I’ve been staying at this Hotel a couple of times a year for several years. Overall, as the title says, I’m generally satisfied. The Room, furnishings, bed-making, and overall cleanliness give a reassuring sense of comfort. Amenities aren’t stocked in the Room; instead, you take what you need from the lobby, which avoids waste. I drink quite a bit of drip coffee, so that was especially helpful. One thing: this may be unavoidable due to the building’s structure, but in the single Room on the floor where I stayed this time, it seemed like the neighboring room had lively guests, and I could hear repeated thumping noises that bothered me. I assume it was a row of single Rooms, but it sounded like there were multiple people next door. Fortunately it wasn’t enough to disturb my sleep.

The large public bath opened at 5:00 a.m., so I was able to enjoy it comfortably on my own. The entire property was very clean. Having to tap the room key to access each floor made me feel safe.

This was our seventh stay. We stayed to celebrate a 60th birthday. They prepared a red celebratory vest and a congratulatory plate, which made it a wonderful memory. The meals were also very delicious. We will visit again.

I stayed here on a solo trip. I loved the location nestled in the forest and the charming atmosphere of the traditional old house. I saw lots of stag beetles, which gave me a great story to share with my kids waiting at home.

Third visit I accidentally made a Reservation for the Japanese restaurant, but they kindly accommodated my last-minute change. When I mentioned during the Reservation that it was my daughter’s birthday, they surprised us at dinner with a beautiful bouquet and a special dessert plate. We were truly satisfied with their warm hospitality. Above all, we enjoyed what felt like a private beach far from any crowds, along with the infinity pool and sauna. Surrounded by crystal-clear sea and sky, we had an unforgettable time. The food was delicious as well! We’ll be back again.

Just before boarding the return Shinkansen from Kyoto Station, service was suspended due to an accident at Hamamatsu Station. With no indication of when operations would resume, I waited inside the station for over an hour, but eventually gave up and decided to stay one more night in Kyoto. This was my first time staying at this Hotel, and I chose it because it has a large public bath. Being able to stay here truly helped me out. The bath was spacious and clean, and I was able to relax my tired body at ease.

The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and both my mother and I were truly moved. We stayed here to finally see the nemophila flowers we had long dreamed of. Since we had a lot of luggage, they kindly stored our suitcases even before check-in. They also called a taxi company to ask about the fare as we debated whether to take a taxi or bus to Hitachinaka Seaside Park, and they prepared the bus timetable for the next day—thank you so much for your thoughtful help. At breakfast, the staff also suggested ways to enjoy the Danish pastry with different flavors, and it was delicious. This trip really reminded me how much a journey can be enriched by the warmth and care of the people who welcome you. Thank you very much.

Even before our visit, you kindly and attentively accommodated our requests, such as providing a floor chair and securing parking. Not only were the Room and each Facility wonderful, but the hospitality of the staff was also outstanding. Despite it being during the summer vacation season, we were able to spend a calm and relaxing time far from the crowds, and even my usually picky wife kept saying, “I want to come back here again.” Thank you very much.

I ordered a tuna rice bowl for dinner. It was piled high with huge slices of tuna—more than I could finish. The tuna slices at the Hotel I stayed at the next day looked disappointing in comparison. The Room is like a typical Business Hotel. Breakfast was also substantial. The staff worked efficiently, so I could eat in a relaxed atmosphere. They also had Earl Grey tea.

The service and the POLA amenities were truly excellent. Unfortunately, many overseas guests may not use the air purifier. When I tried to use it this time, there was a blue straw between the unit and the wall. There was also dust, which was disappointing. There was towel lint on the shelf above the toilet. It was disappointing, especially since Richmond had been recommended to me.

It’s about a 15-minute walk from Morioka Station, and it makes for a pleasant stroll while enjoying the scenery and shopping streets. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and there’s also a FamilyMart on the first floor, so we had no trouble finding food and really enjoyed it. We’d definitely like to stay here again.

I stayed here as a solo traveler. It’s fair to call this a hotel area, with multiple Hotels along the main road. There are plenty of shops, the beach is close, and overall it’s extremely convenient. The staff, Facility, and services were all excellent. The Room was a standard size and felt clean and well maintained. There’s a shallow beach right in front of the Hotel, so you can snorkel as much as you like. The snorkeling tour I had planned was canceled due to bad weather, but when I asked the Hotel staff for advice they lent me a life jacket for free, so I was still able to enjoy snorkeling in the sea right out front. They only provided a life jacket—there was no snorkel set available. It would be even better if snorkel sets could be rented.

I’m the type who tends to notice stains or dust when staying at a Hotel, and if it’s bad I sometimes end up cleaning myself, but this time I didn’t even think about that—in fact, it was so clean I was genuinely impressed. The bed was spacious with just the right firmness, and there were so many amenities that I found myself thinking, “Is it really okay to take even this?” It was a Multiple Night Stay, and I honestly wished I could have spent more time in the Hotel instead of going out. I was able to check out on the TV screen at the end, but maybe many guests don’t notice? As for the Room key, there was a return box by the entrance/exit, but the TV screen said to leave it on the table in the Room, so I wasn’t sure which option was preferred.

Having an Onsen is a big plus. There are in-house loungewear, and slippers are allowed when going from your Room to the Onsen, so it’s convenient and has a Japanese feel even though it’s a Hotel. All the staff were smiling and often anticipated what we needed before we even asked, which made everything go smoothly. It’s also close to the station, very convenient, and comfortable.

Every year, we stay once in late August and once more at another time. My wife and I use this Accommodation mainly for golf, and we are extremely satisfied overall: we can enjoy a great round on an excellent course, the set-course dinners (Chinese and Japanese) at the Exiv main building are delicious, and all staff provide outstanding service. There are also Korean guests, but it is mainly Japanese guests, so it is very comfortable. We would like to keep staying here for many years to come.

We stayed in one of the few Rooms with a private open-air Onsen bath. The interior was very stylish and lovely! Because it’s not a large Facility, we rarely ran into other guests. The staff were also very friendly and made us feel at home. The meals were more than satisfying for us as a couple, and hot dishes were served at just the right time so they wouldn’t cool down. We’ve visited many Onsens, but the milky Onsen here felt so wonderful that we’d love to soak in it again. We were truly impressed to have found such an excellent Accommodation where we could fully enjoy the Onsen!

I stayed for two nights for my university entrance exams. Perhaps because I informed them in advance, I was able to relax in a very quiet Room. I also used the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and the food was so delicious I ended up eating too much.

From the nearest station, cross the children’s park and you’ll arrive without getting lost. I was excited to try the local ramen at the shop right in front, but it was closed for a regular day off. Stopped by on the way to Flower Park—drawn in by the high ratings—and it was well worth the detour. Everything was excellent; a rare find for such a quiet area.

Close to the station and convenient. Recently, trains in Hokkaido often stop. One of the closest to the station, with clean Rooms. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable. Above all, the breakfast was excellent. I was surprised to see beef tongue served for breakfast. Although I usually don't eat much breakfast, I had seconds of both rice and beef tongue. The beef curry was also delicious. If I visit Shiroishi again, I would definitely like to stay here again.
