AB Hotel Inuyama

When I was looking for a Hotel near Inuyama,I found a nice, affordable Hotel.With breakfast included, you won’t find that price anywhere else.The breakfast was great and I left feeling full.The room was spacious, the interior was clean, and I could relax.It’s also nice that parking is free.It’s close to sightseeing around Inuyama Castle and even Gifu Castle,so I really enjoyed my stay.Thank you very much.

The Hotel is new, clean, and functional—more than sufficient as a Business Hotel. I stayed here as a base for visiting Meiji Mura on a solo trip for the first time in a while. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. Even during a Multiple Night Stay, some breakfast items changed, so I didn’t get bored. Many guests seemed to be staying for work related to architecture or facilities, but there were also solo travelers like me, families, and couples. The staff were very kind and courteous, with wonderful smiles.From Meitetsu Inuyama Station it takes about 15 minutes on foot. Bus service is limited, but the Hotel is right in front of the first stop on the Gifu Bus route from Inuyama Station to Meiji Mura: “Tokihazama.” In the morning I planned to board at Tokihazama when heading to Meiji Mura by Gifu Bus, but I assumed all seats would already be taken at Inuyama Station—so I walked back to Inuyama Station and boarded there instead. That way I got a seat; I don’t think I would have been able to sit if boarding from Tokihazama. I went to Meiji Mura two days in a row and managed to see everything; on the return bus from Meiji Mura, if you get off at Tokihazama Stop, the Hotel is immediately in front of you. However, near the Hotel there are only about a Seven-Eleven convenience store, Yakiniku King (BBQ restaurant), and Starbucks. If you plan on having “Business Hotel drinks,” keep that in mind.I hope this helps travelers who are not driving but using trains/buses—especially solo travelers or those confident in their stamina—and those planning either “Business Hotel drinks” or dinner at Yakiniku King.I stayed here in July when temperatures exceeded 38°C both days.Unrelated to the Hotel: if you try to see all of Meiji Mura thoroughly, it’s probably difficult in one day—depending on how you plan your visit and how interested you are in history.
