Looking forward to the facility renovation.

The meals were very delicious. However, the air conditioner in the room had a strong unpleasant smell when turned on. Additionally, the room still uses a manual key system (insert and turn type), which has not been updated for seven years. I would appreciate it if the facility could be renovated in this regard. The shuttle service from the hotel to the station costs 200 yen, which is disappointing as it is not free. Moreover, guests are required to prepare exact change in advance, and some mistakenly inserted 500 yen into the bus machine. The bus driver seemed upset about this situation. It feels inconvenient that transportation IC cards are not accepted and there’s no option for change inside the bus—it almost seems like an intentional hassle! I suggest providing more dedicated hotel buses or implementing measures such as collecting bus fees during hotel check-out to improve convenience; otherwise, guests might start choosing other hotels instead.
