    Although the buildin...

    Although the building is older overall, it has been renovated and was comfortable to stay in. It was great that amenities were provided, so there was no need to bring our own. Hair irons were also available on a first-come, first-served basis, which was convenient. Even though we checked in late, we were greeted with a smile, which left a very positive impression.

    This was my first time staying here for work.

    I have stayed at KOKO HOTEL in various locations, and this Hotel has several areas that could be improved. - Perhaps because the building is old, noise from other Rooms carries quite loudly. I woke up in the 5 a.m. hour to a sound like someone banging on a desk. - Voices from people walking in the hallway can also be heard inside the Room. - The air conditioning is very strong; I turned it off at night because it was almost too cold. - Breakfast is standard for a Business Hotel, but it was disappointing that there is no service to take coffee back to the Room. Positive points: - After check-in, there are complimentary coffee, tea, and green tea available in front of the front desk. I would like this to be available the next morning as well. - Check-out is at 11:00, which made it easier to get work done.

    The bed is too firm.

    I made a Reservation because the Room photos looked great. The bathroom had been renovated and was fitted with clean, new fixtures, but it was inconvenient that the Room lights could not be dimmed. The power outlets were tucked away behind the TV, so it was hard to find them. The bed was far too firm; I have stayed at many Business Hotels, but this was the first time I have encountered one this hard. Because the floor is green and the slippers are brown, they blended in and I couldn’t easily find my slippers at night.

    Room cleaning...

    The room was not thoroughly cleaned, as there were rice crackers found in front of the refrigerator and the cover under the sink piping was detached.

    Soundproofing may be insufficient.

    I stayed for one night, but due to poor soundproofing with the neighboring Room, it was not a quiet environment and turned out to be a very disappointing stay.
