I took a bus from Tokyo Station, got off at Highway Oasis Furari, and walked a little over 20 minutes. The road is somewhat difficult to walk on, but it’s not a busy street. Bath: Private-use only, with an indoor bath and an open-air bath as a set. It was clean, a comfortable size, and the water temperature wasn’t too hot—really nice. Room: Traditional Japanese-style. The futon was already laid out, so I relaxed and lounged around. There’s also a toilet and washbasin. I visited on a very humid day, so there was that distinctive tatami-room scent—nostalgic. And since there were shoji screens, I naturally woke up with the morning light. Meals: Absolutely amazing—just as rumored. Everything tasted great. It was my first time trying squid-leg croquettes, and they were delicious. Breakfast had lots of options too, and I ended up getting seconds of rice without thinking. The after-meal coffee was also excellent. The sea is close by as well; I went before breakfast and started the day feeling refreshed. Overall, this Accommodation is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy lots of fish dishes. Everyone greeted me with smiles, so I could relax comfortably and freely throughout my stay. The high ratings were well deserved—I’d love to come again.

This was an Accommodation I’d wanted to visit for a long time. I was hoping for the riverside bath and a starry sky, but due to the river running high and cloudy weather, it didn’t happen. Still, the Accommodation was wonderful, so I was completely satisfied. At check-in, we were served delicious homemade sweets: hanamame beans with shiratama in kinako and kuromitsu. The proprietress and staff were very pleasant, and the hot spring bath—fed directly from the source—overflowed generously and felt amazing. The meals were beautifully presented using local ingredients, and we were happily full. The Room was clean and relaxing, with the sound of the river (it was quite loud this time because of the high water, but I’m sure it’s usually soothing). It was also lovely to see small wildflowers displayed throughout. It’s an Accommodation I’d love to stay at again and again. We will definitely return.

I had such a wonderful impression when I stayed here before that this is my second visit. From the welcome sweets to the Japanese-Western fusion dinner and the hearty breakfast, everything was delicious. All meals were brought to our Room, so there was no need to change clothes, and we could relax completely. I also appreciated that when I informed them in advance about ingredients I can’t eat, they accommodated me properly. During our 3-day/2-night stay, all of the staff took great care of us. I had the chance to speak with five staff members, and every one of them provided excellent service! They were polite and warm, and I truly felt well looked after. The only thing I noticed was that the shower drainage was a little slow. Even so, overall it was a lovely Accommodation where we felt very comfortable. Taking an open-air bath early in the morning while listening to bush warblers singing was an unforgettable experience. I’d love to visit again in a different season.

In-room dining and a private open-air bath in the Room made it a completely private space. The meals were delicious. This Accommodation was great for families with small children, as you can relax and enjoy your stay without worrying about others. It was a bit difficult to do makeup, so having a handheld mirror would be helpful.

The relaxing Facility, the charming Room, the wonderful cuisine, and the silky Onsen I could stay in forever—everything was exceptional. The staff’s warm smiles and attentive hospitality made it even better. This is the first Accommodation where I truly didn’t want to leave because it felt so comfortable. I would love to visit again. Located roughly across the river from the Nagatoro Iwadatami (not within walking distance). This is a small, well-serviced Hotel surrounded by quiet woods with an atmosphere reminiscent of Karuizawa; though compact, it is well equipped and stocked with amenities. Dinner and breakfast are Japanese-style creative full-course meals, better suited to adults. Some Rooms feature private open-air baths, and there are also free private reservable baths, making it a good choice for guests who value privacy. The building is old, but filled with tasteful furnishings that create a charming ambiance. With only a few Rooms, the staff can provide attentive service to each party. Nights are very quiet, accompanied by the sounds of insects. There are two EV chargers (6 kW TerraCharge) in the guest-only parking area; if you drive an electric vehicle, it’s best to let them know in advance.

It was outstanding... Everything was impeccable—the attention to detail throughout the Accommodation was wonderful, the staff were warm and welcoming, every dish was delicious, and the Onsen was so amazing I wanted to soak in it again and again. Since we came to enjoy hot spring hopping and relax, having a small TV actually felt like a plus. We truly felt that simply spending time there had value. When we visit Kurokawa Onsen again, we will definitely stay at Fujiya!

We stayed with our child, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful attention to detail. They prepared futons for our child’s nap, and even provided a baby bouncer and a diaper trash bin, which made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. The meals were excellent, and we were very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. We also loved that the soft drinks, beer, and other beverages stocked in the refrigerator were complimentary. Drinks were available after bathing as well, and we felt that every small service was well taken care of. All staff members were polite and attentive, making our stay pleasant from start to finish. This is a wonderful Ryokan where families with children can stay with peace of mind.

We stayed here as a couple to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It was an even more wonderful hotel than we expected, and our stay—from arrival to departure—was satisfying from start to finish. As someone originally from Nagoya, the TV Tower has been familiar to me since childhood, though it has been 25 years since I left the city. I was truly surprised and moved that such a beautiful hotel had been created here. From the warm welcome on arrival, every member of staff was attentive and kind, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. This time, we were upgraded to a larger room as a Diamond member benefit—what a lovely surprise! The welcome sweets were adorable and absolutely delicious. The view from the room was outstanding, of course. The art displayed throughout the hotel was also captivating, giving the entire property its own unique atmosphere. There were new discoveries everywhere we walked, and we thoroughly enjoyed the art tour as well. Searching for artworks together as a couple became a fun memory too (laugh). And the night view from the observation deck—an exclusive perk for guests—was truly breathtaking! We could take in all of Nagoya’s nightscape at once, making it an unforgettable moment. The hidden-door entrance leading up to the deck was incredibly stylish; its playful touch made us genuinely excited. Breakfast lived up to its reputation—delicious in every way—and we enjoyed a luxurious, happy morning while taking in the amazing view. My wife loved it too and said, “No.1 among all the hotels we’ve ever stayed at!” We’re truly happy to have found a hotel that satisfied both of us wholeheartedly. Thanks to everyone’s heartfelt hospitality, our 25th wedding anniversary became a wonderful memory we will never forget for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much to all of your staff for such an incredible experience. Whenever we visit Nagoya again, we would love to stay here again. We’re already looking forward to what kind of excitement awaits us next time!

The meals are such high quality you’d never guess they’re buffet-style. The menu changes with the seasons, so it never gets boring, and everything is consistently delicious every time we visit! The Rooms may seem similar at first, but the layouts and interiors vary, which makes it fun and interesting. The Surprise Plan is the best—guaranteed to become an unforgettable memory! It’s wonderful to receive, and just as fun to plan for someone else. A space where everyone is sure to feel happy! We’re truly grateful to all the staff who create this extraordinary and wonderful atmosphere.

From the moment we arrived until we left, the hospitality was truly wonderful and deeply impressed us. The proprietress quickly remembered my daughter’s name and even came to greet us at dinner, and the staff who served our meal had such warm smiles. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious food. We were also able to relax and fully enjoy the Onsen. I was happy that we could take a photo with the proprietress when we checked out. We would love to visit again, and we appreciate your continued hospitality.

This was my second visit this year, and it’s soothing no matter when I come. The service strikes just the right balance of attentiveness and privacy, the rooms are spacious, and the meals keep evolving—overall, it’s a place with an exceptionally high level of satisfaction. 　This time in particular, the breakfast—renewed since this spring—was outstanding. In contrast to the gorgeous French dinner, it’s a simple Japanese-style meal, but each dish is truly delicious. They’ve also changed how they cook the rice, and the finishing bowl topped with dashi was superb. 　I’m already looking forward to being impressed again on my next visit.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it turned into a truly wonderful stay. We don’t drink alcohol, and when we mentioned that, they kindly replaced the drinks in the Room refrigerator with non-alcoholic options. We really appreciated such thoughtful attention. At dinner, they also gave my husband a single rose as a birthday gift. We were deeply moved by this unexpected and lovely gesture, and it became a great birthday memory. From the open-air bath in our Room, we could look out over the lake—the view was absolutely stunning. Soaking in the open-air bath while enjoying the expansive scenery was incredibly relaxing, and being able to enjoy the Onsen at our own pace whenever we liked felt like a real luxury. Dinner was delicious as well—especially the pizza! It was so good that we ended up having two. If I had to mention one small concern, since it’s surrounded by nature there were quite a few insects. When we tried to use the open-air bath at night, many bugs (like stink bugs) had gathered there, so unfortunately we gave up bathing at that time. That said, I think that’s simply part of staying in such a natural setting. More than anything else, what stayed with us were the view from our Room, the Onsen, the food, and the staff’s warm hospitality. We were able to celebrate my husband’s birthday in a wonderful way and made lasting memories. Thank you very much.

The Room was very clean, and I was able to stay comfortable throughout my entire visit. What I especially loved were the infinity pool and the sauna. With only seven Rooms available per day, it never felt crowded, and I could relax and enjoy them at a leisurely pace. The views were stunning, and you can truly experience an extraordinary escape from everyday life. The staff’s hospitality was also excellent, making my stay very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious, and the bar had a wonderful atmosphere as well. Being able to enjoy drinks slowly while taking in the view was particularly memorable. It’s not an inexpensive Accommodation, but considering the Facility offerings, meals, service, and views, I felt it was well worth the price. I would love to stay again.

With convenient access from Iseshi Station, we were drawn to this beautifully maintained private rental and stayed for one night as a couple. From arrival to checkout, every staff member was attentive and courteous. I was pregnant and had some dietary restrictions, but they kindly accommodated them at breakfast with great flexibility. We also truly appreciated the detailed guidance on the history of Ise Jingu and how to visit properly, as well as recommendations for nearby shops. (We had researched Ise in advance, but the staff’s explanations were by far the clearest.) We’d love to return next time with our child as a family of three.

Everything was always clean, and I had a very comfortable stay! All of the staff provided wonderful hospitality. This time, I chose the “Tajima Beef Colorful Kaiseki” course! They carefully explained each dish, which made it even more enjoyable. I was able to fully enjoy Kinosaki at night.

The private family bath was spacious and even had a waterfall feature, with the water at just the right temperature, so we could soak and relax. The atmosphere of the large public bath was also wonderful. The meals featured local ingredients, the portions were just right, and we were very satisfied! If you have mobility issues, going up and down to the first floor may be difficult, but it was a quiet place to spend time. We’d love to visit again after a hike in the mountains.

We had a truly wonderful time. Thank you for celebrating my birthday as well—it made me very happy and became a great memory. All of the food was delicious, and my husband was impressed too. I’m glad we were able to use the Mirabelle and Repronizer amenities. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, making our stay comfortable and fun. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t see the sunrise because of the rain—but we’ll look forward to next time! Thank you very much for such a lovely time!

This was our first stay because it’s a Hotel where you can stay with pets. Unfortunately it rained, but there was an indoor dog run, which was great. Our dog wore a diaper inside the Hotel, but some dogs in the dog run were not wearing diapers and had accidents there, so I wish diapers were required in the indoor dog run. There were also pet toilet sheets available, so it would have been nice if they used those. Dinner was fully booked so we couldn’t eat there, but breakfast was delicious. The corn soup was especially good. Our dog also seemed to enjoy the “wan-burg” and finished it all. The staff were very dog-friendly and kind. It would have been even better if the Hotel had an Onsen. We’d like to stay again next time.

We stayed here on a trip with my parents-in-law. Our top priority was finding an Accommodation that could provide a low-sodium diet for my father-in-law, who became seriously ill last year. If possible, we also wanted to bring our dog along, since my parents-in-law adore him. Those two points are why we chose this Accommodation. From the parking guidance to our Room, we were warmly welcomed by staff with wonderful smiles. They also prepared chairs for my elderly father and even a chair for the in-room Onsen bath, so within 30 minutes of arriving at the Ryokan we already felt truly happy. What impressed us most was the meals. We were told they would “accommodate as much as possible,” and they really did—removing mentaiko, providing low-sodium soy sauce, and preparing dishes without salt or pepper. Thanks to all these adjustments, my father was able to finish almost everything. Since his illness, even eating out requires constant caution, so being able to enjoy a meal together at the Ryokan made us genuinely grateful. Some Reviews mentioned there were no dog amenities, but there were lint rollers and paw wipes available, so we had no issues. The usual overnight set you’d bring when leaving a dog at a pet hotel (pee pad tray, food bowl, water bowl) was enough. The in-room Onsen bath was very spacious, with perfect water temperature—I used it many times. All of the staff at this Accommodation were kind and pleasant throughout our stay; it was truly two days of happiness. We would love to visit again!
