We stayed here the night before a mountain hike. The place was very spacious, and the amenities were well stocked. There was also a convenience store just a short walk away, which was reassuring.

Although the Facility is located on Atami’s characteristically steep slope, it is close to the station, taxis arrived quickly, and access was very convenient. The Facility itself may not be brand-new, but the Room was spacious, easy to use, and had an ocean view. The raised-floor style layout and the larger mattress bed were also very comfortable. The large public bath could accommodate about 3–4 people in the tub and around 8–10 people in the washing area; the water was great, and we appreciated the strong shower pressure. One thing we noticed was that the curtains did not block much light, so it was bright early in the morning and woke us up. In any case, we will visit again soon. Thank you.

I used it after the event at the dome. It's a bit of a walk from Tenjin Subway Station, but not too far and within walking distance. There are coin parking and convenience stores nearby, and it was close to Oyafuko Street. It was a plan with a ReFa hairdryer and amenities, which was very nice! I was able to spend comfortably in a cute room. I added a breakfast bento, but the rice was too soft for my taste. Sorry for being picky. Other than that, I was very satisfied, so I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

I think this Hotel is excellent in terms of service, rooms, and location. Given the low price, it may be unavoidable, but it would be perfect if only the breakfast could be improved. How about cutting down the options and focusing on a standout breakfast—for example, just premium rice balls and miso soup, or only your signature soup with freshly baked bread? I can tell you are making a great effort.

From the second-floor living room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view of Hakuba's expansive scenery, offering an incredible sense of openness. The staff were extremely friendly from check-in and made our stay very pleasant. We stayed for two nights, and on the second day, they replaced our towels and promptly responded to our calls, which was very helpful. Amenities such as insect repellent spray and baby guards were well-prepared, making it safe and convenient for families with children. The recommended restaurants and spots were all fantastic, making this a truly satisfying stay. We would love to visit again!

This was our first time staying here. There were five of us, and it was spacious enough. We didn’t use them, but the kitchen and washing machine made it feel like we could stay for days. There was also a loft. The place was well cleaned, so we had a very comfortable stay. The garden had a nice atmosphere too, although we didn’t use it because of the heat and insects. There are restaurants nearby, and since we brought food and drinks, having a refrigerator was very convenient. We’d love to stay again—thank you very much.

I was able to relax comfortably in a semi-double room thanks to the complimentary upgrade. The complimentary bath salts also helped me unwind, even in the unit bath.

When making my Reservation, only smoking Rooms were available for a 2-night, 3-day stay, so I booked one as there was no other choice. At check-in, when confirming the Room, I mentioned this and was told a non-smoking Room had become available due to a cancellation, so they changed my Room for me. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the Room was kept very clean. Great value for money and a convenient location. If I come to Iwate again, I will definitely stay here. Last time, I stayed in room 703, and this time I stayed in room 701. When I stayed in room 703, there was Wi-Fi available for the guest rooms, and I also received a pre-arrival email with the door code before check-in. However, during my stay in room 701 this time, I did not receive any pre-arrival email with the door code before check-in and only found out the code after inquiring at the front desk. Since it was a Property where I've stayed before and knew that a pre-arrival email with the door code is usually sent, I wondered why it wasn't delivered this time.

The Facility is simple but well-equipped. The electric kettle was particularly useful. The owner's attentive service was greatly appreciated.

The showerhead is sophisticated, and both the bathroom and toilet are clean. I will definitely stay here again. Although there are times when prices fluctuate higher, it would be perfect if there were more affordable periods available.

As it was the off-season with no baseball, it was quiet and relaxing. Other guests were friendly and struck up conversations, which made for a warm and pleasant stay. The place was also very clean.
