I stayed here after visiting the five shrines of Togakushi Shrine. With heavy luggage, it felt like a bit of a walk from the station, but after checking in, when I went to the station for shopping and came back, it didn’t feel that far. I was able to soothe my tired body in the large public bath and sauna. Both were very clean. I was also happy that I could use the sauna in the morning. (At night, when I took a bath before going to bed, the sauna bench was so hot that I couldn’t sit on it. I didn’t notice this when I used it in the evening. If possible, I thought it would be nice to have a mat. I know this may be an extra hassle...) Breakfast had a good variety of dishes and was delicious. When I stay near Nagano Station again, I would like to consider this Accommodation.

I stayed in a twin room in the Main Building the night before, but there was no availability for the second night, so I moved to a twin room in the East Building. The East Building is newer than the Main Building and has two elevators. Although I checked out once, there was a service where the staff moved my luggage to the new room. The room had a calm, modern atmosphere, and you can see the river from the window—I imagine it must be wonderful during cherry blossom season. The toilet and bath have no step at the entrance, making it easy to get in and out. There is also a handrail by the bathtub. This room also had their special ion water, which I enjoyed. A safe is provided as well, so valuables feel secure. An early-morning walking event was planned, and it seems the president personally guides guests along the riverside. I wanted to join, but unfortunately it rained. I was also looking forward to an excellent breakfast after the walk. Perhaps because it was a weekday, breakfast wasn’t very crowded—when I went at 6:30 a.m., there was no wait. There were plenty of restaurant staff; dishes were replenished constantly, and tables were cleared and reset quickly whenever they opened up—very pleasant service. There are several local specialties, introduced with informational panels. One minor inconvenience: if you stay in the East Building, you need to go down to the first floor before heading to the Main Building’s breakfast venue. Also, since both the coin laundry and hot spring are on an upper floor of the East Building, staying in the Main Building might feel less convenient for those facilities. I regret not using onsen this time. When traveling toward Fukui again, this is a hotel I would choose on purpose. A great choice—highly recommended.

Last time, we stayed in January of last year. Even in the freezing cold, having a BBQ while sitting under the kotatsu on the balcony was so much fun. This time, we returned at the end of summer with our senior dog. It was the best season, and we fully enjoyed the black-water Onsen both indoors and in the large public bath. The staff’s greetings as we passed by, their willingness to help when we needed it, and the front desk team’s smiles and efficient guidance were even more pleasant than before. The thorough cleanliness may also be thanks to considerate guests… Wherever you go, you can truly feel how comfortable it is. This Accommodation keeps evolving for the better every day, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

I was also working remotely during my stay, and I truly appreciate your consideration regarding the cleaning schedule. The Room layout was ideal for remote work as well. Also, some Business Hotels recently have very small closets, but yours had ample space and was perfect for a Multiple Night Stay. Thank you very much.

Although it’s a day-use stay, you can stay for a long time, so the price is about the same as an internet café, but it’s far more relaxing. It’s clean and quiet. The front desk can get crowded when check-in times overlap, but the Room is quiet and comfortable with calm interior decor. I will use it again when I need to focus on studying or working. We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The sashimi came with daikon carved into a crane, and there was also sekihan (red rice). Everything looked beautiful and tasted great, leaving both our stomachs and hearts full. All of the staff were wonderful and very considerate, which made our time here truly enjoyable. Although we chose a room without an open-air bath, the large public bath was not used much by other guests, so we were able to enjoy it spaciously and were very satisfied. As this is a small inn with few guests, we were able to dine at a relaxed pace and were very satisfied. At larger properties, meals are often crowded and it can be disappointing when the items you want are gone.

The bed was spacious enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The selection of pillows and amenities was a welcome touch. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast.

Since it’s just one stop from Tokyo Station on the Sobu Rapid Line, I initially wondered if the access might be a bit inconvenient. However, after past experiences feeling overwhelmed by large groups of foreign tourists, I thought it might actually be quieter—and chose this hotel. It turned out to be absolutely the right choice. The Room was spacious enough for two people, and the large public bath was roomy and spotless. It was pleasantly uncrowded at just the right times, so we enjoyed it both at night and in the morning. At night, there was no noise from nearby rooms, and I was able to relax and sleep well. The standout feature was breakfast. These days it’s rare to see so many staff members on hand—everyone worked efficiently while greeting guests warmly. Both the side dishes and rice were delicious. A chef at the Japanese food station served corn takikomi rice and recommended their shaved ice as well, mentioning that even the syrups were homemade. I had matcha syrup with condensed milk, and my friend had Kaga roasted hojicha syrup with condensed milk. The ice was wonderfully fluffy, the syrups were rich in flavor, and the condensed milk had a clean sweetness—it was honestly the best shaved ice I’ve ever had. The front desk staff were also kind, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. I’ll definitely stay here again when my friend visits Tokyo next time. Thank you very much.

This was our second stay, and we stayed with my elderly mother. We thoroughly enjoyed the conger eel dinner and the Japanese breakfast. We were also able to relax comfortably in the barrier-free private open-air bath. Thank you to all the Hotel staff for your courteous service.

It was a very convenient location—just steps from Kitahama Station, and you can even walk to Umeda if you take your time exploring the Nakanoshima museums and library along the way. The ceiling-mounted shower was comfortable and convenient since it leaves both hands free. Having bottled water available in the lobby was also very helpful. Thanks to the luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, we were able to fully enjoy three days in Osaka.

This hotel is conveniently located near Rinku Premium Outlets and directly connected to the station, making access excellent. When I went to the front desk around 1:30 p.m. to leave my luggage, they told me the room was ready and let me check in early, which I really appreciated. I stayed in a Deluxe Corner Double Bay View (BY). The wood-accented interior felt calm and relaxing. Being on the 24th floor in a corner double room, it had windows on two sides, offering luxurious views toward Kansai International Airport and Rinku Premium Outlets. The scenery was stunning both day and night. Two hotels share the same building, and both have front desks on the 1st floor, so be careful not to go to the wrong one—I did by mistake. One more thing to note: when you leave your room, you take the key card out of the slot, but at this hotel that completely cuts power to the room. I thought I was charging my phone, but when I came back it hadn’t charged at all. It was my first time experiencing this, so it caught me off guard. For breakfast, I had a buffet at the restaurant on the 54th floor. Another tip: from my hotel tower, you first take an elevator down to the 2nd floor and then transfer to another elevator in the other tower up to the 54th floor. The selection felt a bit limited, but everything was delicious. From my table I could see Kansai International Airport clearly on a sunny day—an amazing view. With its warm and thoughtful hospitality at a reasonable level of service, this is a hotel worth staying at at least once.

Perched halfway up Mt. Inasa with sweeping views over Nagasaki, this Hotel drew me in and I’m glad I stayed. At check-in, I was welcomed with the warm local Nagasaki phrase “Mattotta bai!” and even though it was raining, it instantly lifted my spirits. The building feels like it dates from the bubble era and is wonderfully luxurious—an extraordinary atmosphere that blends glamour with calm. From the Room, I could take in the city lights at a glance; while the bathroom fixtures are a bit dated, the space was very large and beautifully maintained. A shuttle bus runs regularly to the station, making it extremely convenient to head into town for dinner, and when going out, the staff kindly worried about whether I had an umbrella and saw me off—truly attentive service. The next morning brought bright sunshine; enjoying a wide variety of breakfast while looking out at a deep-blue sky and sea was delightful. I wanted nothing more than to go back to my Room and stay one more night… but checked out reluctantly. I usually stay at Business Hotels for work, but this reminded me that a Hotel isn’t just about having new Facility—the warmth of people matters too. It was a wonderful stay. If I have another chance to visit Nagasaki, I’d love to stay here again.

Each of the five private open-air baths has its own unique charm, and I managed to try four of them. The lush green trees viewed from the open-air bath were truly rejuvenating. The buffet meals were also delicious. I’d like to visit again when I have time.

When I informed them that the parking lot was full and I couldn’t park, the male staff member at the front desk handled it extremely well, which left a very positive impression.\nThis was my second stay, and the Facility is clean. It’s a convenient Hotel with a convenience store on the first floor that you can access directly.

Both the building and the garden are beautifully maintained—truly an Accommodation worthy of its status as a Registered Tangible Cultural Property. At Tenpyo-no-Yu, we were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen while watching the carp. The cuisine may be creative, but in a way it felt fairly ordinary; despite the excellent wasabi served alongside, I didn’t feel the menu was designed to pair well with it. Perhaps because it had to be carried a long distance, some hot dishes arrived cooled, and there were so many items that we ended up leaving some, which was a bit disappointing. I thought it might be nice to have an upgraded course with smaller portions. There are many stairs, so it may be challenging for guests with limited mobility.

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent breakfast. The large public bath facilities were also very well equipped.

The room was thoroughly cleaned, and we had a very comfortable stay. Next time, we would like to try the buffet at the Hotel restaurant.

We stayed here with our dog. It’s close to Miyajimaguchi, and to avoid the heat we took the ferry to Miyajima around 5:30 PM. The Itsukushima Shrine was truly impressive. Since our plan was No Meals Included, we got anago bento to-go from a nearby shop and ate it in our Room. We also appreciated the light complimentary breakfast. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, with no odors at all, and we couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms—so we had a very comfortable stay! We’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

I believe this may be the only city Hotel in Aomori City. The service is professional, the rooms are not new but clean, and I think it is a good Hotel. I would like to stay here again when I visit Aomori.
