Resort Fasting

I stayed for two nights with the fasting plan. I changed into comfortable loungewear in a spacious room and had dinner. It consisted of two glasses of carrot juice, miso soup without ingredients, and pickled plums, but I didn't feel hungry because the juice was plentiful. The next day's menu was almost the same, but you can change the juice to a potage. Potage might be nice during the cold season. The next day it rained, so I spent a relaxing day indoors. Whether it was the detox effect of the carrot juice or the Onsen, my swelling reduced. I felt a little hungry, but since I didn't go out, I was able to refresh myself with herbal tea and by tasting brown sugar. On the last day, I had brown rice porridge and received brown rice balls as a souvenir. When chewed slowly, they had a sweetness and were very delicious. The weather also improved, and I was healed by the view from the balcony. Both my body and internal organs were able to relax. The staff provided pleasant service. I would like to visit again.
