I made a Reservation at this Accommodation because of the great Reviews. It was just as wonderful as the Reviews said, and I was very satisfied. The building is tastefully designed and offers a relaxing, comfortable space, and each dish was carefully handmade with local ingredients and tasted delicious. The hostess was also very kind and helpful. I would definitely like to stay here again.

I stay about once a month, and I’m satisfied every time. It’s a shame that the jacuzzi light is currently broken and won’t turn on, so it would be perfect if this could be fixed.

I stayed here for the first time last year and it was wonderful, so I chose it again this time. The night before my stay, the hostess called to say they had caught some excellent sea urchin and asked if I would like to add it, so I did. I’ve eaten sea urchin in many places over the past 58 years, but this was the best in every way—sweetness, aroma, and melt-in-your-mouth texture. The horse mackerel at breakfast was also delicious and nicely fatty. When I stay in Ashibe again, I would love to return.

We stayed with one adult and six children. It was stylish, spacious, and very clean—our whole family was delighted. The Facility and amenities were well stocked, and we had no complaints. It’s located very close to Izumo Taisha Shrine, so we were able to take a morning walk there the next day. There were two types of fragrances, both of which smelled wonderful. We couldn’t choose just one, so we bought both. They are a lovely scented reminder of our trip. We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

The Facility was impeccably clean, and a wonderful fragrance filled the entire Room. The location was excellent, and during the evening BBQ, we were moved by the sunset sinking behind the sea with Mt. Fuji in the background—it truly helped us unwind from everyday fatigue. Despite being along the coast, the private feel of the location is outstanding. We would love to visit again in summer.

We stayed here with our dog during the Obon holiday period. When we weren’t sure how to check in and contacted the staff, they guided us very kindly, which made us feel at ease. The biggest appeal is being able to relax and spend private time with our dog without worrying about other guests. Kinrinko Lake and the shopping street are also within walking distance, so we could take our dog for leisurely walks in the morning and at night. They provided pet amenities such as a food tray and pee pads. BBQ equipment, charcoal, and firewood were also available, which was very convenient. There is also a private Onsen, so we could bathe freely at any time without concern. Next time, we’d like to invite our parents and siblings’ families as well.

I visited this auberge for the first time on a two-person trip with my daughter—I'm a serious Onsen lover, and she’s happy to come along as long as there’s great food. We were excited from the start. Since we’re the “stay-in and relax” type who don’t need sightseeing, this was the best Accommodation that met all my requirements, including an all-inclusive plan. The Room options by type matched our request perfectly, and I felt soothed in a space with a style I love. The food was, of course, outstanding—everything tasted new to me, and I was truly impressed! It exceeded my expectations so much that I was far too full to enjoy much of the after-dinner drinks in the lounge or the snacks and sweets, and I didn’t even make it to the cup noodles. I was also amazed by how many kinds of complimentary drinks were available, and there was plenty of beer and water stocked in the Room refrigerator as well. The amenities felt very luxurious. They were such good quality that there’s no need to bring your own. Because it was just us at breakfast, we were able to chat with one of the female staff members (I wish I had asked her name) and enjoy a wonderful time right up until close to checkout. They even had bread from my favorite bakery prepared for us—I was so happy. It’s a shame I can’t write about the Onsen experience, but instead we were able to enjoy another Onsen nearby, which I’ll take as good luck—and it also gave us a reason (and a promise) to come back for sure. I also feel sorry that you showed us such considerate care—it almost felt like too much. I’m grateful to have found an Accommodation in Yunogo that we’ll definitely return to. I recommend it for important anniversaries, and it has also become a special place as a reward for myself. Two wonderful staff members and an incredibly talented chef. I truly hope this place will be here for many years to come. Thank you so much!

This was my third stay. The hosts’ warm personalities and attentive service were very impressive, making this Accommodation a place where I can stay with peace of mind. The location is also great; this time I stayed for business, and it was very convenient and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

I stayed here because I wanted to relax in Kurokawa Onsen. The Accommodation had a calm atmosphere and was very comfortable, so I was able to spend a peaceful time even on my own. The Onsen temperature was just right, and it truly soothed my travel fatigue. The Asuka hot pot I had for dinner was especially memorable. The gently flavored soup, like white miso, was absolutely delicious, and I enjoyed it all the way to the end without getting tired of it. Every dish made with local ingredients was also wonderful, and both my heart and stomach were completely satisfied. All of the staff were warm and welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Thanks to them, I felt refreshed both physically and mentally, making it a memorable solo trip. I would love to come back in a different season. Thank you very much.

This was my first stay here on a surf trip. The living room, Room, bath, and toilet were all spotless—it was a very comfortable Accommodation. Setting cost performance aside, the owner couple treated us wonderfully, and I was pleasantly surprised in the best way. I’d love to stay again. Thank you in advance for your continued support.

Although it’s a small, four-story Hotel, it seems fairly new and was very clean. The staff were all friendly, kind, and attentive. The twin Room was spacious and comfortable, with a sofa, chairs, and a table—perfect for eating or having a drink. There are two supermarkets nearby, and there are also restaurants just a few minutes away by car.

I stayed at the end of February. There was a courtyard inside the room, allowing me to experience the atmosphere of Kyoto while staying indoors, which was a special experience. This time it was a short stay, but next time I would like to take my time and enjoy it more.

I stayed here as a birthday gift for a friend. Since it is an older building, there was a slight draft and it felt a bit cold, but the food was delicious and the staff were very pleasant, so it is an Accommodation I would like to stay at again.

I stayed with my sister at this accommodation. The hotel is a special space where you can feel attention to detail throughout the premises, allowing us to enjoy an extraordinary time away from the noise of the city despite being in the heart of it. My sister and I often travel together, but we felt our time together was especially meaningful here, which we believe is due to the charm of this hotel. After check-in, we spent happy hour at the bar, discussed our plans for the next day on the rooftop after dinner, and used the open-air bath before breakfast. Although there was no TV in our room, it encouraged more conversation and made us cherish our time together even more than usual. Breakfast featured a healthy menu centered around salads. What left a particularly strong impression during our stay was the smiles of all staff members. We also appreciated their friendly conversations when leaving or returning to the accommodation.

This time, I traveled to Oita with my daughter! She’s really into saunas and highly recommended Yorozuya. The Room, the Onsen, the food—and of course the sauna—were all excellent. We were able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay together. Everyone at the Hotel was very kind, and we’d love to visit again. Thank you for taking such good care of us. There was also a great selection of delicious drinks, so next time we’d like to enjoy them together with your wonderful cuisine. Thank you very much.

A room with extraordinary spaciousness, high ceilings, and a private atmosphere as it is detached. The staff's hospitality was excellent, making it a facility I would recommend even to my most critical friends.

At first, I hesitated to make a reservation since there was no large public bath, but the highly-rated meals convinced me to go ahead. This was the best accommodation I've ever stayed at. Each dish felt carefully prepared and was incredibly delicious. There was plenty of my favorite sashimi, lots of seasonal vegetables, and a healthy menu that left me very satisfied. Although I felt quite full, the portions were just right so I could finish everything without leaving any food behind (which would have made me feel guilty and wasteful). The second night's dinner especially impressed me with its variety—sashimi, simmered fish, fried fish, fish Meunière—and even meat dishes were included! There was an onsen within walking distance right behind the hotel where I could enjoy soaking despite there being no large public bath onsite. The rooftop sauna also felt amazing. I tried SUP for the first time and found it easy to ride and fun! Being able to go directly from my room in swimwear made it super convenient. If I have another chance to visit, I'd definitely love to stay here again!

The view was unfortunately disappointing due to bad weather, but the warm and wonderful hospitality from the staff who assisted us made us want to come back again. We would also love to stay at the other two Chalet Ivy Hotels. We learned a lot from the various conversations as well. Thank you very much.

This was my third stay. In the super-hot sauna for 5 minutes, the freezing cold mineral spring for 5 minutes, then a 5-minute rest. Doing this for 3–5 sets feels amazing. After that, I enjoyed a delicious dinner and slept soundly. The next morning, I had breakfast and did the sauna, mineral spring, and rest again—perfectly refreshed. It was fantastic. The Accommodation had a strong retro Showa-era vibe. Don’t forget a thick sauna hat!
