The room size is typical for a Business Hotel, but the interior was clean and very tidy. The unit bath was also clean, making the stay very comfortable. As for amenities, everything necessary was provided, and there were no inconveniences. There were even hangers with clothespins for drying small laundry items, showing thoughtful consideration for guests. From Kasukabe Station, the large signboard is easy to spot, so you can reach without getting lost. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it a very convenient location. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

The location is convenient, with access to both the Keikyu/Toei Asakusa Line and JR Takanawa Gateway Station. Being able to choose different train lines depending on where you’re going or for work is very helpful. At Takanawa Gateway Station, there are upscale supermarkets such as Seijo Ishii and Meidi-Ya, as well as Facility options for light meals, which is convenient. Keikyu Sengakuji Station is small, but you can reach Narita or Haneda Airport directly on one line (however, there are no elevators or escalators, so carrying a suitcase up the stairs—or traveling with limited mobility—can be tough). Considering the price, the Hotel Room isn’t especially large, but it doesn’t feel too small and was more than sufficient. The bathroom and other areas were very well cleaned. I also liked that amenities aren’t excessively provided in the Room—it stays neat without waste (you pick up what you need at the front desk). For a Multiple Night Stay, daily cleaning isn’t provided, but I think it’s eco-friendly and better than having people coming in unnecessarily. You can also ship luggage from the Hotel, which is convenient when you end up with lots of work equipment or souvenirs. Boxes were available for purchase as well.

After check-in, we were informed that the Onsen at the affiliated Facility was still under renovation, so we received admission tickets to a nearby hot spring Facility and were able to enjoy Aso Onsen. In the morning, we had breakfast while taking in the magnificent panoramic views of Aso—it was a truly luxurious moment. Our grandchildren were very happy as well, and we’ll be back again next year!

The Facility was clean, well-maintained, and absolutely fantastic! If you love saunas, this is a must-stay. The private sauna, available anytime, allows you to relax without worrying about others. The staff were kind and attentive! For areas of improvement, here are some suggestions: 1. Please consider adding screens to the windows. Being surrounded by nature, I wanted to enjoy the fresh air and the sound of insects even from inside the Room. However, I hesitated to open the windows since there were no screens. Although I stayed in early October when there were fewer insects, having screens would be preferable. 2. Please clean the windows. The windows were dirty with traces of dust and sand from outside. Since the Room itself was very clean, it felt like a missed opportunity! As the Room overlooks the courtyard, including the jacuzzi and BBQ terrace, attention to detail in cleaning these areas would enhance the experience. 3. The smell in the Room with the fireplace was a bit strong. This is likely due to the burning wood, so it’s understandable, but I noticed it when I first entered the Room. The main building had a lovely aroma, so perhaps some measures could be taken for the Rooms as well. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely return! This has become one of my favorite Facilities, and I look forward to seeing future improvements!

The owner was very kind. The Room was simple and clean. There was Wi-Fi, and a convenience store nearby, so we could relax. We were told there might be train noise and vibrations, but it didn’t bother us. When we contacted them about check-out, they kindly asked if the train noise and vibrations were okay and whether we had been able to relax. The owner was thoughtful until the very end. We would like to stay again.

Thank you for your hospitality. We stayed here on a girls’ trip. Each of us booked our own Room. Everything was handled with great care, and we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also excellent. The Accommodation is close to the station, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby, such as izakayas, so we had no trouble finding meals. In the underground area of the station, souvenir shops were open from 9:00 a.m. in the morning as well. Thank you very much.

I chose this Accommodation because it offers free parking and is close to the airport. This Hotel provides studio apartments as Accommodation. The toilet and bathroom are separate, and there is only a shower. Basic essentials are provided, but cooking utensils for self-catering are limited.

I used it after the event at the dome. It's a bit of a walk from Tenjin Subway Station, but not too far and within walking distance. There are coin parking and convenience stores nearby, and it was close to Oyafuko Street. It was a plan with a ReFa hairdryer and amenities, which was very nice! I was able to spend comfortably in a cute room. I added a breakfast bento, but the rice was too soft for my taste. Sorry for being picky. Other than that, I was very satisfied, so I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

We stayed at this accommodation because my wife and I love baths, and we were excited to stay at a place with a unique bath and ocean view! The room with an ocean view was stylishly decorated in a tropical style. It was impeccably clean, giving off a very fresh feeling. The view of the ocean from the room was stunning—an unbeatable location! The cypress-scented bathtub with high-quality hot spring water left both my wife and me completely satisfied. On that chilly day, it warmed us up perfectly. We chose the dinner-included plan, which featured sashimi served on a boat platter, domestic beef steak, and beef stew—all of which were delicious. The beef stew was exceptional! I was especially impressed by the texture of the sauce and the tenderness of the meat—it rivaled or even surpassed my favorite Imperial Hotel's beef stew! The breakfast, including freshly baked bread and scrambled eggs, was also delightful. The friendly owner made our stay comfortable and worry-free. This is definitely an accommodation we would love to visit again!

The scenery was wonderful, and the calm atmosphere made for a very comfortable stay. It was great to be able to see the horizon of the Genkai Sea from the Room. However, when I woke up in the middle of the night and looked outside through the window, I could see stars—and I thought how much more beautiful it would have been if the window had been clean. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you very much.

The staff's service is very kind and excellent. The highlight of this Hotel is undoubtedly the sauna bath! With clean and well-maintained facilities, it provides relaxation for both body and mind. After warming up in the hot bath and sauna, step out onto the outdoor balcony, sit on a beach chair, and gaze at the night sky—it reveals a stunning view of sparkling stars.

We stayed at Santa Hills for the first time with my husband and our beloved dog. Although we live in a rural area of Tokyo, it took about 3 hours one way by car navigation, and we were amazed by the surrounding nature filled with rice fields. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy peaceful moments. We stayed in a cottage with a private dog run, which had just the right amount of space and was very satisfying! It was slightly chilly at night, but the stove kept us warm, and the provided comforters made sleeping cozy enough. The plan included a hot pot filled with plenty of vegetables, which was delicious. The staff at the front desk and around were friendly and greeted us warmly, which made us feel very welcome. The nighttime illuminations were stunningly beautiful, and there were many Christmas decorations inside the center as well. We got to experience our first illumination of this season and felt an early touch of Christmas spirit. Both my husband and I had such a relaxing time after so long that we would love to visit again with our dog in tow. Thank you very much!

I stayed here during a solo trip. It was my first time staying at a guesthouse, and it was a lovely space—clean, calm, and comfortable. The staff in the shared area chatted with me a lot, which made me really happy. It’s my best memory from the trip. I’ll be back. Thank you!

We had a wonderful two-day stay and were extremely satisfied with the impeccable hospitality of all the staff. The meals prepared by the Kyoto chef, both breakfast and dinner, were exceptionally delicious and left us deeply impressed. My wife, who is from Kansai, loved the morning white miso soup so much that she wanted seconds, so I shared mine with her. The unlimited rice and raw eggs were also greatly appreciated. The three of us are already talking about visiting again this summer!

I didn’t have very high expectations until we actually stayed, but we were extremely satisfied traveling with our toddler (1 year and 2 months old). All the necessary baby items were provided, and they even supplied diapers as a complimentary service. Safety guards were properly placed on table corners and other areas, and even things like remote controls were individually sealed in antibacterial film—thoughtful details that made us feel at ease. At first I wondered if the Room might be a bit small, but there was no wasted space. The futon area (raised platform), living space, and the outdoor open-air bath flowed seamlessly together. Because you can see into the Room while bathing, I could relax in the bath while keeping an eye on my sleeping child. The highlight of any trip is the food, and both dinner and breakfast were served in-room. Everything was delicious. Unlike many Ryokan breakfasts that are unnecessarily large and end up getting cold, ours was served warm with delicate flavors—we were truly satisfied. They also prepared child-friendly options such as softly cooked rice and a lightly seasoned clear soup. The meals were not only delicious but also safe for our child, so both parent and child could enjoy them. Our daughter doesn’t eat packaged toddler meals, but we could simply rinse pieces of grilled fish or simmered dishes from the adult meal in hot water before giving them to her—so we really appreciated being able to travel almost empty-handed. We would definitely stay again. I suspect most guests will return too, so it may become harder to get a Reservation. Highly recommended.

A luxurious experience surrounded by vintage furniture in a spacious Room. Even though it was midsummer and hot outside, the temperature inside was comfortable with low humidity despite the absence of air conditioning, which was truly impressive. The fresh and clear air made the stay incredibly pleasant. It was an amazing opportunity to experience living in an ideal Room like this.

It was a Room on the 38th floor. The view was amazing and truly impressive. In particular, the views from the pool and spa were wonderful, and I was able to relax very well. Above all, all of the staff were excellent—everyone greeted me properly, which made my stay very pleasant. I would definitely like to stay again.

We stayed for one night and two days. The Accommodation is along the Kamogawa River and close to Shijo, making it a great location. Check-in was handled by staff and went smoothly. We had a Reservation for a 4th-floor Room with a Kamogawa view; the Room was spacious and very clean. Best of all, the full-height windows let you enjoy an unobstructed view of the river all to yourself. You can even soak in the bath while looking out over the Kamogawa. Coffee and water were provided, and the amenities were well stocked. The showerhead and hair dryer are ReFa, which many women will appreciate. There’s also a drum-type washing machine and a small kitchen, which would be especially convenient for inbound guests staying long term. Inside the building, you can freely access the 2nd-floor lounge and the rooftop. The rooftop has chairs and tables, so you can enjoy the Kamogawa at night while feeling the evening breeze. We ordered shojin-ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine) for breakfast, and it was delicious. It was delivered to our Room by someone who seemed to be from a nearby traditional restaurant or catering shop. The location, Facility, and food were all excellent. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience Kyoto in peace and quiet.
