Includes Soy Sauce Pressing Experience
I always use NIPPONIA with confidence, knowing it will never disappoint. This time, I was really looking forward to the soy sauce pressing experience! Although we were a bit rushed due to our late arrival, the staff kindly accommodated us so we could participate without any issues. After learning about various backgrounds, we had the experience and then enjoyed tasting fresh soy sauce, which was wonderful. The dinner course offered various approaches to soy sauce and was very satisfying. The next morning, we were guided around the shrine and surrounding areas with insights into local history, allowing us to enjoy places that we might have otherwise passed by unnoticed. Check-out was at 10 AM, which felt a bit hurried, but I would love to visit again in a different season.
