  Compact...

  Reserved a twin room, but there was only one stand for suitcases, and the room itself was very small, leaving no choice but to open the suitcase on the bed. The unit bath was also cramped. For 38,000 yen in a prime Tokyo location? If this price justifies this level of quality, then perhaps it can't be helped. There are more than enough staff at the front desk, so the service is excellent. When I tried to use the bath at 9:55 (it was open until 10:00), I was told I couldn't enter. It seems cleaning takes place from 10:00 to 15:00—does it really require such a long time for cleaning?
