The Hotel is located in a quiet spot with great views, and the scenery from the 5th-floor observation level is wonderful. The Room is not very large, but it is well cleaned and feels relaxing. Both the large public bath and the open-air bath are spacious, so I was able to soak at my own pace and felt refreshed. The meals were delicious for both dinner and breakfast, with a satisfying variety and flavor. The all-inclusive service is also very appealing—being able to choose drinks to match the dishes is perfect for those who enjoy alcohol. All of the staff were kind and naturally attentive, making this a relaxing stay.

The Shinkansen was stopped for hours due to heavy rain… I had no idea when I’d be able to get back home, but thanks to my boss saying “You can stay overnight,” I managed to book this Accommodation. At check-in, the Facility felt a bit old, but the Room was spacious and clean. What I really appreciated was the large public bath in the basement, where I could relax. Since it’s around Asakusa, there are plenty of places nearby for a quick drink, so there was no trouble finding somewhere. The staff were also kind and courteous, which made for a pleasant stay. It’s a Hotel I’d like to use again. If I had to mention one thing, I wish there had been a mug in the Room… there were teacups, though.

Breakfast included a Kyoto-style Japanese meal, which we enjoyed. The beds in the Japanese-Western room were comfortable. We were slightly bothered by some noise from the plumbing during the night.

We were completely satisfied with the location, price, and service.

I stayed here on a business trip. The Room was clean and more than sufficient for business travel. Compared to the size of the Room, the hallway area inside felt a bit wide, and I thought some space was unnecessarily large.

Simple, but fully equipped with all the necessary facilities. Although it was a No Meals Included plan, we each received a delicious local bakery’s koppe-pan at the front desk. The semi-double bed was comfortable, and I slept well. There is also free on-site parking, which was very helpful.

I thought the location next to Glover Slope was ideal for sightseeing. It was a bit disappointing that the view overlooked the parking lot, but overall it was a good Hotel.

The welcome drink (berry tea) was delightful. The Room was clean and functional. I especially appreciated the feature on the in-room TV that showed the congestion status of the bath and restaurant. The bath was also clean, spacious, and had a variety of shampoos available. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious bread. This was my first time staying at Route Inn, and it exceeded my expectations—I'll definitely consider using it for domestic travel in the future.

Since we planned to have dinner out while traveling in Kyoto, we chose a plan with breakfast included. We really liked that welcome drinks were available with unlimited refills during certain hours. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of options and was excellent. The price was reasonable, and we would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

Shampoo and body wash were available to borrow, and they were all high-quality. It was convenient to simply return them at check-out. The air conditioning worked very well—almost too cold—so I slept comfortably. The bathtub also felt spacious; at about 150 cm tall, I could stretch my legs out straight. There were bars nearby, as well as McDonald’s and FamilyMart, which was great. Even though it was a holiday, the station was right in front of the hotel, and our family of four (including a preschool child) stayed for just over 10,000 yen—a great deal! We’ll definitely stay again.

From check-in onward, the staff provide pleasant and welcoming service. It’s a bit disappointing that the Room key is not a card key, but... The breakfast is delicious! This time, I extended my check-out time for an additional fee and was able to relax. I will stay here again.

They were extremely kind. The next day, I tried to book a sightseeing taxi, but none were available and I was in trouble. A member of the Hotel staff kindly showed me around for half a day. Thank you so much. It may be rude to say this, but I was surprised to find such a wonderful Hotel in Oki.

From check-in to check-out, everything was as comfortable and relaxing as being at home. I would love to stay here again next time.

From the warm welcome to the meals and the open-air bath in the guest room, every aspect of the service was fully satisfying. Perhaps because it was raining, there were fewer insects as well.

It was right near the station and faced the riverside. We stayed on the 5th floor, but we could still enjoy a great view of the city lights from the building at night. Next time, I’d like to stay on a higher floor. We took a walk along the river to Tenjinbashisuji 6-chome, and it was fun with so many different shops. There were plenty of places to eat, and we had a great meal. There’s also an Osaka Metro station near the shopping arcade, so it was easy to get back to the Hotel by subway. The access was very convenient.

It was conveniently located near the station, making it an excellent choice for traveling with my elderly mother. The property was clean, and thanks to the good windows, we were not bothered by outside noise. We also enjoyed the view from our Room. It was a great base for sightseeing in Matsumoto in midsummer. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the Chinese dishes.

Thank you again for taking such great care of me. As a former local, I don’t think there’s any hotel more convenient than this one. It’s right in front of OK Store via Ichibangai, which makes it truly convenient. There are amenity services for women as well, and I look forward to them every time. Kind staff are always at the front desk, and the amenities are neatly set up right in front of the reception, which is very handy. I always use the morning light breakfast service. With toast, boiled eggs, bananas, juice (this morning it was grape juice), plus black tea and herbal tea, it’s a satisfying breakfast. For coffee, they provide paper cups and lids so you can take it back to your room or take it with you when you go out—I use this every time. AEON, the Passport Center, and the station rotary are all nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area as well, so it’s very convenient. The rooms are always clean, and the internet connection is stable and fast, which is helpful when I need to bring work with me. If your purpose is specifically to stay in Atsugi, I think this is the best hotel. Thank you as always for everything. I look forward to staying with you again.

The Room was standard and fairly ordinary, but both dinner and breakfast were excellent and a delight to the eyes as well. The sulfur Onsen was exactly what you’d expect from an Onsen, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

The beautiful mountain views and clear starry sky were wonderful. Since it was my first time camping, I chose the hands-free plan with meals included. The staff kindly showed us how to set up the tent, so we had no problems. The tent groundsheet and sleeping bag were quite thin, so we used items we brought with us. It was very cold, but we were able to warm up in the hot spring and rest well. There were a few disappointing points—such as not enough gas for the stove and paper plates that were too flimsy (stored in the same box as the cooking utensils)—but the staff were very kind, so I felt it couldn’t be helped. Next time, I’d like to visit your newly opened affiliated facility. Thank you very much.

Thank you for the past three days. We had a very comfortable stay, and we sincerely appreciate the kind and attentive support from all of your staff.
