    Although it’s a bit ...

    Although it’s a bit far from the station, it was very convenient for exploring Takayama. Check-out is at 10:00, but you can use the parking lot until 12:00. The property was clean, and the service was casual and friendly. There were many international guests—so many that there seemed to be fewer Japanese guests. In the large public bath, I saw overseas guests with tattoos as well, so it seems their rules differ from those of a traditional Japanese Onsen Ryokan. The washing area has only four stations and feels small for both men and women. Overall, I was satisfied.

    A Hotel located in a historic streetscape

    This Hotel is located in a historic streetscape and is very conveniently situated. We were able to use a nearby restaurant for dinner, and the parking lot was also conveniently located in the adjacent building. In the evening, we enjoyed complimentary sake tasting, beer, and soft drinks in the lobby. We also had the breakfast we had reserved in the lobby. It was a bento made with local Takayama ingredients, but it would have been even better if it had been served warm. There were many international guests, mainly from Europe and North America, and breakfast seemed to accommodate halal and vegetarian options. It was clean, the service was excellent, and overall it was a great Hotel.

    Japanese guests are welcome.

    I stayed at a Hotel in Takayama city for single use. Most of the guests were foreigners, and I didn’t encounter any Japanese people. The staff were also foreigners. There was no TV, but I didn’t feel inconvenienced. The mattress was very comfortable, and I slept well until morning. What I liked the most was the slippers—they were excellent!

    Back in Takayama for the first time in 12 years

    I stayed here during my long-awaited solo trip to Takayama. The Hotel is located just one street behind the old town, and there’s a convenience store right next door—an excellent location. I also enjoyed the sake tasting at the Hotel; it was a great idea, and I even stopped by the brewery of the sake I liked and bought some. It was very relaxing. I only realized after checking in that my Room didn’t have a TV, and personally I would prefer to have one. Breakfast in the morning was beautifully presented and delicious. It became a wonderful travel memory. All of the staff provided excellent service. Thank you very much.

    It was wonderful.

    This was my second stay, and it's one of the hotels I want to repeat. I am completely satisfied with the location, facilities, service, and breakfast. The parking lot is a bit far, but they provide shuttle service, and it's a pleasant walking distance. The staff at the front desk, lounge, and breakfast are all very kind, making it a wonderful hotel. Thank you very much.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    It was very pleasant and comfortable. Especially the Room, it was nice that there was no TV. The bed looked comfortable and I slept very well. It's not luxurious, but I think it's a concept with a good balance. The furniture (table, chair) in the Room was also very nice, perhaps they are local products.

    It's quiet and relax...

    It's quiet and relaxing despite being in the city. The absence of a TV in the room might be evaluated differently depending on the person. In the lounge, you can sample various local sake from Hida, which is very enjoyable for those who love alcohol.

    The best. That's all there is to say.

    At this price range, with these facilities and services... I can't find any word other than "excellent." The room was really good, and the drink service and comfort in the lounge were great. And above all, the response from the staff was wonderful. The consideration for parking (I was on a motorcycle, so this was really appreciated...), consultation on dinner places, handling of luggage, etc., were all very pleasant, and I want to express my gratitude for making it a very good trip. I will definitely use it again.
