Although the building and in-room furnishings felt a bit dated, everything was thoroughly cleaned and very spotless. The amenities were also good, and my wife was satisfied. On the night of our arrival we went out to eat in Shimoda City, and even though the hotel’s shuttle bus to the station had already finished for the day, a staff member kindly drove us there. They were from Myanmar, and we are truly grateful for their thoughtful assistance. We stayed without meals, but we were thankful that a simple breakfast was also prepared on the second floor. Please continue welcoming guests with your warm hospitality.

With my husband’s birthday coming up the next day, we decided to stay here to celebrate with delicious seafood. Last time we visited in early summer and the sea urchin was amazing, and this time we laughed while talking about how it might be bonito and Pacific saury now. The meals were truly outstanding. Of course the seafood was wonderful, but above all, the rice was glossy and perfectly cooked—just incredible. I usually like putting side dishes on top or mixing things into my rice, but this rice made me want to enjoy it as-is just for its flavor. Also, the simmered “harmonica” fish was exquisite. I honestly think it’s No. 1 among simmered fish dishes. The large public bath isn’t very big, so I chose times when it wouldn’t be crowded and enjoyed it on my own. We were also happy to receive a tasty complimentary treat for his birthday—thank you very much. One small disappointment: the sweets in the room weren’t Gotto. Next time I’d love to have them again—and I’m already thinking about our next visit.

My son gifted us a trip for my 70th birthday and my darling’s 67th birthday. We had stayed at Allamanda 10 years ago, and this time we chose Splendid, which opened this April. My only regret is that I forgot to bring the Allamanda tote bag back from the room, but it was the most wonderful trip—one we will never forget. I’m filled with gratitude. Thank you so much.

I stayed here for my birthday and wanted to treat myself a little. The Room was well kept, and above all, the meals were delicious (a bit generous in portion size, though). The best part was being able to enjoy freshly baked bread at breakfast. The view from the balcony also gave me time to forget everyday life. And most of all, the Hotel staff provided polished, kind, and courteous service that made me want to come back whenever I feel like treating myself again. Perfect in every way!!! I stayed here for an event at Ebisu Circuit. I’ve used this Accommodation many times, and I’m truly grateful for the consistently excellent service. It’s a convenient location, as you can get around easily with the Hotel as your base!

I stayed here to relax and unwind on my own. From the exterior alone it was exactly my style, and the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the wonderful scent of wood—perfect. Although it’s surrounded by nature, there are shops nearby, so I felt safe and comfortable even traveling solo. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Thank you for your kind and attentive communication by email. I’ll be back.

This was our first overnight stay at Kokori-an. The room had a spacious layout with a Western-style room, a Japanese-style room, and a bed area, and the bedding was very comfortable. We had an in-room bath that we could use anytime, but since check-out was at 10:00, I was a little disappointed—if it had been 11:00 or 12:00, I could have enjoyed one more relaxing soak in the morning. Dinner was a Kaga cuisine course with rich dashi and refined flavors; we were extremely satisfied. Breakfast also offered a good variety of dishes, and both my husband and I enjoyed it very much. My husband rarely gives compliments, but he said, “Let’s come again!” We were able to unwind in the hot spring for the first time in a while, and we are grateful for Kokori-an’s hospitality.

We always use this place for our girls’ get-togethers. We have fun cooking together, soak in the jacuzzi, and enjoy champagne. With three bedrooms, we can relax and get a good rest. We’re also impressed every time by how spotless everything is. We usually stay right up until checkout, and they even took a commemorative photo of us outside on our way out! They also give us a Ryoma Passport as a gift, which we look forward to each time. One request: the shower is ReFa, but the hair dryer is different—so we’d love it if the hair dryer could be ReFa as well. We’ll plan our next stay and would love to come back again.

After staying at Karaku in Gora at the end of last year and loving it, we wanted to visit Karaku in Atami next—and we were able to make it happen this Silver Week! This time, we also invited my father. He was truly moved by the staff’s heartfelt hospitality, the Room, the baths, and every meal. Seeing him relax and enjoy himself so much made me feel like I was able to show a little filial gratitude. My husband and I also loved the lounge—different from Gora—where they grind coffee and carefully prepare each cup, which you can enjoy in your favorite coffee cup. Next time, I definitely want to soak in the open-air bath at sunrise on a clear day, so we will absolutely return! And next time, I think I’d like to have sushi. In any case, everything was wonderful!

The beach was right in front of us, and from the rooftop Onsen pool we had a panoramic view over Karatsu city. We were welcomed with a cake, and there were also sweets in our Room, plus a whole lineup of ice cream before the bath. The breakfast buffet was so plentiful we couldn’t finish it, with an excellent selection of desserts as well. As expected from Chateraise—I wished we could have stayed one more night.

I visited without high expectations, but it was a pleasant surprise. The service, meals, baths, and room were all excellent. If I had to mention one thing, it may not be ideal for those expecting an open-air bath in the large public bath (due to the building’s layout). Next time, I’d like to stay in a different room as well.

We stayed here on our first trip to Tokushima as a family of five. The views, meals, and service were all perfect—an outstanding resort. We were able to stay together in one room and enjoy wonderful family time as a group of five.

This is my favorite Accommodation, and I’ve returned many times. This time, I stayed in the Geihinkan “Hanafuki” Room and was truly soothed by the spacious, luxurious setting. The view of the waterfall flowing right in front of the Room was especially memorable, and I could relax at a leisurely pace while listening to the gentle sound of the river. The double-sink vanity was very convenient, and it was also a great touch that I could step straight from the bedroom to the private open-air Onsen bath in the Room. Being able to enjoy Onsen whenever I like without any hesitation feels wonderfully indulgent. Because the bedroom and dining Room are separate, there’s no need for futon setup or takedown, so I could stay comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire stay. Meals were served in-room, which I loved—hot dishes arrived piping hot, and cold dishes stayed perfectly chilled, letting me enjoy everything at its freshest. The seasonal tableware and menu were delicious and beautifully presented, making each meal something I look forward to every time. The tea prepared during meals was also excellent and truly calming. I also appreciated all the complimentary services—from free drinks in the in-room refrigerator to drinks and ice cream in the lounge. It was especially nice that towels are provided at the large public bath so there’s no need to bring them from your Room. The large public bath itself is very comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. Above all, every staff member offers such warm hospitality and attentive care. Once again, this stay left me feeling deeply refreshed as I enjoyed a comfortable yet luxurious time. It’s an Accommodation that makes me think “I want to come back” every single visit—I truly love it. I will definitely return again.

Both the Room and the staff member who assisted us were wonderful, and we were able to truly relax. As I casually looked out from the Japanese-style Room at the beautiful garden, a large grey heron was resting its wings by the waterfall. It was my first time observing one from so close, and I was thrilled. The thoughtfully prepared cuisine is always delicious, and this time again every dish was deeply impressive. Staying in a detached guesthouse felt perfect just being there, but I went out to make sure not to miss the live music in the lobby—and it turned into another wonderfully romantic moment. As often as time and budget allow, I would love to return again and again to unwind. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

Thank you for your hospitality. I made my Reservation early, and about a month before my stay I received a message from you. You kindly shared information and exchanged messages with me about dinner, the lounge, and more. No other Hotel has ever done this for me, so I truly appreciated it. The view during my stay was of Tokyo Skytree Town, the Room was spacious, and I could fully relax both visually and physically with the comfortable bed, view bath, two sinks, and open outlook. My plan included breakfast and dinner. The dinner in particular had such generous portions that I couldn’t finish it all, and it was delicious with a wonderful atmosphere. Including breakfast, I enjoyed Sizzler again for the first time in a while and was very satisfied. Once again, thank you very much to all the staff who supported me—not only on the day of my stay but even beforehand. I will definitely visit again.

We stayed here to celebrate my husband’s birthday. After letting the hotel know in advance, everyone was so kind, and they even prepared a celebratory card in our room. I was truly happy, and it became a wonderful birthday memory. The room was very clean, and above all, the runway view was amazing. My husband, who loves airplanes, of course enjoyed it, but I also loved spending relaxing time in the room watching planes. Being able to calmly watch aircraft take off and land from so close felt like a real luxury. The bathroom facilities were also easy to use, and having the sink area, toilet, and bath all separated was very comfortable. As I am pregnant, it made the stay especially easy for me as well, and I could rest properly at the hotel. The amenities were well stocked, and I was glad they provided bath salts. The separate pajama set was also convenient, and we could really feel the thoughtful touches that made everything comfortable. The entire hotel was quiet, so we slept well at night. Breakfast had a great variety and tasted delicious—especially fun was being able to make our own zenzai using Eitaro sweet red bean paste. It added a little special feeling to the morning. I think this is a great hotel not only for an overnight stay before or after using Haneda Airport or for aviation fans, but also for anyone who isn’t particularly knowledgeable about planes yet would enjoy relaxing while looking out over the runway. I’m truly glad we chose this hotel for such an important day—my husband’s birthday. Thanks to their warm hospitality, it became a wonderful stay. We would definitely love to visit again.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The entire Hotel was unified in FAUCHON’s signature pink color scheme, beautifully balancing charm with refined luxury. From the moment I stepped into the Hotel, I was surrounded by an exotic atmosphere, as if visiting a luxury Hotel in Paris, and I was able to enjoy a truly special time. At the top-floor restaurant, I also noticed many guests visiting from France, and it was impressive to feel such an international ambiance while staying in Kyoto. Thanks to the beautiful interior, sophisticated space design, and the warm hospitality of all the staff, this stay was once again comfortable and elegant. I would definitely like to stay here again when I visit Kyoto.

Following Kyoto, I also visited Nara. It was a soothing, well-deserved treat for myself. Both dinner and breakfast were served with thoughtful hospitality, and I truly enjoyed the seasonal flavors and local ingredients of Nara. As it was the season for newly harvested rice, I was moved to be able to try the hamo “Honen” soup celebrating a bountiful harvest—thank you so much! The second-floor room was spacious, spotless, and surrounded by a calm atmosphere, allowing me to relax and enjoy a luxurious stay. Outside the semi-open-air bath there were persimmons on the tree, and crows came by which made me feel a little uneasy, so I asked about room types and booked a different room for next time. I’m looking forward to it.

Conveniently located in front of the station with a convenience store on the first floor, a comfortable Room, plenty of amenities, and courteous service—I was very satisfied. The much-talked-about breakfast exceeded my expectations. In addition to Morioka’s three famous noodle dishes, I could also enjoy pho. Everything was delicious. The staff seemed highly capable and managed the dining area smoothly. They also kindly stored my luggage after checkout, which was very helpful.
