    A clean, compact Hotel with a well-organized layout

    It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast restaurant had an open atrium, giving it a spacious feel, and the food was delicious. The Room was also great with a separate bath and toilet, but it would have been perfect if there had been enough space to walk between the vanity/toilet area and one side of the bed. Maybe that’s difficult due to the building’s layout?

    As expected of this Hotel.

    The location was excellent, and even in the rain we were able to get around the Marunouchi area without getting wet by using the underground passages. The service was polite and kind, and the suitcase we left in the basement before check-in had been properly delivered to our Room. Convenient and thoughtful, with a clean Room—this will likely be our only choice for future stays around Tokyo Station.

    Luxury Business Hotel

    One of the well-known Hotels near Tokyo Station. I had the chance to stay this time. It was a Room with a semi-double bed, but the Room was very small. The bathtub and sink were standard size, but the toilet was right next to the sink with no space at all. The view overlooking Tokyo Station is nice, but the Room felt too cramped to relax and enjoy a leisurely staycation. Despite the price, there were no welcome sweets at all, and the only complimentary drink was bottled water. That also gave an impersonal, unfriendly impression. This time I added an option that included a passport for access to Maruzen’s 3rd floor (free lounge) downstairs, where drinks were complimentary, which helped somewhat. However, Pompadour’s signature apple pie was delicious. Still, it was puzzling that one piece costs 650 yen for takeout, while dining in costs 2,000 yen even though it’s simply served on a plate with just a small amount of ice cream. They say to enjoy it with ice cream because the pie is hot, yet it was served lukewarm. Even though there were many staff members, their work felt underwhelming. The breakfast I had been looking forward to was also truly ordinary—nothing new or distinctive—and there weren’t that many items. They explained that a chef would make omelets upon request, but even after staying in the restaurant for an hour there were no signs of any live cooking starting at all. Overall, despite the convenience of being directly connected to Tokyo Station, it still felt like an upscale Business Hotel rather than a true luxury Hotel experience.

    Everything exceeded expectations.

    Everything we needed was provided, and the stay was comfortable. The service was excellent, and the location is outstanding. It may be unavoidable that weekends are a bit more expensive.

    It was wonderful.

    The Room was spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a separate washing area and bathtub. The amenities were well stocked, and the Japanese breakfast was delicious. It is also conveniently located near the station with excellent access.

    Very good

    This was my first stay. The Hotel is right in front of Tokyo Station. As a wheelchair user, I could move smoothly throughout the Hotel, and the dinner changes monthly; during my stay it featured Spanish cuisine and was very delicious. The Japanese breakfast also used excellent ingredients, and the grilled salmon was outstanding. The barrier-free Hotel and sightseeing around Tokyo Station became wonderful memories.

    An unbeatable location for anything you want to do and anywhere you want to go.

    I stayed here during summer vacation to meet acquaintances in Tokyo. The Hotel is directly connected to the Marunouchi Underground North Exit of Tokyo Station, so there’s no worry at all about getting wet in the rain or getting lost. It’s in the same building as Marunouchi OAZO, and Tokyo Station also has department stores, so there’s absolutely no need to worry about dining or shopping either. If you have time, you can also relax and read at Maruzen, which makes it easy to enjoy a very unhurried way of spending your time. In that sense as well, it’s a Hotel with real value. What’s more, despite this location it’s extremely quiet—just taking the elevator feels like you can switch off instantly from the megacity outside, which is a nice touch. The Room was spacious and comfortable for relaxing, but the Room we stayed in this time had a layout with the bathroom and toilet positioned in the middle of the Room. The person sharing with me was concerned about noise and odors carrying through. They may be a bit sensitive, but it could be something that bothers some guests.

    A calm atmosphere

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. I had long been interested in staying at the Marunouchi Hotel with my daughter and grandchild, and I am truly satisfied that we were finally able to do so. I often use Tokyo Station when returning to my family home, and each time I transfer between private railway lines and the Yamanote Line, I have thought I would like to stay at this highly rated Hotel nearby where I could relax at ease. This time, we stayed after taking a stroll around Takanawa Gateway with my daughter and grandchild. From the attentive care of all the staff to the immaculate floors, guest rooms, and restaurant, I was impressed that such a calm atmosphere could be created in the heart of Tokyo. I would definitely like to stay again. Also, since the lounge was being used by guests enjoying cigars, we had a few drinks at the French restaurant instead. The Moscow Mule was delicious, and gazing at the lights of the surrounding buildings near the station made me feel truly elegant. Thank you very much.

    A very quiet, relaxing Hotel

    This was our first stay as a couple. Even though it’s so close to Tokyo Station, I only knew the name and didn’t realize it was such a lovely Hotel. It was also my first time visiting Maruzen and OAZO. The reception staff were very pleasant, and they promptly delivered a bath chair for us. There are various Plans available, and since I was looking for an eye mask, the complimentary gift was a lucky bonus. Because we made our Reservation early, the room rate felt very reasonable. We’d love to stay again.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    I was able to relax and enjoy a slow, restful stay. The amenities were plentiful and high quality, and even though it was an in-Room bath, the bathing experience was very satisfying. The bath salts and body cream in particular were excellent. I especially loved the body cream—the sweet scent was lovely, and there was plenty of it. I’m giving one point less because once used bath towels started piling up between the bath, toilet, and sink areas, it felt a bit cramped at times—but everything was clean and well maintained. From the guest Room I could look down on Tokyo Station; it’s a one-of-a-kind view, and I found myself watching it for a long time while having coffee. Even on the 14th floor you can hear train noise, so it may not suit those who are sensitive to sound, but personally I didn’t mind. The TV in the Room was also large—great for watching movies. I booked with dinner and breakfast included, both at Pomme d’Adam, and everything was delicious. At dinner I initially felt slightly disappointed to be seated closest to the entrance even though I was dining alone, but then realized there seemed to be a group further inside—meaning this seat was actually the quietest. Thank you for your consideration. Every dish in the full course meal was wonderful; the peach dessert in particular was juicy and outstanding. Since the course menu seems to change by season, I’d love to come back to try dishes from another season as well. The breakfast omelet had perfect doneness too—I couldn’t have been happier. I visited to refresh after summer fatigue, and overall I was extremely satisfied.

    The Japanese-style breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied with each dish. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get a window seat. Next time, I plan to go a little earlier for breakfast.

    It was very good.

    It was a very kind and reassuring Hotel to stay at. I travel every summer and usually stay at slightly upscale Hotels, but this was the best one so far. It’s also close to Tokyo Station and the service is excellent—I’d love to stay again.

    It became a wonderful memory.

    As a wheelchair user, I stayed in a barrier-free Room. It was close to the elevator, and the bathroom had an assisted shower chair, so I could use it with peace of mind. I could feel the care and attention to detail in the various amenities, and I was comfortable throughout my stay. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much!

    Excellent location! A clean Hotel

    I’ve stayed at various Hotels around Tokyo Station, and although this Hotel is directly connected to the station, the room rate was not higher than nearby Hotels—yet my overall satisfaction was very high. The staff at reception and in the breakfast restaurant were all welcoming and pleasant. The Room isn’t large, but it has a big TV and felt comfortable enough to truly relax. The bathroom has a separate washing area and was spotless. With skincare amenities, bath salts, and even a bathrobe provided, I had a very comfortable stay. The smile of the young female staff member at checkout was wonderful! I’d love to stay again.

    Because the weather ...

    Because the weather was unstable due to sudden thunderstorms, I made a last-minute Reservation and stayed at this conveniently located Hotel for the first time. I enjoyed browsing Maruzen on each floor at a relaxed pace and taking a walk through the underground passage toward Yaesu—without worrying about the weather. The Room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was excellent; I especially loved the smoothies and apple pie. Everything felt well organized in a compact space, and the staff were very pleasant. I’d like to stay again.

    Everything was wonderful except for the meals.

    The location, convenience, atmosphere, and comfort are excellent. I had high expectations because breakfast was listed as 4,500 yen, but it wasn’t. I stayed for more than four days, and both the buffet and Japanese set breakfast had the same menu every day, so I quickly got tired of it. The taste wasn’t particularly good either, so it didn’t feel worth the price. If you’re going to pay 4,500 yen for that breakfast, you’d be better off buying something at a convenience store. At 1,500 yen I could say “thank you.” You can probably imagine what kind of breakfast it is from seeing some foreign guests take small portions and leave a lot behind or eat only salad every day, and Japanese guests eating curry every day. My wife really loved the atmosphere and the Facility. The elevator feels like something out of a movie scene. The front desk service is also refined. It was wonderful overall, so we will stay again.

    I stayed here for a concert. Since it was a Moderate Twin, it felt a bit small, but the design was stylish and the Room was comfortable. I liked that the bathroom and toilet were separated by glass. It would have been even better if there had been a chair in the bathroom. The Hotel breakfast buffet also offered a wide variety of dishes on compact tables; there were many kinds of egg dishes, and the Japanese options were well seasoned and delicious. There are plenty of places to eat nearby as well, so I could spend my time without any stress. It’s also a good choice for a change of pace even when you’re not attending an event. One thing I noticed is that although it was a non-smoking Room, it smelled like cigarettes. It may have previously been a smoking Room converted to non-smoking, but since they let me check in an hour early, I didn’t ask to change Rooms.

    I’d like to stay here again.

    It was the first time in a while that I was able to stay at a Hotel that exceeded its price. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, and the shared spaces were clean. The Room is compact but well cleaned, and I had no issues at all with any odors from the towels or pajamas, making it completely stress-free. The Facility was excellent. The location is outstanding, and I would like to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

    During the peak summ...

    During the peak summer heat, the deciding factor for choosing this Hotel was that it is directly connected underground to Tokyo Station. The access, room, and amenities were all excellent, but there were two disappointing points. First, one of the two key cards we received did not work on the door. We happened to be together so we could enter, but it was unsettling to think what might have happened if we had been out separately. (The front desk reissued it immediately.) Second, there seem to be times when many front desk staff are on duty, and on several occasions I saw them standing in a circle chatting among themselves like high school girls during a break. I was surprised to see something I would never encounter at other Hotels in this class.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    Directly connected to the underground shopping area at Tokyo Station, making it very convenient. The Hotel staff were also kind, and I had a comfortable stay.

    Compact yet comfortable

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights, and almost everything I needed was provided, so I had no inconvenience. It would have been even better if there had been a chair in the bathroom. It wasn’t on the station side, but since my stay included a weekend, I wasn’t bothered by views from nearby buildings. The service was friendly and courteous; next time, I plan to stay on the station side.

    There is a lingering odor in the Room.

    In the end, we were moved to a different Room, but the Room we checked into first had an overwhelming cigarette smell soaked into the walls, curtains, carpet, and so on. I couldn’t bring myself to complain right away, so I endured feeling sick for hours before finally calling and asking to change Rooms. I was told that it couldn’t be a cigarette smell because all Rooms have been non-smoking for over 10 years, but the staff member also acknowledged that there was an odor. It’s unacceptable to place guests in a Room like that in the first place. For a Hotel charging a not-cheap Accommodation Fee, I find this very disappointing.

    It was very convenie...

    It was very convenient and close to the station. The bathroom had a separate washing area and was easy to use. The Room was compact but clean and well maintained. With the Plan that included access to the Maruzen Lounge, we were able to relax in the evening while enjoying books and the night view.

    Everyone was kind, and my stay was comfortable.

    The staff were very kind, proactively providing parking information when we asked. The Room was clean, and the towels and bathrobes felt great and made our stay comfortable. We also enjoyed the meals, with a view of Tokyo Station from the window.
