I stay here every time I visit Sendai. It has great access from the station and is convenient for the Sendai Morning Market and nearby restaurants. The Facility and Room are clean and comfortable. A small downside is that the large public bath is only available from 4:00 PM. Also, having a coin laundry inside the bath area is convenient, but during a Multiple Night Stay you can only use it when the bath area is not crowded (there are only two washing machines, so they may be unavailable at night). It would also be helpful if the in-room TV showed coin laundry and bath availability. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Unlike a single Accommodation that simply claims to be “Bali-style” or “European-style,” the entire Facility is so spacious that it feels like a theme park, offering an outstanding sense of being abroad. The Rooms are on par with those at real overseas resorts, and because the amenities meet Japanese standards, they are even more comfortable than many resorts abroad. The unique blend of European and Arab influences is wonderfully intriguing. From the baths to the dining, everything is first-class, and there was not a single unpleasant moment—my wife was delighted and said she was completely satisfied.

This was my first stay, and the front desk service was excellent. The welcome ice cream was especially appreciated during Kyoto’s summer. It was also within walking distance of Kyoto Station’s Hachijo Exit. The Room was clean, and I could relax comfortably. However, adjusting the shower temperature (hot and cold) was a bit tricky—just a little hot water made it quite hot, so please be careful. Other than that, I was satisfied!

I have used Kansai International Airport many times, but this was my first stay at this hotel. I booked an Economy Single, but they kindly prepared a twin room for me, and I was able to relax comfortably in a spacious, clean room. My friend stayed in the North Wing and I stayed in the South Wing, so our rooms were far apart, but we had no inconvenience and were able to enjoy breakfast at a leisurely pace. Thank you very much.

I stayed for two nights in late May for a relative’s wedding and for work. From check-in, all the staff were pleasant, and the experienced staff in the lounge were especially kind—I was reminded of how excellent Japanese hotel service training is. The Japanese-style omelet in the lounge is outstanding. It was a shame there wasn’t a conveniently timed limousine bus from Haneda, but during my stay it was very convenient to access the Hotel B1 directly from the subway station nearby. On my return trip, I was able to get to Haneda smoothly by limousine bus, which was great. I would definitely like to stay here again for work next time as well.

Thank you for helping us celebrate my hot-spring-loving father’s 88th birthday. My parents especially loved relaxing in Ginpaso’s lounge—soaking their feet in the footbath while gazing out at the sea. I also enjoyed a truly luxurious, peaceful time just watching the ocean from the footbath. Last year we enjoyed an exquisite kaiseki dinner, but this time we chose my father’s favorite: a Western-style teppanyaki steak course. Both of my parents savored every dish. The highlight was the teppanyaki live abalone and abalone liver—when they heard it had been alive just moments before, my mother said “I feel sorry for it,” which made all the staff smile, but she still thoroughly enjoyed it. At dessert, you even prepared a wonderful message plate and an 88th-birthday celebratory vest (chanchanko). My father smiled shyly from ear to ear. You also beautifully incorporated our own party props and crown for his 88th birthday into the decorations, and thanks to everyone’s warmth, both of my parents were absolutely delighted. We grandchildren were able to take photos with huge smiles as well. We are truly grateful for all of your thoughtful hospitality and kindness.

The staff are wonderful. Guidance and help with any issues were handled smoothly, and everyone was full of kindness. I could really feel their pride in their work. The property was clean, and the breakfast was excellent! I’ve come to love Nara!! Next time, I’d like to stay a little longer. Thank you very much.

Not only the front desk staff member who assisted with check-in, but also nearby staff greeted us with smiles, which was wonderful. We added breakfast, and the Japanese set meal was delicious and very filling, but we finished it all. I had a brief chat with a female staff member at the restaurant, and she was very pleasant, making it an enjoyable time. The lounge was also a lovely space where we could spend meaningful time. Thank you as well for changing our room. I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity.

I was able to enjoy the open-air bath at a relaxed, quiet pace. The kaiseki dinner had more dishes than I expected and was delicious. In particular, the Hida beef was outstanding—sweet and tender, melting in my mouth. Breakfast was also excellent with nothing to complain about. As a coffee lover, I really appreciated being able to enjoy lounge coffee freely at any time. This is an inn that makes you want to come back again.

This was our first stay as a couple with our dog. From the moment we arrived, the owner and all the staff welcomed us with thoughtful care and warm smiles, and any tension quickly melted away, leaving us feeling at ease and at home. We were soothed by the free-flowing natural hot spring Onsen in our room, and enjoyed the calm retro-modern atmosphere throughout the property that felt like stepping into an anime or fairy-tale world. While savoring outstanding, healthy, locally sourced cuisine, we could almost feel impurities gently leaving our bodies and energy returning. We were able to truly relax both body and mind. We will definitely be back.

I have stayed at many Hotels and Ryokan with ocean views, but this was one of the most memorable. The views from the Room and the open-air bath were outstanding—thanks to the Hotel’s hilltop location with nothing obstructing the scenery, as well as the serene beauty of the Seto Inland Sea itself. There are very few man-made structures nearby, and the landscape created by the scattered islands is truly stunning. In the distance, we could see bridges of the Shimanami Kaido and parts of Imabari’s townscape, while boats passing below from time to time added a lovely touch to the view. I felt this Hotel is well worth staying at even just to relax and take in this scenery. Because it was listed as “Casual” on IKYU, I initially imagined a standard Hotel that simply highlights its views. In reality, however, we experienced warm, unpretentious hospitality from all staff members. Dinner was not a typical set menu; it showed thoughtful creativity throughout and was delicious. Breakfast was buffet-style, and in particular, I still remember how wonderful the locally harvested blueberries were. This time we rented a car at Hiroshima Station: on our first night we stayed at a Ryokan on Etajima; on day two we toured Takehara before taking a ferry over and enjoying beautiful Setouchi island views from Mount Kamimine prior to check-in. The next day we visited Okunoshima to spend time with its rabbits, then headed home via Mihara to Hiroshima Airport. The Hotel was also extremely convenient as a base for sightseeing routes starting from Hiroshima City toward Kure, Takehara, and Mihara—and we were fully satisfied with every aspect: scenery, dining, and hospitality.

I stayed here as a birthday gift for my sister. We were amazed the moment we entered the Room—not only did you prepare a Room with a view of the five-story pagoda, but you also gifted us sparkling wine to celebrate. My sister was absolutely thrilled. In the lounge, we enjoyed a wide variety of drinks and alcohol, along with visually stunning sweets and carefully crafted dishes. At night, we dined at the rooftop bar while taking in Kyoto’s night views. For breakfast, I chose a conger eel hot pot—something rare for a Hotel breakfast—and truly savored Kyoto’s summer flavors. We were also able to visit Kiyomizu-dera early in the morning when it was quiet and uncrowded, which made us very happy. It seems it became a wonderful memory for my sister as well. Thank you very much for taking so many photos for us.

Everything was amazing. Since we traveled by train, it was close to the station, and the location was great—we didn’t get wet in the rain even without an umbrella. But enjoying the Onsen in the rain was also wonderful. Above all, the meals were delicious. I’d love to visit again on a sunny day. Thank you very much for your kind and attentive hospitality.

Since all guests have dogs, you don’t need to worry about being considerate of others without pets. Everything was thoroughly cleaned, and the staff were outstanding. The location is also excellent, so you can fully enjoy Kyoto with your dog. This is the best Hotel for dog lovers—so great that it feels like everyone becomes a repeat guest.

I was captivated by the soothing scent of hinoki cypress upon arrival. After taking a bath, I relaxed and cooled down in the kura lounge. No matter when I went, the lounge was neatly kept and very comfortable. The Room was also close to the seaside, and for the first time I fell asleep—and woke up—listening to the sound of the waves. The meals were wonderful as well; we enjoyed plenty of seasonal local ingredients. We were truly able to unwind. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

Thank you for your hospitality. The location is wonderful, with a view of Mt. Daisen to the right from the main entrance. It was unseasonably hot on the day I stayed, and walking from Yonago Station was honestly tough, but the view instantly made it all worth it. Although it seemed the system server was down, check-in went smoothly, so I had no complaints. The room was more spacious than I expected, and both the bed and sofa were comfortable and roomy, allowing me to relax. I was also happy to have a large public bath—it felt great. I’d love to stay again. Thank you very much.

It’s an older Hotel, but it was thoroughly cleaned and very comfortable. I’ve seen many large Hotels with beautiful exteriors that were covered in dust, so I’m truly glad I stayed here this time. I chose the plan with breakfast, and enjoyed the variety of side dishes, mainly Japanese-style. If I come to Mishima again, I’d love to stay here again!

This is an inn I had wanted to stay at for a long time. As many reviews mentioned, the Italian dinner was outstanding from start to dessert, and truly impressed me. The in-room hot spring was at the perfect temperature, and I thoroughly enjoyed it while gazing at the sea, listening to insects at night, and again in the fresh morning air. I would love to stay here again.

This was my first stay, and I stayed in a Room with an Onsen. The Room, attentive services, and hospitality were excellent. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast.\nHowever, I think the dinner could use some improvement. After all, dinner is one of the highlights of an Onsen Accommodation stay.

I stayed solo and booked the “Tochigi Beef Sirloin Steak Course.” [Entrance & Lobby] It seems to have been renovated, with a bright and stylish atmosphere. [Front Desk] The staff provided clear, courteous explanations, and check-in was smooth. [Room] Spacious and comfortable. The futon was already laid out, which was great because I could lie down right after arriving. Since my Room was on the 5th floor, the view from the window felt open and refreshing. However, there was no bath in the Room, so I couldn’t wash and hang my rainwear after hiking, which was a bit disappointing. [Baths] The service allowing 30 minutes free use of a private open-air bath was excellent. The large public bath feels a bit dated but has a pleasant atmosphere. Note that there is no outdoor bath. [Meals] Dinner service was timely, and the staff were attentive. The menu said “ochazuke or soba,” but plain rice was also available. The Tochigi beef sirloin was tender and very delicious. Salt, wasabi, ponzu sauce, and other condiments were provided so I could enjoy different flavors. I was also happy they had my favorite sake, “Houou Biden.” For breakfast, I appreciated that it wasn’t a typical buffet but served in a kaiseki style. After checkout I realized I had left a shirt in my Room; when I contacted them, they shipped it to me cash on delivery the next day. Their quick response really helped—thank you very much. Overall, this is a highly satisfying Hotel that I can confidently recommend.
