  Family of four

  It was about a 1,000-yen taxi ride to Kokusai-dori. Although it’s newly renovated and not yet well-known, it’s a wonderful space. The pool is small, but the nighttime atmosphere and views are impressive—great for a short evening stroll. I definitely recommend using the lounge. Everyone from kids to adults was satisfied, and the staff were very attentive.

  A Resort Hotel close to both Shuri Castle and Kokusai-dori

  One of the few Hotels in Naha City where you can enjoy a resort-like atmosphere. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including Okinawan cuisine, which was a nice touch. The rooms are clean, and instead of bottled mineral water, there is a free-flow water station, which I appreciated. There is also an infinity pool, gym, and lounge, so next time I stay I’d like to take my time and make full use of them.

  We were able to stay...

  We were able to stay at a great rate to celebrate the rebranding. The Terrace Suite was clean, spacious, and very nice. Given the low price, it couldn’t be helped, but the club lounge was always crowded—there were no seats available at times, and it wasn’t relaxing. I have stayed here when it was Novotel as well, so I was disappointed that the lounge hours had been shortened. It also felt like too many rooms were eligible; you may want to review how this is managed.

  No changes.

  Up to July, I thought things might improve after Novotel sold the property to Hewitt, but nothing has changed. The amenities have declined compared to before.

  Best value for money

  I stayed mainly for the lounge. Since it was a renovation anniversary, it felt like an unbeatable value for money. The pool was also nice for a bit of fun. Breakfast was enjoyable with a wide variety of options. When I stayed, there was a distinctive smell at the entrance that was quite strong.

  Conveniently located near both Kokusai-dori and Shuri Castle, with delicious breakfast.

  As the title says, it’s close to both Kokusai-dori and Shuri Castle, and the breakfast is delicious. Having a convenience store inside the Hotel is very convenient, and the laundry facilities are also great for business trips. Next time, I’d like to come with my family and fully enjoy the infinity pool and lounge!

  It felt quite old for a renovated property.

  Unfortunately, the TV’s internet features were not available. The elevator and hallways still felt dated. However, the Room had been renovated and was clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful.
