It was highly rated, but...

I visited because of the high reviews, but I couldn't understand what was rated highly. The variety of dishes for the price was not extensive, and good ingredients were wasted by being turned into soup. The final rice dish with dried baby sardines and pickles felt sparse. The vegetables in the Acqua Pazza were too hard to chew. Breakfast, as mentioned in other reviews, consisted mostly of pre-made items. What bothered me most was that during meals, staff wandered around looking sideways and immediately cleared empty plates; they even tried to take away untouched items, which completely ruined the experience for me. I gave up on enjoying alcohol here altogether. Additionally, I was surprised that adding soda water to a shochu drink incurred an extra charge. The toilet in the room had weak water pressure and wouldn't refill immediately after flushing—very inconvenient. As for the bath area, it was slippery enough to make me question whether it had been cleaned properly. The dining area needs improvement—it should have partitions or be designed as a more relaxing space where guests can enjoy their meals comfortably. The sunset view was beautiful though—that's one thing worth mentioning positively.
