    A wonderful Kanazawa-style Hotel

    Whenever I visit Kanazawa, I’ve enjoyed afternoon tea several times, and the sweets have always been delicious, so this time I stayed with my mother mainly to enjoy the lounge. First of all, the hospitality was outstanding. All the staff were kind and attentive, and it was a pleasant stay from start to finish. The lounge offered a wide selection of alcoholic drinks, and each cake was truly high quality—refined in flavor, not overly sweet, and all delicious. Personally, my favorite was kohakuto (amber sugar candy), and I was happy to be able to have it at breakfast as well. In the evening there was live violin music, and since most guests were Japanese, everyone had good manners; it was quiet and we enjoyed an elegant time. At breakfast there were Kanazawa specialties such as Hanton rice, jibuni stew, and miso soup with fu (wheat gluten), and the sashimi was fresh and delicious. I stayed on a weekday right after summer vacation ended, but there were still quite a lot of guests—I could really see how popular this Hotel is as well as Kanazawa sightseeing. The only disappointing point was that the shower water pressure was weak, so I couldn’t wash properly. When I come to Kanazawa again, I would like to choose this Hotel to enjoy a special getaway experience and a touch of luxury. Thank you very much.

    The breakfast was excellent.

    The breakfast venue staff were outstanding—truly what you would expect from the Hotel’s flagship team. In particular, the young, tall chef was much friendlier than his appearance suggested, and I really appreciated him sharing lots of information about Kanazawa. The food’s taste and quality were excellent, and I was able to eat to my heart’s content. This is an Accommodation I would like to visit again.

    Wonderful Hotel

    I chose this Hotel for my first trip to Kanazawa because it had great Reviews. It was close to the station and very convenient for getting anywhere. The Hotel itself was lovely, with a beautiful courtyard and interior design. This time I stayed in a suite, and it was compact yet well laid out and easy to use. Amenities were well stocked, and I especially liked the Hotel’s original bath salts—the scent was wonderful. My room included lounge access, so I visited during tea time and cocktail time over two days. The cakes were outstanding, and there was an excellent variety of alcoholic drinks—I was very satisfied. Breakfast also offered a wide selection; although the menu didn’t change, there were so many options that it was hard to decide what to eat. It was such a comfortable Hotel that I almost didn’t want to leave. I would definitely like to stay again when I visit Kanazawa. After my stay, I saw news about the heavy rain in Kanazawa and became worried. I sincerely hope all staff members are safe.

    Delicious breakfast, as always

    Room: There were plenty of tea leaves, coffee, and water provided, which was perfect for our family since we drink tea often. The only downside was the towels—very absorbent, but a bit stiff and felt uncomfortable against the skin. Breakfast buffet: There was a great variety of dishes and I wanted to try more, but I got full and had to skip quite a few. Everything was very delicious. This was our third stay, and we’d love to visit again next time. Thank you very much!

    Enjoy a luxurious 2-night, 3-day stay in Kanazawa on a rainy day at the Hotel.

    My wife and I stayed for two nights over a weekend trip. Unfortunately, it rained, so we couldn’t fully enjoy sightseeing in Kanazawa as planned. However, the time we spent at the Hotel was incredibly comfortable, and thanks to the wonderful lounge and the thoughtful care of all the staff, it turned into a truly satisfying stay. We arrived at the Hotel around noon. Our car was taken care of with valet service, which made it easy for us to head to Omicho Market. We enjoyed rock oysters, Noto beef croquettes, grilled scallop skewers, and more. When we returned to the Hotel around 2:00 p.m., even though it was before check-in time, we were kindly told that our Room was already ready. The Room was spotless and had a calm atmosphere—such a welcome gesture after walking in the rain. What I had been looking forward to most during this stay was the club lounge. We were amazed by how well stocked it was: their famous cakes, sandwiches, a wide selection of drinks, and even Häagen-Dazs ice cream. The evening offerings were also excellent—far beyond what you’d expect from “just a lounge,” and more than enough for us as dinner. We were also excited about breakfast. Although we had to wait a little due to full seating, the food exceeded our expectations. It felt distinctly Kanazawa-like as well, and we were very satisfied. Above all else, what left the strongest impression was the staff’s smiles and hospitality. Throughout our two-night stay, every staff member greeted us with genuine warmth, and their attentive care comforted us again and again. Even when checking out and leaving, there was one last pleasant surprise. When our car was brought to the entrance via valet service, chilled mineral water had been placed in the cup holders. My wife and I were truly touched by such thoughtfulness until the very end. Since we couldn’t do as much sightseeing in Kanazawa due to the rain this time around، our time at this Hotel became an especially memorable part of our trip. When we visit Kanazawa again، we would definitely love to stay here. To all of your staff، thank you very much for an amazing two nights and three days.

    I was satisfied.

    The Room was thoroughly cleaned and very tidy. It’s a bit of a walk from the station, but it offers easy access to the market, Kenrokuen Garden, and Kanazawa Castle. We visited on a weekday to avoid the weekend crowds, but there were still so many tourists—though we were tourists too... Next time, we’d like to come in the off-season! We’re not sure when that is, but we’d love to stay here again.

    This was my best indulgent getaway ever!

    This stay exceeded our expectations in so many ways. The cakes in the lounge were seriously impressive! My wife’s eyes went wide and she asked, “Are we really allowed to eat this??” (lol) The food menu from 5:00 PM was great too. The dinner buffet was filling, with plenty of seasonal seafood unique to Kanazawa. The breakfast buffet also had lots of creative dishes—I went back for more several times. The staff service was excellent, and we’ll definitely be back. It felt special. It would be perfect if there were an Onsen as well. Thank you!

    Solo travel

    My mother in her 70s stayed here for two nights on a solo trip. Her long-awaited first trip to Kanazawa became such a wonderful memory, and I believe that’s because she stayed at this Hotel. Not only was the Room clean and comfortable, but she said all the staff were kind, courteous, and very attentive. When she went for a morning walk to Kenrokuen Garden, a staff member brought her one of the Hotel’s long umbrellas and suggested she take it. The sky was cloudy and it didn’t seem like it would rain yet, but she borrowed it anyway—and within minutes, it started raining. Thanks to the large umbrella they lent her, she was able to stay comfortable without getting too wet! The Room was comfortable in every way—the bathroom facilities and bed were great. She also appreciated the complimentary large bottle of mineral water. Morning and evening newspapers were delivered as well, and she relaxed in the Room reading local Hokuriku papers she doesn’t usually see, resting her tired feet after sightseeing. Next time, I’d love to stay at this Hotel with my mother on a mother-daughter trip!!

    Truly wonderful, as expected.

    We stayed in a twin Room with three people. The extra bed was also a semi-double, and the Room was clean, spacious, and excellent. Breakfast was wonderful as well. The only downside was that the sink area and toilet were in the same space—I would have preferred them to be separate. Also, it would be perfect if there were a large public bath. I would like to stay here again when I visit Kanazawa.

    Since I was in charg...

    Since I was in charge of booking for a girls’ reunion with three of us, I chose this place after reading the Reviews and thinking we could relax in the lounge. We were able to take our time enjoying cake and drinks, and my friends were happy, so I’m glad we stayed here.

    It was an elegant day.

    The connecting Room was a bit small, so we couldn’t all relax together, but it was very clean, and the meals were wonderful and delicious—just as the Reviews said. Omicho Market was also nearby, within walking distance even for me with weak legs, which was a big help. It would have been nice to have an open-air bath, but thank you for a graceful and lovely day.

    It was amazing!

    My spouse and I stayed one night in a Suite Hollywood Twin Room. Since we could have light snacks in the lounge, we skipped dinner and planned to eat out if it wasn’t enough, but my wife overindulged in cake at café time and slowed down—so no eating out as planned! We were already full from the light snacks at cocktail time. The Room was spacious, and we were able to relax in the large bath. We also used valet parking, and when we picked up our car they even gave us two bottles of chilled mineral water—we were truly touched by the staff’s thoughtfulness. It was a wonderful Hotel in every way. We will definitely stay again.

    A Satisfying Accommodation

    This was a repeat stay. We stayed in a connecting room with the Royal Suite, and our family was able to relax very comfortably. The Club Lounge sweets came in many varieties. I wanted to try them all, but the cakes were large and luxurious, and since I don’t eat much, I couldn’t sample many—so that was actually a bit disappointing. It might be nice if you could offer more smaller cakes. Everything tasted delicious. I’ve stayed at many hotels, and I felt the Club Lounge here is especially well equipped. For bathing, we walked about five minutes to Hotel Sanraku Shiratori. The Onsen Facility is old, but my skin felt surprisingly good afterward. On the way back, my body stayed warm; after walking five minutes I even started sweating again. Walking there was also quite fun. I hope you will continue making improvements and keep it up.

    I stayed for one night during the 2026 Golden Week holiday period. The facilities were impressive. The front desk staff were not very helpful. The club lounge had a wide selection, just as described in the Reviews. Breakfast was decent.

    Always satisfied

    The staff are kind and attentive. The space is clean and lovely. The rooms are also spotless, so you can relax and rest well. To be honest, there was a time when I felt the lounge and breakfast offerings had declined a little, but this time they were excellent. Overall, I think this is a very good Hotel in Kanazawa.

    I enjoyed my stay.

    We stayed in a Suite Twin Room in early July on a one-night Plan with breakfast included. Overall, it was a highly satisfying stay, and both my spouse and I were very happy. Since we had lounge access, we visited twice. The lounge was a comfortable size, with good quality and sufficient variety of food, and the staff were professional, making it pleasant to use. If I may offer one request: please separate seating areas for guests who drink alcohol and those who do not. We do not drink and hoped to enjoy the live music in a calm atmosphere, but unfortunately several guests at the next table started drinking together. After some time, it became quite loud—more like an izakaya—and we were very disappointed. Whether it is smoking or drinking, non-smokers and non-drinkers often end up having to be the ones to hold back. It would be appreciated if areas could be clearly separated so everyone can enjoy their time comfortably. It feels like such consideration would be an advantage for the Hotel and make it more appealing to even more guests. If this is improved, we would love to stay again.

    I’m satisfied.

    For our girls’ trip (four of us), we decided to splurge and made a Reservation for a twin suite Room. We also made a Reservation for dinner at Kizahashi. From check-in to check-out, including arranging a taxi, the staff were very courteous and attentive. We used the lounge for afternoon tea, but when we entered, we weren’t sure what to do because it felt like “please help yourselves.” Still, all the desserts and drinks were delicious. Dinner was excellent—not only the food itself, but also the careful explanations from the staff. However, our table was near the entrance, so it didn’t feel very relaxing. We noticed there were other open seats as well. Breakfast had such a wide selection that it was hard to choose. Everything we finally picked was delicious. It was somewhat busy, but dishes were replenished consistently, so there was no issue. We would love to stay here again when we visit Kanazawa.

    Spacious and relaxing

    We stayed here for a 3-day, 2-night trip. Since we chose a Room with a balcony, we relaxed at night sitting on the balcony chairs. The overall atmosphere of the Hotel was great, and although we rented a car during our trip, every time we left the Hotel we were given chilled bottled water, which showed thoughtful attention to detail. Breakfast also offered a wide variety of dishes, and since this is Kanazawa, we especially enjoyed the fish dishes. On the other hand, there are a couple of areas I’d like to see improved: the hallway felt very humid, and although I understand it can happen at a breakfast buffet, our plates were almost cleared away while we were still eating. I would appreciate a bit more consideration. That said, the Hotel’s location, service, overall Facility atmosphere, and quality of the food were excellent, and I would love to stay here again on my next trip to Kanazawa.

    I was really looking forward to it, but…

    A few months ago, I stayed at this Hotel that I had been really looking forward to because of its well-equipped lounge. In the end, I was left feeling a bit disappointed. It’s not that the staff were rude or anything, but it felt like they weren’t very interested in guests—those words fit best for me. The moment I entered the guest Room and opened the door, there was a hair tie on the floor in the entryway. I wondered how it could have been missed, but decided to let it go and headed to the lounge I’d been excited about. The cakes and other items in the lounge were delicious. There were plenty of staff members and they cleared dishes quickly, but when taking away a plate with oden broth on it, they spilled a large amount onto my table from up high. It made a loud splashing sound, so there’s no way they didn’t notice—but all they said was “Please relax and enjoy.” There was no way I could relax in that situation. First I checked whether it had gotten on my bag, and since no one offered anything to wipe it up with, I cleaned it myself using the wet towel that was there. There’s no way they didn’t notice; and if they truly didn’t notice, then I felt like they weren’t paying attention to what was happening around them at all. After taking a short rest in my Room, I planned to go to the bar. It closed at 11:00 PM, so I went after 9:00 PM. The counter area was completely dark and there were no staff behind it, so I ended up asking another staff member nearby whether it was open. Other guests who were still there also asked if it had already closed. I was told it was still open and had a couple of drinks, but I couldn’t tell who to order from. A few staff members away from the counter seemed busy with closing preparations or getting ready for the next day, so it felt hard to speak up. When called over they served me normally enough, but as soon as each drink was made they disappeared again from behind the counter right away—so I felt like ordering more might be bothering them. It wasn’t that their service was clearly bad or anything like that—but personally, I don’t think there would be a next time for me. Omicho Market is nearby and the location is good. This may depend on your own preferences, but if you choose an option with lounge access included you might not be able to eat dinner later. Breakfast tasted average.

    This Hotel offers excellent value for money.

    It’s new, very clean, and beautifully furnished with a luxurious interior. The tea set includes three kinds of tea in cute packaging, plus coffee, and free mineral water is provided. Amenities are thoughtfully stocked throughout. Breakfast was excellent, with local specialties as well. Great value for money—I highly recommend it.

    An excellent lounge program and outstanding hospitality

    Thank you for your hospitality. The lounge program and service are outstanding. The lounge offers an excellent selection of sweets, alcohol, and a wide variety of dishes—everything is genuinely high quality. The calm interior and the staff’s hospitality are superb. There are many international guests, especially from Europe and North America, and the overall atmosphere is very refined. Room amenities are also top-tier, including brands like Bvlgari. If you arrive by car, valet parking is available, and parking is free until 1:00 PM after checkout. It is very conveniently located near Kenrokuen Garden, Higashi Chaya District, and Omicho Market.

    This will likely become my go-to Accommodation in Kanazawa.

    As it’s a flashy property aimed at inbound travelers, the interior decor may be a matter of personal taste, but the Room had a nice, chic feel. Perhaps because I visited on a weekday, both the lounge and breakfast felt high enough in quality that I would have been satisfied even at twice the price. I’ll definitely stay again when I visit Kanazawa.
