  The separate bath and toilet are a great feature.

  However, the room itself is small, and the only place to open a suitcase is on the bed. Additionally, while many recent hotels provide mineral water for the number of guests in the reservation, this hotel did not offer that service. The number of towels provided is too limited—only a bath towel and face towel are available, along with one bath mat. Even after washing hands, you have no choice but to use the face towel to dry them. While I understand efforts towards SDGs... I would appreciate it if at least a hand towel could be provided.

  Customer Service

  I arrived early, but the parking reception, luggage storage, and explanations were excellent. Both check-in and check-out were smooth, and the friendly service was unmatched by other Hotels. I will definitely stay again.
