The view from the Ro...
The view from the Room was wonderful. We had a clear view of Lake Ashi and Mt. Fuji. The view from the main building’s Onsen was also great. All the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and provided pleasant service. We would love to stay again.

The overall service ...
The overall service was poor. The dining area felt like a cafeteria. The staff seemed unmotivated, with no smiles. It left me feeling uncomfortable. The meals were especially disappointing.

A girls’ trip for five women.
I finally got to stay at the long-awaited Ryuguden. The Room had large windows that felt very open, and right in front of me I could see the lake and Mt. Fuji—it was incredibly relaxing. The meals were excellent as well. However, it was a little disappointing that the main building’s open-air bath closed at 8:00 p.m.

It was my first stay, and it was excellent.
The room had large windows with a breathtaking view. All the staff were very pleasant, and I especially appreciated the thoughtful, non-manual services provided during check-in and dinner, which truly reflected their hospitality. The Diamond Member benefits were excellent, particularly the late check-out option that allowed for a relaxing stay. It was convenient to use both the day-use onsen and the onsen exclusively for guests. Although the weather wasn't great, I thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing time indulging in onsen experiences. Next time, I hope to visit when the weather is clear to see Mount Fuji from the room.

Relaxing Mother-Daughter Trip
A mother-daughter trip My mother mentioned that this was a Hotel she always wanted to visit. We came here to celebrate her 88th birthday. The Hotel staff were very kind, and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you for creating such wonderful memories for us.

Healing Accommodation
It was my first time staying in the Ashinoko area, and I enjoyed the vast scenery and forest bathing, making it a pleasant stay. With a limited number of guest rooms, the attentive service made me feel truly welcomed. The discounts for Hakone-en and the Shuttle Service to Odawara Station were much appreciated. I also enjoyed both the Onsen in the main building and annex. It would be even better if the amenities had a bit more of a luxurious feel.

Everything is wonderful.
The building, room, service, and meals were all wonderful. If I had to say, it would be perfect if the day-use bathing facility could be improved to close at 8 PM. For example, allowing guests to use it until 11 PM.
