Staying here feels exciting—like a theme park inspired by the Nebuta Festival. Great hospitality, and the food is excellent. I’d definitely come back.

I visited with friends in March, and this time I came with my son’s family. The food is simply delicious, and even my five-year-old grandchild can have fun at the amusement park and inside the Hotel. Beer was available after bathing and during meals as well, which made my daughter-in-law very happy. The meals were excellent—both grilled Hamana Lake eel (kabayaki) and white-grilled eel (shirayaki) were so good that I ate far too much. I usually don’t eat seafood bowls elsewhere (because they’re not tasty), but for some reason I end up having them here. And the staff who prepare the food are very kind. Next time, I’d like to bring my daughter’s family too. The desserts made with local ingredients and the small dishes are also delicious. I don’t think there is any other Hotel buffet as good as this. The only problem is that I eat too much and gain weight. Even breakfast has great variety, and even the scrambled eggs taste wonderful. The shirasu and eel onigiri-style rice balls were very satisfying too. With four adults and one small child, it’s hard to deny that the room feels a bit small. But since a larger room would have doubled the price, we ended up trying to save money. Well, we only sleep there anyway. This may be a bit rambling, but considering the price, all I can say is thank you very much. If possible, I think a dry sauna would be better than the current one in the bath area.

This is my favorite Hotel, and I always stay here whenever I visit Aomori. The bath has a large tub where I can relax and warm up, which helps relieve my fatigue. This time the rates were set a bit higher due to overlapping with the National Sports Festival, but I’m glad I was able to stay. The tuna sashimi at breakfast was very delicious and made this trip truly satisfying.

I chose this Accommodation because I was looking for one with an open-air bath in the Room. Before check-in, I was able to use three baths; the red hot spring was wonderful, and the views were amazing. After dinner, I used the open-air bath in my Room, and in the morning I bathed on the 6th floor and even got to see the sunrise—it was fantastic. The Room was spacious, clean, stylish yet relaxing. It was a lovely Accommodation that I’d definitely like to visit again.

My first visit was during last summer vacation. I wanted to get away from the fatigue of working with numbers... The sound of evening cicadas from the mountain right in front of me, and the gentle murmur of the Kinugawa River, were so soothing. There are many types of baths, and the open-air bath—surrounded by the scent of the forest—was incredibly relaxing; it felt like true luxury. For dinner, both the Japanese course meal and the buffet were delicious—I couldn’t be more satisfied. And of course, there’s a breakfast buffet too! I loved this Hotel so much that I’ve come back many times. It’s very easy to access from central Tokyo: it’s about a 5-minute walk from Tobu World Square to reach the Hotel, and there is also a convenient Shuttle Service from Kinugawa Onsen Station. This is my favorite Hotel—one I want to visit in every season.

On our first trip to Hokkaido, we stayed here as a family. We were assigned a room in the main building, which made it easy to get to the baths and dining area, and our 86-year-old grandmother was especially pleased. The meals were outstanding, featuring plenty of ingredients from Biei—far more delicious and distinctive than a typical hotel buffet. In particular, the potato soup, whole grilled carrots, and rich soft-serve ice cream were unforgettable. Our whole family had a wonderful time together. We would love to stay here again when we visit Hokkaido in the future. Thank you for your warm and heartfelt hospitality.

This was our first stay. My husband has an illness and limited mobility, but our family of four was well taken care of with a wheelchair. The Hotel was very clean throughout, and all the staff were kind—truly a wonderful Hotel. We were very satisfied with both the room and the private open-air bath, and the large public bath was excellent! However, since our room was on a lower floor, we sometimes made eye contact with construction workers in the building right in front of us, which was a bit uncomfortable... Next time, we hope to stay on a higher floor. It’s a Hotel that makes you want to come back again soon! Thank you for your hospitality.

The Room was very clean, and I was able to stay comfortable throughout my entire visit. What I especially loved were the infinity pool and the sauna. With only seven Rooms available per day, it never felt crowded, and I could relax and enjoy them at a leisurely pace. The views were stunning, and you can truly experience an extraordinary escape from everyday life. The staff’s hospitality was also excellent, making my stay very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar had a wonderful atmosphere as well. Being able to enjoy drinks slowly while taking in the view was particularly memorable. It’s not an inexpensive Accommodation, but considering the Facility offerings, meals, service, and views, I felt it was well worth the price. I would love to stay again.

I stayed here on a family trip with my father and sister. Unfortunately it rained, but as soon as the Hotel came into view, I couldn’t stop feeling excited by its beautiful exterior. The Room was a standard maisonette. The stairs were a bit steep for my father in his 80s, but we were very satisfied with the spacious Room. The Onsen wasn’t overly hot, and there were several options including an open-air panoramic bath and a medicinal bath, so I enjoyed it both in the evening and in the morning. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets had a great variety of dishes, and I ate until I was completely full while trying to decide what to choose. There were still more things I wanted to try, but I simply couldn’t eat any more…! Since there was only one elevator for going up and one for going down, depending on the time it wasn’t always easy to get around smoothly, but otherwise everything was excellent. My father and sister were both very happy and said they’d like to come again. I’d love to stay here again too.

After reading other guests’ Reviews, I learned that the bathroom and toilet are separate and that there is a shower chair, so I made a Reservation. I had been standing for a long time at my favorite artist’s concert, and it was extremely hot, so by the time I got back to the Hotel I was exhausted, but I was able to relax in the bath and soothe my fatigue with a bath salt I chose on the 1st floor (it said it helps you sleep well). The next day, since checkout isn’t until 12:00 p.m., I could take it easy—going out for breakfast and enjoying a morning bath. There was also a coffee machine next to the amenities on the 1st floor, and I appreciated being able to drink coffee freely. I’d like to stay again.

I decided to visit Shizukuishi Station using the “Dokoka ni Viewn” travel plan and discovered Hotel Aishinkan in Tsunagi Onsen. I stayed at its sister property, Hotel Shion, the day before, and then stayed at Hotel Aishinkan on the second day. What made me choose it was the Yakiniku Hige dinner course. The amount and quality of the meat were both very satisfying, and being able to enjoy authentic cold noodles was fantastic. The staff were also very pleasant, so I ended up ordering an extra regular portion of cold noodles and additional meat as well. My stomach and my heart were full. Because it’s all-inclusive, I could enjoy my favorite beer at the yakiniku venue without worrying about the cost. After a bath, I could also freely enjoy alcohol in the lounge, which had a wonderful atmosphere. At breakfast, beer was available even in the morning; while I felt the breakfast selection was a little limited, I had reserved the Onsen Liner for my return trip so I could relax and enjoy it without concern. I used the large public bath and open-air bath so many times I lost count—it was truly a fun trip. It’s a bit far from Tokyo, but this is definitely one of the places I’d like to visit again.

The Room we stayed in was very spacious and clean, and we had a comfortable stay. We were also able to relax and enjoy the bath. Breakfast items were all delicious! The smoothie was especially good—I liked it so much that I had seconds. The location was great, and we could get to Tanukikoji without worrying about the rain. If we have the chance to stay overnight in Sapporo again, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

The guest room was very clean and beautiful. The hiba wood bath smelled wonderful and was amazing. The atmosphere of the building was also great. And the food was incredibly delicious!! The sashimi at dinner was so fresh it was hard to believe we were staying at an Accommodation in the mountains. For breakfast, we were very satisfied to enjoy many local dishes such as Aomori’s famous ika-menchi and Towada barayaki. Most impressive of all was the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. Since we had a small child with us, thank you very much for all your consideration. In particular, the staff member who assisted us at dinner welcomed us with a wonderful smile, creating a memorable experience that will stay with us. Thank you very much. We visited as a large group, and everyone praised it as an outstanding Accommodation. We would definitely love to visit again in another season. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This was my first trip to Iwate Prefecture. It’s far from home, so I hesitated a bit, but since I could use a municipal Discount Coupon, I decided to book—and I’m glad I did. I had seen a Review saying check-in took a long time, but for me it was around 3:50 p.m. on a weekday and everything went smoothly with no issues. The Room was new and impeccably clean. It was a Room with a semi-open-air bath, and I really appreciated having two bath mats and two thick bath towels per person. The tuna carving show was fun, and the food was delicious. What impressed me most was the excellent service. I wish I could give six stars! From the Shuttle Service driver from Morioka Station to the dining staff—everyone was polite and kind. The temperature of the open-air bath in my Room felt a little cool late at night, so at 5:00 a.m. I called the front desk even though I felt bad about it. They came to my Room right away without showing any displeasure and adjusted the temperature for me. They were so pleasant that it left me feeling warmly cared for, and it really stayed with me. The reason I rated “Guest room & amenities” as 4 is that there were no towels in the toilet area of the Room, and there were no shower caps or hair ties. For women who take multiple baths, these are essential, so please consider providing them. I’m truly glad we made the trip. Even my usually critical husband praised both the meals and how comfortable the Room was. Thank you very much for your hospitality and for giving us such wonderful memories. I would definitely like to stay again.

I chose Haiya as my Accommodation in Awara Onsen for the first time in a year. I still remembered the layout and traditional furnishings of my previous Room (Iwashimizu), so I decided to stay here again. This time, my Room was “Choyo,” and I also loved its classic, traditional atmosphere. Best of all, the Room had an open-air bath, so I could relax and soak at my own pace and enjoy a different feel from the large public bath. As before, the meals featured plenty of locally sourced ingredients, including Wakasa beef, which I was able to savor fully. The many dishes served in tableware that evoked an autumn ambiance also showed the staff’s thoughtful attention to detail. I really like Haiya’s calm, high-quality atmosphere, and I plan to stay here again when I visit Awara Onsen next time.

Although we stayed in a twin room, the bathroom was spacious and helped us relax after a long day. It was farther from Osaka Station than we expected, but it was easy to find. Thank you very much.

The atmosphere, baths, meals, and hospitality at the ryokan were all wonderful. However, during breakfast I could hear an older man in the next room constantly making petty complaints, which made me feel uncomfortable. I felt sorry for the staff member who was dealing with him.

From the moment we arrived, the staff’s courteous service made us look forward to a wonderful stay. The Room felt open and airy, with lush greenery visible through large windows, and the layout was thoughtfully designed for ease of use. The very spacious semi-open-air bath was at just the right temperature, so we ended up soaking for a long time; perhaps thanks to the spring quality as well, we felt warmed through to our core. The meals used a wide variety of ingredients, were clearly explained, and offered delicious dishes with plenty of variety. Given our age, there was more than enough in both quantity and quality without ordering anything extra, and we were very satisfied. Because it is not a large Accommodation, getting around was easy and stress-free without any chance of getting lost, which we also appreciated. Even at departure they took great care in seeing us off—an Accommodation that left us with a pleasant afterglow. The total cost can vary widely depending on food and drinks (wine), but this time we felt it was an excellent value for money. We have one more favorite Accommodation in Hakone now.

I stayed here last year to celebrate my birthday, and loved it so much that I returned again this year for my birthday celebration. This time, I truly appreciate your even more thoughtful hospitality. Thanks to you, I was able to relax wholeheartedly in the Room. This year’s concept was to take things slow at a Hotel. First, I enjoyed a Multiple Night Stay at a wonderful Hotel in Umekoji. Then I came here. The atmosphere is different, yet even better. It feels very calm and serene. I think it’s because you make the most of the location by the Kamo River and help guests experience Kyoto in such a comfortable way. Even though it’s right in the bustle of Shijo-Kawaramachi, this is a space where you don’t feel any of that at all—remarkable. Your affiliated HIYORI Ocean Resort Okinawa is also one of my favorites—a wonderful Hotel that lets you truly feel the beauty of Onna Village. And now SORANIWA Terrace Kyoto has won me over too! At this rate, I’ll probably be back again for my birthday next year.

In June 2026, I stayed one night at Dormy Inn Kanazawa. It’s close to the station, and it was great that they could store my luggage when I arrived in Kanazawa, and also keep it for me after checkout the next day. The Room was simple and very clean. The air conditioner had a remote control, so I could adjust it myself, which was convenient. There was water and some snacks in the refrigerator, and I enjoyed them. The Onsen is on the 14th floor, and you can go there in loungewear and slippers. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, and at the sinks there is a hair dryer as well as toner and lotion. After the Onsen, I also had ice cream and coffee. In the morning you can have a probiotic drink. However, when I went at night it was crowded, and some guests reserved washing stations by leaving their personal items there even though shelves are provided for belongings—so I had to wait a few minutes. That’s why my rating is 4 stars. It would be helpful if a clear notice could be posted to discourage this behavior so everyone can use the facilities comfortably. There is also complimentary “yonaki soba” (late-night noodles) served after 9:00 p.m., and since the portion isn’t large it was easy to finish. I traveled with my family, and they also said they liked the Onsen very much. My overall impression: great location near the station, polite staff service, plus nice extras like ice cream, coffee, and late-night noodles. I would like to stay again.
