    Online reservation error

    Due to our mistake, we made a duplicate Reservation and paid double the accommodation fee. It seems it was our error, but we learned that we need to check online bookings carefully. With a phone Reservation, staff might warn you, “Do you really need two Rooms?” However, online Reservations do not provide such reminders.

    Hair in the bathtub.

    There was hair in the bathtub of the room I stayed in. It was not cleaned properly.

    It was comfortable.

    The sink area tends to accumulate water due to its size, which can sometimes result in getting your clothes wet around the waist—this was a bit disappointing. It would be nice to have a few extra towels available. During my two-night stay, I forgot to put out the towel exchange sign, which was unfortunate as well.

    Room: Beds are firm and low. Sheets are crisp and clean. Amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap by KOSE's KNOLL brand. Great fragrance and excellent hair manageability the next morning. Skincare products can be selected from the front desk area, including DHC cleansing oil, lotion, and basic skincare items like moisturizers. Service: Comparable to high-end Hotels in the Tokyu group with excellent hospitality. Bathroom: Standard compact unit bath; clean with no signs of aging. Facility: Iron, pants pressers, and a water dispenser available near the elevator. Breakfast: Exceeds expectations in variety and taste for its price point; includes creative options like sandwich rolls, scones, nozawana rice balls, oyaki dumplings, etc. Overall very satisfied! For late arrivals by car, it may be better not to choose a parking Plan due to nighttime maximum parking fees being applicable instead.

    This was my first time staying here. After checking in, I got on the elevator and pressed the floor button, but it didn’t move. I then remembered to scan my card. At that moment, the elevator doors opened, and a female staff member kindly explained where to scan the card. However, as I was holding other amenities at that time and tried to take out my card, I accidentally dropped a cotton swab. Unfortunately, she did not pick it up for me. Additionally, when I tried to fill the bathtub with water, there was hair in it. As a result, I decided not to use the tub and only took a shower instead. I’ve stayed in Nagano every year but have never experienced something like this before.

    The Hotel offers an excellent location, ensuring safety and ease of use.

    The hotel is located right in front of Nagano Station Zenkoji Exit. The room is compact but perfectly suitable for staying during travel or work. Breakfast had a decent variety, which was nice, though during a Multiple Night Stay, it felt repetitive with the same menu. Security was excellent, allowing for a safe and comfortable stay.

    I had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

    It was my first stay in two years. The location is very convenient, just steps from the station, which gave me extra time for the next day's plans. At check-in, I was offered an upgrade from my initially reserved room, allowing me to relax even more comfortably.

    Visible from the station platform. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it a very convenient location. Personally, I was pleased to find hand cream among the selectable amenities.

    Recommended for solo travelers as well

    I stayed here for a solo trip to visit Togakushi Shrine, Zenkoji Temple, and the Nagano City Art Museum. It was my first time coming to Nagano Station, so I was a bit anxious about the hotel's location and the distance to the bus stop, but I was relieved as soon as I arrived because it was visible from the Zenkoji Exit concourse of the station. The room had a view of the station and the mountains, allowing me to enjoy the travel atmosphere even while in the room. Although there is no large bath or hot spring, the room and linens were very clean, making it a recommended place for solo travelers. I personally felt comfortable using the disposable slippers. The plan included breakfast, and as expected from Tokyu, I felt the spirit of hospitality. The buffet was compact, typical of a business hotel, but even within that framework, they managed to offer a bit of local food and slightly better-than-usual dishes, making for a satisfying breakfast. It was also nice to be able to take coffee back to the room. They held my luggage during sightseeing, allowing me to move around freely. I would like to stay here again when visiting Nagano.
