The Room, baths, and meals were all wonderful. Both the in-room bath and the private Kashinoki-no-Yu Onsen were excellent. When I mentioned that the handle on the bath basket had come off, they responded immediately. As for the food, when I told them I have gout and can’t eat pork, they adjusted part of the meal. Every dish was delicious, and you could really tell how carefully everything was prepared. The soba was also great. All of the staff we spoke with in various situations were very pleasant, and it truly became a memorable trip. The view from the Room was amazing as well. There was a light mist over the mountains, and we enjoyed the beautiful scenery. It rained at night, but that actually made it even more relaxing with the sound of rain—I didn’t feel disappointed at all even though it rained. The American who traveled with me was impressed by everything and happily said they will definitely come again! I rarely write a Review no matter how much I travel, but Tsuruya was truly outstanding. If you’re considering a trip to Gunma, this is an Accommodation I would highly recommend—so I decided to write this Review. Next time, I’d love to enjoy the winter scenery along with the Onsen and meals. We will definitely visit again! Thank you very much.

We stayed here as a couple to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The Onsen was wonderful. Thank you for the complimentary champagne service at dinner.

The location was excellent—close to Yufuin Floral Village and Lake Kinrin, which made it very convenient. The meals were satisfying both morning and evening, with delicious rice and meat. Since it was a weekday and during mealtime, there were few guests in the bath, so I could relax and soak at my leisure. The water temperature was just right. The Facility is old, but it was well cleaned. At such a reasonable rate for an overnight stay with meals included, I would happily stay here again whenever I visit Yufuin.

We have been staying here as one of our regular Accommodations since your opening, for family trips and business travel. About 16 years ago, when our children were small, breakfast was a must for us, and I remember it being far better than it is now. However, in the past few years, I regret to say it no longer feels like a level we can continue choosing based on those memories. Given the location, it is an excellent base whether heading north or south. I believe your Accommodation holds an important position as a key presence and landmark in the Chubu region. I hope that, even without making it extravagant, you will be able to take steps to bring the breakfast quality back to what it once was. I understand the food and beverage department faces challenges amid cost competition, but I sincerely hope you can create an environment where improvements can continue.

Even if you don’t pay much attention to it, business trips often end up concentrated in certain cities or areas. Last year, I found myself in Kobe so often that I even ended up with a favorite spot in the city (laughs). This year, for some reason, I’ve been repeatedly sent to Okayama and Kurashiki without really knowing why. So this time, this is the Accommodation we chose. I had made a Reservation for a Superior Twin Room, but it seems the dates coincided with high business demand and many solo guests. Since my wife and I were staying together, we were upgraded to a Premium Room. The Hotel stands at an intersection right in front of the station, and we were given a corner room facing the recessed section of the building. The windows stretch surprisingly far from left to right, offering an outstanding station-front view that makes you feel like a local lord surveying your domain. Because of the irregular layout there are some awkward spaces here and there, but since it was a complimentary upgrade, it’s something to be grateful for. The bathroom was also upgraded from a standard unit bath to one with a separate washing area, making for a much more relaxing bath time. After sleeping soundly in the spacious Room, it was time for breakfast. Served on the reception floor, it features many small dishes; arranging them on the provided tray makes for an especially photogenic spread. Of course, there are also local specialties such as shrimp rice. The after-meal coffee is properly drip-brewed as well. As my wife and I enjoyed everything—saying “so good” over and over—I happened to glance out the window and realized the view was exactly the same as from our Room (laughs). Since our Room was upgraded this time, my overall impression may be slightly biased upward—but with direct underground access connecting to the station area shopping street (Ichibangai), Takashimaya, and AEON Mall among others, this is an extremely convenient property with plenty of advantages. It’s easy to recommend as one option for an Okayama stay.

Within walking distance of Tomari Port, it’s an ideal location for those heading out to the Kerama Islands. There’s nothing to fault—everything from the cleanliness of the Room to the front desk service is excellent. The thoughtful touches, such as complimentary drinks, are impressive, and having a pool is another big plus. Personally, I highly recommend it. It feels like there are many international guests and a lively crowd. That isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but it may not suit those who prefer a quiet Accommodation.

Ever since I found this Hotel, I haven’t stayed at any other Hotel in Obihiro. It’s a little away from downtown, so it’s quiet, but you can still walk into town, so there’s nothing to complain about. The Room feels a bit dated, but I have no complaints at all. The bathroom is spacious, and you can relax in a roomy bathtub. I’ll definitely stay here again.

I stay here every time I travel for business. It’s very convenient, close to the station, with a convenience store right next door. This time I left early in the morning so I didn’t have breakfast, but the breakfast offers a good variety and is always very tasty. The front desk staff are helpful, and the Room service is excellent as well, so I’m always very satisfied with my stay. I will continue to stay here in the future—thank you in advance.

Tokyu Stay offers in-room laundry facilities, which I always appreciate, and the Gotanda location was particularly excellent. Firstly, it is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. The room features practical shelves, a chair with a backrest as well as a stool, conveniently placed outlets, and ReFa products. Additionally, I requested a taxi during my stay and was impressed when they addressed me by my last name even though we had only met briefly at check-in. I would love to stay here again!

The complimentary drinks and soft-serve ice cream after check-in were a nice touch. There was also bread at breakfast, but it ran out quickly and wasn’t replenished afterward. There were no skincare items like toner, so be sure to bring your own! Great value with no unnecessary frills or extravagance, so I could relax without feeling self-conscious. The meals were pretty good as well. I’d like to visit again if I have the chance.

We stayed for two nights from 8/23 in an annex Triple Room as a family of four, including a 9-year-old boy. When we checked in, four beds (one was a sofa bed) were already prepared. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower room even had a ReFa shower head. The amenities were more than sufficient. The entire Room was clean, and there was an electric kettle along with instant coffee and tea. Since our Room was on the first floor, we could step directly out into the front garden, and our child was thrilled to catch insects. The pool was also clean and very pleasant. The Onsen is effective for muscle fatigue relief and improving skin condition. We would definitely like to visit again.

The Room was clean, and above all, it had excellent access from the subway. I’d like to stay here again.

I stayed on October 31. Although breakfast was included, I left the hotel around 3 a.m. due to other commitments. In my rush, I forgot the power cable for my laptop in the room. I contacted the front desk before 7 a.m. after arriving home and requested it to be sent via cash-on-delivery. The staff were very polite, and I was surprised that they even covered the shipping cost in advance for me. Thank you so much for your help! I stay in Tsuruoka two to three times a year, and I always choose Route Inn for accommodation there. Thank you again!

We arrived at the Hotel in the morning. We were able to borrow the Hotel’s bicycles for free, so we rode to our destination and enjoyed sightseeing. For lunch, we biked to a bakery restaurant in Kawaramachi. It helped us save on transportation costs. We checked in early and went to the large public bath. It was almost private, so we could relax and enjoy a long soak. It felt great. At breakfast, we ended up sharing the venue with a large group of international guests, but they left quickly, and it was quiet after that. The breakfast selection is extensive and very satisfying. The roast beef, meat soup, and chikuzen-ni were especially delicious. I’ve stayed at other Business Hotels of a similar class in Kyoto, but this Hotel has the best breakfast. We’ve already decided to stay again with friends in August. Highly recommended.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and we had a wonderful stay. It was a three-generation trip with my daughter and grandchild, and it became a great memory. We are truly grateful—thank you very much.

The Room is spacious. The bathroom is also large and separate from the toilet. The linens are new and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of items and is quite tasty. There is a 7-Eleven nearby, as well as affordable coin-operated parking, which is convenient. For that price, no complaints.

It was close to Kakegawa Station and I was able to stay at an affordable price. The amenities were plentiful, and it was very helpful to have even sunscreen and hair oil provided (it’s rare to find sunscreen available). Breakfast was also great, with plenty of drink options. I’d like to use this Accommodation again when I visit Kakegawa Station. Thank you.

I stayed here as a Hotel for a fan trip. Thank you for upgrading my stay. It was helpful, as fewer Hotels offer smoking Rooms these days. The Room was spacious and nice. However, the lighting was warm-toned, which made doing my makeup difficult. I wish there had been a white light near the mirror. I ended up opening the curtains and using natural light while doing my makeup. I understand it’s a Hotel, but the hair dryer airflow was also weak, so it would be helpful if guests could choose a stronger one for an additional fee. The location is good—one stop from Tokyo Dome and close to the station. But I wouldn’t really say it’s within walking distance from Tokyo Dome.

The room was a Japanese-Western style, and the futon was already laid out. The Onsen had silky smooth water, which felt very pleasant. The open-air bath offered a stunning night view, making it a blissful experience to soak in the Onsen while enjoying the scenery. The meals were excellent; however, breakfast was limited to 60 minutes, which made us rush and was a bit disappointing. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I would love to visit again after the renovation.

It was excellent. There were four highlights in particular. 1. Riverside dining. Eating near the river has a wonderful atmosphere. You hear frogs and birds, and their sounds change over time. The sound of the rapids stays constant while subtly shifting. As it gets darker outside, the overall colors gradually change. Lights come on. Even the air changes—what feels bright and cheerful becomes cooler and refreshingly crisp. It’s fascinating how, compared with the start of the meal, it can feel as if you’ve moved to a completely different place. In that setting, dish after dish is served—luxurious, plentiful, and delicious. And after having some drinks and getting pleasantly tipsy, by the time it hits you the scenery around you has transformed as well, which adds even more charm to the experience. 2. Fireflies in flight. About a one-minute walk from the Accommodation, we were able to see many fireflies. The path is very dark, so you need to be careful—darker than expected. Countless fireflies were flying through the space between a bridge and the river below it. Some even came within about a meter right in front of us. We could clearly see them flying—and we saw so many of them. The swirling dance of blinking lights conveys something mysterious about life itself. 3. Private Onsen baths. There are four private Onsen baths, and every one was wonderful. I think the water quality is excellent—a slightly sulfur-scented Onsen. It’s my favorite type of water quality personally; I don’t find places like Shuzenji, Izunokuni (Izu-Nagaoka), Yugawara, or Izu-Kogen quite as good for my taste, but I really liked Yugashima’s Onsen. 4. The river view from our Room terrace. Even more than the view itself, hearing all the natural outdoor sounds—including the flow of the river—was incredibly soothing. I brought a Mozart DVD and asked staff to prepare a DVD player for me, but while listening to Yugashima’s river and nature sounds I completely forgot to watch opera at all. There wasn’t anything negative in particular.
