We stayed with our 3-year-old child. Since we were in the LOCA THE CLASS Room, there was a sauna in the basement and a large bath that could fit about 4–5 people. Including the post-bath relaxation area, it was very spacious and thoughtfully designed. It was great that even with a child, we could bathe comfortably. There was also a refrigerator in the changing room, stocked with plenty of bottled water. It was very helpful to be able to drink cold water immediately after bathing or using the sauna without having to go up to the living room on the first floor. We didn’t use them, but there were also powdered drinks provided for before and after the sauna. The living room was spacious as well, and there were two bedrooms. The Japanese-style Room had a tatami area that became almost full once two futons were laid out, which made it feel safe and comfortable for our child at bedtime. On the other hand, there was one disappointing incident during our stay. Early in the morning, the fire alarm suddenly went off with a loud siren throughout the Accommodation. We were later told it was due to an accidental operation in another Room, but it took about an hour for security staff to check and reset everything. During that time, the alarm kept sounding continuously, so we evacuated with our child to a relatively quiet terrace. Afterward, an operator contacted us to confirm what had happened and asked whether we would still be able to make checkout on time. Since it overlapped with breakfast and getting ready in the morning, we explained it would be difficult and they extended our checkout by about 30 minutes. We appreciate their consideration; however, we had hoped to spend a relaxing morning (including enjoying another bath), so that part was unfortunate. I also saw other Reviews on different sites mentioning issues related to fire alarms. As it seems many guests come from overseas as well, I would appreciate it if you could consider measures to prevent recurrence—such as providing clearer instructions at check-in on how to handle fire alarms. Overall, both the Facility and Room itself were extremely comfortable—this is a wonderful Accommodation that is easy for families to enjoy.

After checking in and leaving my luggage, I returned from shopping and opened the curtains, only to find a building wall right in front of me—I couldn’t see outside or the sky at all, and it felt like a storage room. Since I was staying for three nights, I didn’t like that, so I called the front desk to request a Room change. They responded immediately and moved me to a Room where I could see outside and the sky, which was a relief. The next day when I came back from going out, it felt unsettling as if someone had been in the Room. When I checked, only the towels had been replaced and the trash removed—so it was clear staff had entered—but there was no proper bed-making; the pillows were just stacked, and my pajamas were still on the floor. It made me very uncomfortable. I told the front desk but received only a brief apology. Apparently I should have put up “Do Not Disturb” on the door, but I wish they provided cards such as “No Cleaning” or “Do Not Enter.” Breakfast changed slightly each morning with different side dishes; there was just the right amount of salad and other items—not too much or too little—and it tasted better than at similar hotels. For this rate with breakfast included, it felt like good value. The Room was compact but comfortable enough to relax with a double bed. Although I had some complaints, overall my stay was comfortable, and I would like to use this Hotel again when visiting Osaka.

The location is between Gojo Station and Shijo Station, with excellent access to Kyoto Station and central areas like Karasuma Oike. Since the hotel is newly opened, the facilities are clean. Being Thai-owned, the interior features Thai motifs, and there are playful touches like nostalgic Japanese posters. The room is compact, but the lounge is spacious, and with so many places to visit in Kyoto, it's not an issue. If you are uncomfortable undressing in the toilet, you might want to be cautious. The only disappointment was that the TV did not support mirroring. I was looking forward to watching videos on the hotel's large screen... It's a nice point that you can choose breakfast from Thai, Western, and Japanese cuisine. I chose pho, and it was a gentle taste, perfect for the morning. Perhaps not well-known among Japanese yet, most guests were foreigners. I was very satisfied with the stay at such a reasonable price!

You can see the sunrise from both the room and the bath. The weather was nice, so it was a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious, and I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much!

It feels wonderfully nostalgic. A true Ryokan atmosphere. The breakfast is delicious too. You can smoke, so no complaints!

The location was excellent—30 seconds to the main street and 1–2 minutes to the main arcade. We also used a car, and the multi-story parking garage was connected by a door. The building itself wasn’t large, and the Room wasn’t big either, but since we stayed on a floor that had just been renovated, the hallway, the Room, and the bathroom were all clean. The housekeeping staff were polite and well trained. The room rate was also affordable, so I felt it offered great value for money.

We stayed comfortably with three people. Breakfast offered more variety than we could finish, and we were very satisfied. Dinner was no problem at all, as AEON Mall is a 5-minute walk away.\nThe large public bath was clean. It wasn’t very big, but it was well maintained.

I made a reservation with the Kamameshi Tasting Plan. The portions were larger than I expected, but the taste was so delicious that I finished it quickly. Considering the rising price of rice, staying for less than 10,000,000 yen per person is incredibly cost-effective. I would love to come again.

I stayed overnight because I had a get-together with friends. The twin Room was very clean, and despite the reasonable price, the Facility offerings were excellent (I was especially happy that the shower had micro fine bubbles!). It was great value for money and I was very satisfied. The only slight disappointment was that at check-in I was told I could choose breakfast as either a lunch box or the buffet venue option, but when I went the next morning it turned out only the lunch box was available. Still, overall it was a very comfortable stay and I’m glad I chose this Accommodation.

The facility was clean, and the Onsen was excellent. The Onsen includes an open-air bath and a sauna. When my husband requested to go for an early morning run before the official opening hours, the staff kindly accommodated his request. Breakfast was buffet-style with a satisfying variety of dishes. The warm simmered dishes and dried daikon radish were delicious, and there were plenty of drink options as well. The milk, likely from the local Yatsugatake area, was rich and flavorful. The autumn leaves around the Hotel were stunningly beautiful. I would love to stay here again!

The exterior really looks like the XX Hotel! It definitely feels a bit old! The room was a little dark! It was nice that the bathroom and toilet were separate! The price was incredibly cheap, so I was happy with it! The front desk staff were also pleasant, which was great! When I travel to Shikoku again, I’ll stay here again!

I couldn’t finish the large portion of wakame seaweed shabu-shabu, but everything else was great.

The Hotel is new and spotless. As check-in and check-out are self-service, staff interaction is limited to simple greetings. The Facility is well equipped, and for this price I’m very satisfied. I’d definitely like to stay again next time.

At first, the building looked old and I was very worried, but the Room was completely fine—not cramped—and it was kept clean. The bed and toilet were also clean. There were notes about adjusting the shower temperature and water pressure, but I was able to use it normally, and the water pressure was not an issue. The front desk staff were polite, and kindly told me that if I make a Reservation on another site, there is a Plan called “Meat Meat.” I was also very happy to have welcome coffee and a water dispenser. In the lobby, they also sold character keychains and accessories that kids would probably like. I only took a quick look, but everything was inexpensive and cute. Aside from the old exterior and the slow elevator, I was very satisfied with my stay at this Accommodation and would like to use it again. Thank you very much.

One person had to be a No Show at the last minute, but they calculated the Hot Spring Tax only for the number of guests who stayed, which was very kind. An overseas staff member assisted us at the front desk, and their language, guidance, and service were excellent—I was truly impressed. The Room was also divided into two separate areas inside, each with its own door, which solved my husband’s snoring issue. There was a large public bath and a microwave as well, which was convenient. It was a bit disappointing that the parking lot can fit only four cars when parked tightly, and that the futons were thin. I think it would be even better if thicker mattresses were introduced. That said, the hospitality was truly outstanding; I work in customer service too, and it made me want to learn from them. Thank you very much for taking such good care of us during our stay.

The bath was very clean! I was surprised it wasn’t crowded even during Golden Week. The food was very delicious. Overall, I thought it was a very good Hotel.

It was my first time back in Ginzan Onsen in a while, and once again we stayed at Fujiya. The building’s exterior is striking, and the nostalgic view of the Onsen town from the window was just as wonderful as before. The staff were excellent—polite and attentive—and we had a truly enjoyable stay. I would definitely like to stay at Fujiya again for a third visit.

This was my first stay, and the service was excellent. The hospitality was truly impressive. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. I stayed in a suite Room this time, but I felt the amenities were a bit lacking. It would be helpful if items like lotion were provided in the Room. The shower was slightly difficult to use, and the shape of the bathtub forces you into a reclining position, so you need to be cautious (laughs). However, the Room itself was lovely. The view was beautiful, and both the bed and pillows were comfortable. Room service was great as well. Breakfast was absolutely delicious! I even thought about coming back just for breakfast alone!

One of the accommodations I use when I stay in Tokyo for business. The breakfast service is just right and I appreciate it. Also, perhaps due to the location, I see many foreign tourists. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, making it a nice hotel.
