I stayed here to match my tour’s departure and arrival schedule. It was very convenient—close to the airport and reasonably priced. I would like to stay here again.

Our family has been coming here for four generations since the early days, and this time the timing worked out, so I visited with my mother and cousin on a trip for three. With its thoughtful design for elderly guests, meals that make the most of excellent ingredients in a satisfying yet not excessive amount, and a spotless bath area kept clean with frequent cleaning, it truly is a wonderful, prestigious Accommodation. Most places have one or two little moments that make you think “Hmm?”, but from arrival to departure everything was comfortable, making for an excellent stay. Next time, around autumn, I’m hoping to visit again on my own for a change of pace—or perhaps with just my son.

I brought my elderly father, who loves Onsen but has difficulty walking. When I mentioned this at the time of Reservation, they prepared a Room right next to the elevator. I also requested a barrier-free Room, and it was spacious with handrails throughout. Even the tatami area was set up so he could relax comfortably in a chair, which made him very happy. The bath in our Room had 100% natural Onsen water flowing continuously 24 hours a day—it felt almost too luxurious. There was a step at the entrance to the tub, and the inside of the bath was slightly raised as well. A sturdy shower chair was provided, so I felt safe letting him bathe. Of course, he also enjoyed the large public bath with my husband. For dinner, a chef came to our Room and served freshly fried tempura and freshly grilled steak. Everything was truly delicious. The kamameshi rice was excellent too, and the portions were just right—we were completely satisfied. All of the staff were very kind. At check-in they helped us choose yukata together, and even though my father used a wheelchair that we borrowed there, one of the senior managers spoke warmly to him—he was deeply touched. This is a Hotel he visited many times with my late mother, and he spent two full days here looking genuinely happy. It meant so much to be able to do something special for him. Thank you very much.

We stayed one night in a top-floor Room with an open-air bath. The open-air bath had a great view and was wonderful. For dinner, we enjoyed Japanese cuisine in a semi-private dining area. It was quiet, we could eat as a family, and everything was delicious. When we stay in Tochigi again, we would like to stay here again. This is a highly recommended Hotel.

We stayed here for our family trip at the end of summer vacation. It was a special Room—the only one of its kind in the Hotel. It had the space of two Rooms plus a living area, and an exceptionally large bathroom—about the size of another Room—with a spacious bathtub where you can fully stretch out, as well as a separate shower room. The bubble-bath function had been removed, but features such as the marble flooring gave it a very luxurious feel. There were also private stairs, a ramp, and an exclusive corridor leading to this special Room, with outstanding attention to privacy. From the Room, we enjoyed breathtaking views over all of Lake Megami and the surrounding mountains. There were three large TVs, which delighted our children, and we could use the air conditioning as well, so we stayed comfortable throughout our visit. The public bath included an open-air bath and even two saunas, and the lockers were clean. From the open-air bath we could look out over Lake Megami and the mountains while relaxing in the Onsen. We enjoyed cooling off in the cold bath, watching clouds drift by, and taking our time to fully appreciate Tateshina Onsen. As it was peak season, both dinner and breakfast were buffet only; while there weren’t many items overall, each dish was truly delicious. The coffee did not seem to be freshly drip-brewed from a machine like those found at some buffets, so having a coffee machine would be nice. Next time we are very much looking forward to trying kaiseki cuisine at the basement-level restaurant as well. As an IKYU.com Diamond member benefit I requested late check-out; unfortunately it wasn’t possible due to peak season demand. Still, this is such a wonderful Hotel that we wanted to stay even longer—the Room was beautiful, spacious, and impressive in every way. Thank you also for the Diamond member gifts (a bottle of wine and souvenirs from Nagano). Since in Parking Lot No. 1 the wheelchair-priority space is shared with EV charging spaces, I think it would be better to separate them so that enough spaces can be secured to meet nighttime EV charging demand while keeping accessible parking available at all times. We arrived at 11:00 and completed check-in procedures first; the front desk staff were excellent. We requested early check-in but it wasn’t possible due to peak season; however when keys became available before 3:00 p.m., they were handed out in order of completion of procedures—so arriving early was worthwhile for us after all. We will be staying in this same Room again in the future as well; thank you in advance from our whole family for your continued hospitality. Thank you very much to all staff members.”

They were very accommodating with an early check-in and arranging our luggage for the return trip. The Hotel has a calm, long-established tropical atmosphere, and the ocean view with palm trees felt like Hawaii—surprisingly exotic and very relaxing. We couldn’t go into the sea due to high waves, but we still enjoyed the pool. In the open-air bath, there were spider webs on the ceiling. I wish there had been more food options in the lounge—especially a curry dish.

It was raining when we arrived, and the nearby parking lots were full, but staff were waiting at the entrance and assisted us. The Onsen had different temperatures in each bath, so we could relax at our own pace. The water quality was also excellent. The meals focused on locally sourced ingredients, and we enjoyed a wide variety of dishes. We had a very relaxing stay.

I stayed in the new building twin Room. As always, I was very satisfied with the tea area, the Room, and the bath. My friend who stayed with me also really liked it. Next time, I’d like to relax with a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much to all the staff.

On the day we arrived, it was pouring rain, so we left our luggage at the Hotel first and took a taxi to the concert venue. Some roads were flooded, but we arrived safely. On the way back, the rain had stopped, but when we returned to the Hotel, most of the nearby izakaya were already closing for the evening. We picked up some items at a convenience store, chilled drinks in the fridge, and relaxed in the large public bath to unwind. We also took our time with a morning bath and felt refreshed! We tried a variety of breakfast items as well, and the local specialty yellow watermelon for dessert was especially delicious. Next time we stay in Niigata, we would definitely like to stay here again.

It was great that the Hotel is close to the station, and I could get from the Hotel to the station without getting wet, making shopping and dining very convenient! There’s also a convenience store nearby, so it was nice to be able to come and go even when I got a little hungry at night. The Room faced south with a panoramic view of Suruga Bay, which I really enjoyed. I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Shizuoka. Check-out was smooth too—just put the card in the box and leave. The breakfast buffet was delicious as well! One thing I noticed is that it’s better to take a full look around first before choosing what to get. The freshly cooked fried eggs were especially tasty! I definitely recommend adding breakfast. My parents (77 and 76) and my sister (54) came from Niigata, and our couple (51 and 49) with our child (10)—six of us in total—stayed for 3 nights/4 days, booking two triple Rooms. (Stay: Tue, July 21, 2026 – Fri, July 24, 2026) Since it was our first time in Hokkaido and we wanted to go out to various places for dinner, we chose the plan with breakfast only each day. Because we stayed three nights, you prepared a different special menu every morning, and we were truly touched by your thoughtfulness. Everything was delicious (including robatayaki grilled king crab in the morning), and our whole family was extremely satisfied. Even my parents—who usually don’t eat much breakfast—praised it highly and even had three extra bowls of rice! The property was very clean as well, and for this price the overall quality—including the food—was outstanding. If we have a chance to come to Hokkaido again, we would definitely like to stay here again. (I’d love to recommend it to friends too!) Thank you for giving us such wonderful travel memories.

My first time in Sakura City, and I had a great impression. I’d love to visit again.

From the moment we arrived, the subtle scent of incense in the air and the front desk staff’s beaming smiles left a lasting impression. The Room was spacious and spotless, and soaking in the in-room bath with orchid flowers floating on the water while listening to the sound of the waves was pure bliss. The meal began with exquisite sashimi, and we enjoyed being able to savor a variety of dishes little by little. Since we had mentioned that this trip was to celebrate my husband’s retirement, you kindly provided everything—dishes, dessert, and even a commemorative photo on a photo plate—as complimentary services, which truly moved us as a couple. The post-dinner event was also fun, making it a relaxing yet exciting and memorable one-night, two-day stay. Thank you so much to all of your staff.

This is a very comfortable Hotel. I would like to stay here again when I visit Fukuoka. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

There was no hustle and bustle, and the calm atmosphere made me feel very at ease. Starting on July 4, due to various circumstances I stayed at two Hotels in Sakai City, and on the final day before returning home, my third stay was at New Osaka Hotel. It was the best of them all. It’s close to the station, and I was able to buy souvenirs at Shin-Osaka as well. I planned to have dinner at the station, but instead I bought a boxed meal there and enjoyed a relaxing meal back at the Hotel. At breakfast, they had Chinese rice porridge, so even when my tired body had little appetite, I could still eat. It was buffet-style with a solid variety of dishes, and I was able to eat well and head home feeling refreshed. If I have another chance to visit Osaka, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to use again. For me, it deserves full marks.

The in-room cleaning amenities are well provided, making this a very good Hotel. Although the building is older, it has been renovated and feels like the most luxurious in Tottori. I would like to stay again.

A typhoon was approaching and the weather looked rainy, but it didn’t rain much, and we were able to see a wonderful sunset from the restaurant. The view from the large public bath was also amazing. The meals, made with ingredients from Wakayama, were all delicious. It was disappointing that we couldn’t watch Netflix or Amazon Prime in the room (the internet didn’t seem to connect) and that the shuttle bus service has been discontinued, but everything else was great. I’d like to stay again. Thank you very much.

A male front desk staff member recommended a great place for dinner. He was very courteous, and I truly appreciate his help. The Room and the entire property were clean, and I had a comfortable stay.

I made a Reservation to visit Kurashiki, where my brother lives. The location was convenient, there was a large public bath, and the Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The staff were very attentive, and the Facility, Hotel, and Room were all clean and extremely comfortable.
