Izu Kogen Onsen Hotel Mori no Izumi

I recently stayed at this Accommodation for the first time.\nThere were international staff working on-site, and their service was very polite and welcoming, so I felt at ease even as a first-time guest. Since I was staying with a relative who has some difficulty walking, I checked in advance about stairs; however, there was a small set of steps (about three) without handrails along the route inside the building, which made getting around a bit challenging. I think it would be helpful to have handrails there. I also feel that adding handrails to the open-air bath in the guest room would be beneficial.\nOn the other hand, every meal was delicious and more than enough in quantity—we were very satisfied. The dishes featuring seafood and local ingredients exceeded our expectations, and we were able to enjoy them at a relaxed pace. As our group enjoys drinking, we also appreciated that it was all-inclusive.\nOverall, it was a very satisfying stay, and we were impressed by the attentiveness of all the staff. With a few improvements to the facilities, it would be even more comfortable, but it was a wonderful Accommodation that made us want to visit again.\nThank you very much.

This was our first visit to Atami and Izu, and we stayed at an Accommodation with a private open-air bath in the Room. While the Facility felt a bit dated, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves—the open-air bath in the Room was wonderful, and the meals were delicious.At breakfast, my companion had a slight headache, and the staff noticed even small gestures and kindly checked in on us. The hospitality was excellent. The large public bath at night was quiet enough to feel like we had it all to ourselves, though it was a little scary too (in a funny way).
