  That was great.

  The staff were kind and helpful, and the Room was very clean, but the amenities felt too limited. The onigiri provided for lunch at breakfast was delicious, but it was a bit disappointing that the fried items at the morning buffet were cold.

  Beyond Expectations

  I visited for work, so honestly, I didn’t have any expectations. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of everyone, from the front desk staff to those at the 9th-floor restaurant. If I had to point out something, the bathtub felt a bit small and it would be nice if the shower curtain could be improved. Also, it would have been great if there were more varieties of horse-related souvenirs available. I planned to stop by "Michi-no-Eki Thoroughbred Road Niikappu" on my way back but had to cancel as it opened at 10 AM and didn’t fit into my schedule. Although this is not a Hotel I visit often, it became a wonderful memory for me. Thank you very much!

  Not quite...

  The property feels old, which might be unavoidable due to its location. Heating and cooling are inconvenient, and the Room felt dusty. I hope the cleaning can be improved. However, the breakfast buffet was truly excellent—it's worth coming just for that!

  I had a relaxing stay.

  I stayed for a relative's memorial service. The room's facilities were a bit dated but sufficient. Dinner was enjoyed at the hotel's restaurant, where the view of the sea and sunset was stunning. Breakfast was also plentiful at the same restaurant.
