    Please provide a luggage rack.

    The Room was bright and nice, and the breakfast was very delicious, but it was disappointing to find a long hair stuck to the face towel at check-in. Also, as mentioned in other Reviews, I would like a luggage rack to be permanently provided rather than available only on request. The Wi-Fi signal was also weak and kept disconnecting even when it connected, so it was unusable.

    The front desk was disappointing.

    I have stayed at various hotels in Naha City, but the front desk here was disappointing. Despite being in Japan, the staff acted like student part-timers. At check-in, the two front desk staff were engrossed in chatting and casually said, "Oh, checking in?" This might be acceptable overseas, but this is Japan and bustling Naha City with its thriving hotel business. When I went back later to retrieve a forgotten item, they kept typing on their PC without even looking up and asked, "Checking in?" before I could explain my purpose. Then they said, "Huh? Are you staying here now?" showing no willingness to listen at all. There are plenty of other accommodations available; with such a front desk experience here, I wouldn't want to return. The facility itself is great—what a waste and disappointment!
