose a suite; it was larger than a certain famous Hotel, with a sparkling marble luxury living room, kitchen—everything was spacious and very comfortable. There was even a bath on the balcony!! If you try hard enough, you can even see the ocean lol So luxurious that you’ll wonder, “At this price?” Having a gas dryer in the Room was the best! Breakfast is a complimentary service breakfast so the portions are modest, but the warm, large rice balls were really delicious! The Accommodation staff were also kind and welcoming, and we made great memories. Thank you very much!

For the past several years, it has become my tradition to stay here alone for one night after finishing work in Kyoto every six months. After check-in, I head straight to the Premium Lounge to relax with a drink and enjoy some well-deserved “me time.” This time, the snacks to go with the drinks felt a little upgraded too... The breakfast buffet is another highlight. The many Kyoto-style obanzai dishes, neatly served in small plates, soothe me the next morning... It also feels like there were even more options than last time—what a treat! I take my time and enjoy a kind of luxury I can’t usually have in everyday life as a homemaker. Now, back to work—so I can look forward to this happiness again in six months!

Everything—from the Facility and hospitality to the dining—exceeded our expectations, and it was a stay that our whole family genuinely enjoyed. Our child liked it so much they said, “I want to come again,” and we felt it is a Hotel that’s perfect for a family trip. This time we stayed for one night and two days because we were also staying at another Hotel, but considering the well-equipped Facility and services, I think a Multiple Night Stay would let you appreciate this Hotel’s appeal even more. Next time, we would definitely like to stay for multiple nights. [Club Lounge] The staff at check-in were extremely courteous, and we were able to enjoy sweets and drinks while completing the procedures. They also prepared coloring sets for each child in our party, which left a great impression as our child was able to spend the time without getting bored. [Guest Room: Ryukyu Suite / Beach View] The in-room refrigerator was a large model with completely separate fridge and freezer compartments, making it very convenient even for families. The toilet was modern and very clean, so it was comfortable to use. Having an in-room drum-type washer/dryer is especially helpful for longer stays or trips with children. Also, because there is a tatami room, children can relax safely lying down; we felt it’s a guest room where families can truly unwind together. Since it’s on the 3rd floor, the view isn’t quite “breathtaking,” but we had no particular complaints and stayed comfortably. [Dinner: Roy’s] There was an excellent variety of sushi options, and the desserts were plentiful as well—everything was delicious. We were satisfied enough that we definitely want to dine here again next time, and I can strongly recommend it to future guests. [Breakfast: Four Seasons] As part of the club floor benefits, we could make a Reservation at check-in, which helped us avoid crowds and enter smoothly. All dishes were delicious—especially the pancakes. With seating overlooking the ocean and a great atmosphere overall, it made for a wonderful morning. [Large Public Bath] We used it around 9:00 PM. It was crowded inside, but there was always an available washing station. Towels were provided as well, which made everything comfortable. [Facilities & Amenities] While not large, there is an indoor pool; plus activities such as rock-paper-scissors stamp rallies are held too, so children won’t get bored even on rainy days. We spent comfortably everywhere—including the outdoor pool area and the beach. [What Was Disappointing] The club floor benefit “Dolphin Splash” and the suite benefit “Wake-Up Sailing” were fully booked so we couldn’t participate. Although this seems unavoidable since the website states they are first-come-first-served programs as well، I hope improvements can be made so guests are less likely to miss out on these benefits altogether.

I chose this Hotel because I wanted to see Head Chef Takabayashi of Kureto in person. The Room was spacious, with the bath and toilet separated, and both the bathtub and washing area were large, making it very comfortable. For dinner, I dined at Kureto hoping to meet the chef. Every dish was delicious, and the chef came to our table to greet us; we had a wonderful conversation and spent a truly meaningful time. If I come to Kure again, I would love to stay here again.
