This was our first time staying here. There were five of us, and it was spacious enough. We didn’t use them, but the kitchen and washing machine made it feel like we could stay for days. There was also a loft. The place was well cleaned, so we had a very comfortable stay. The garden had a nice atmosphere too, although we didn’t use it because of the heat and insects. There are restaurants nearby, and since we brought food and drinks, having a refrigerator was very convenient. We’d love to stay again—thank you very much.

I was able to relax comfortably in a semi-double room thanks to the complimentary upgrade. The complimentary bath salts also helped me unwind, even in the unit bath.

The Room is spacious and new, so everything is spotless. The view from the Room is also great. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, which is very convenient. It was such a wonderful and comfortable Hotel that it felt like a waste to stay for only one night. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stay again.

When making my Reservation, only smoking Rooms were available for a 2-night, 3-day stay, so I booked one as there was no other choice. At check-in, when confirming the Room, I mentioned this and was told a non-smoking Room had become available due to a cancellation, so they changed my Room for me. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the Room was kept very clean. Great value for money and a convenient location. If I come to Iwate again, I will definitely stay here. It was a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

Last time, I stayed in room 703, and this time I stayed in room 701. When I stayed in room 703, there was Wi-Fi available for the guest rooms, and I also received a pre-arrival email with the door code before check-in. However, during my stay in room 701 this time, I did not receive any pre-arrival email with the door code before check-in and only found out the code after inquiring at the front desk. Since it was a Property where I've stayed before and knew that a pre-arrival email with the door code is usually sent, I wondered why it wasn't delivered this time.

The Facility is simple but well-equipped. The electric kettle was particularly useful. The owner's attentive service was greatly appreciated.

Our family of five stayed here. We had a great time with no issues. As for amenities, we wished there had been razors and a washing machine.

It is conveniently located near my workplace, and even when I check in around midnight after business trips, the reception staff always provide courteous service. The room's bed is very clean and spacious, with light bedding that makes it extremely comfortable. The amenities in the room are sufficient, and the abundance of power outlets is very convenient. The showerhead is sophisticated, and both the bathroom and toilet are clean. I will definitely stay here again. Although there are times when prices fluctuate higher, it would be perfect if there were more affordable periods available.

As it was the off-season with no baseball, it was quiet and relaxing. Other guests were friendly and struck up conversations, which made for a warm and pleasant stay. The place was also very clean. I’d love to stay again during baseball season when it’s more lively. I’d like to use this Accommodation again.

I stayed for two nights. It seems like a one-room apartment has been renovated into a Hotel, and there is a washbasin right by the entrance, which I found very convenient. The Room was clean, the toilet and bathroom were also clean, and the hallways were well maintained. I would like to stay again. Thank you.

I stayed here for business, but it’s affordable and close to major attractions, so I also recommend it for sightseeing.

I had a comfortable stay without any complaints. I would like to use it again next time.

Close to Shiroishi Station on the Tozai Subway Line, with supermarkets and convenience stores nearby where you can purchase necessary groceries before heading to the accommodation. Conveniently located for quick access to Odori Station. Nango Park with its grassy area is also nearby. The accommodation features an auto-lock system, so no keys are needed. It includes a unit bath, refrigerator, and heating/cooling appliances for your comfort. The soundproofing ensures a quiet stay without external noise disturbances.

The Room was spotless. The view was beautiful. Everything about the location was perfect. On the day of our stay, we made a last-minute request to move from Building A-1 to Building A-2, and they kindly accepted and had it ready in about 20 minutes. During that time, they even served us tea at the café. All of the staff were truly wonderful! If I have a chance to visit Yamaguchi again, I’d love to stay here again, and it’s an Accommodation I can confidently recommend to others. By the way, the view of Tsunoshima Bridge and the sunset from the balcony at dusk was absolutely stunning!!! Building A-2 has a kitchen/dining area, so it was a great space for cooking and eating together (4 chairs). Also, although it wasn’t shown in the photos, there was a bedroom on the first floor! There’s also a small shower room. With two beds on the first floor and two on the second floor, there’s more than enough space for four people—you can stay comfortably and relax. When deciding on our booking, it was hard to understand the overall layout of the Room, and I felt like I couldn’t gather all the information from photos alone. So when we entered on arrival, we kept being surprised—“There’s space like this too?!” “Wow, it’s this spacious?!” It might be helpful if there were Instagram posts or similar that show an overall layout in advance. The nearby beaches were very beautiful as well, and if we travel again in summer, I’d love to come back here. Please let us stay again—thank you very much!

I had reserved a standard single Room, but since there was availability, I was upgraded. I truly appreciated that and the Room itself was nice; however, it was on the second floor, and to my surprise, the corridor outside the door was open to the outdoors, like an apartment building. This really shocked me. On days with heavy rain, wouldn’t luggage get wet? It may have been an extension, but I felt there could be structural issues with the building design. Also, because it is right next to a neighboring building (which may be unavoidable given that it’s in Kabukicho), the view is not very pleasant. I have stayed at other APA Hotels before and have also stayed many times at other Business Hotels in Tokyo, but this was my first time experiencing something like this. If possible, I think it would be better to improve this.

Although it’s close to the station, the Room was quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. When I arrived exhausted, the front desk staff kindly handled the check-in process for me, which was a big help. I was impressed that you can stay in Tokyo at this price. I’ll be back.

I stayed one night in a twin Room with my daughter on our trip to Kyoto. Despite being a twin, it was incredibly affordable and very clean. After that, we stayed at a decent Hotel in Osaka, but in terms of value for money this place was overwhelmingly better—if anything, the Room itself was better than some mediocre mid-range Hotels. On the morning of our stay, they kindly stored our luggage so we could explore Kyoto. Being able to leave our bags before check-in was extremely helpful. I’d love to stay again. If there were Hotels like this elsewhere, I would definitely use them too.

Stayed for one night at Awaji. The low price is very helpful. Bringing a road bike is allowed, but due to the small elevator, I carried it vertically up to the 4th floor. If there are many guests, it might be a bit inconvenient. However, early morning check-out poses no issues.
