    Excellent hospitality

    The lobby staff provided excellent service, and their hospitality made me want to stay here again.

    The best.

    It was a Hotel that made me feel wonderful. Smiles everywhere you go. Gorgeous everywhere you go. However, the body wash in the bathroom was about one-third used. There was still plenty left, but it made me feel like it had been used by someone before. It feels much fresher when the bottle is filled to the top (if it’s being refilled). The room was very clean, so I enjoyed looking at the night view from the window and relaxing in the bath. The bathrobe and towels were excellent, and the bath salts were also great. Thank you very much.

    Directly connected to the station, with great views from the guest rooms.

    Conveniently connected directly to Sapporo Station, but the entrance is hard to find. I hope the signage will be improved. The view from the room was better than expected. Breakfast was also good, and the staff were kind and attentive, so I would like to stay here again when visiting Sapporo.

    The staff were excellent.

    Following last year, we stayed again this year to celebrate my wife’s birthday. The staff kindly offered their congratulations, and she was truly delighted. We look forward to staying again next year.

    You can choose between a Japanese set meal or a Japanese & Western buffet. Both are delicious. The Japanese set-meal venue has fewer seats, so you may have to wait.

    See you again next year!

    This was my second stay, following last year. Directly connected to Sapporo Station, with Stellar Place and department stores just steps away—I think it has the best location in Sapporo. The breakfast venue and the view from the Room made it feel like a special getaway. Everything at the breakfast buffet was delicious. But what impressed me most was the thoughtful, unobtrusive hospitality and smiles from the bell staff and front desk team. When staying in Sapporo, I can’t imagine choosing any Hotel other than this one. Thank you very much.

    All the staff provided exceptional hospitality.

    After a hectic early morning, I was completely exhausted, and the staff’s thoughtful care truly meant a lot to me. The view from the Room was wonderful as well. The spa also soothed my tired body and helped me relax. I didn’t want to check out. I will definitely stay again. Thank you very much.

    Back in Sapporo after a long time, staying at JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo.

    Back in Sapporo after a while. I stayed at JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo for a three-night Multiple Night Stay, combining it with work. I’ve stayed here several times before, and the location is excellent—ideal for both sightseeing and business. The lobby staff were flawless and handled everything smoothly. I had breakfast, and it was so delicious I ended up eating too much. Accommodation Fees vary by season, but I was very satisfied with the warm hospitality and this Hotel where you can relax comfortably.

    Conveniently located with easy access to transportation and a comfortable stay.

    I always stay here when I visit Sapporo. The Hotel is consistently clean, and the calm color scheme throughout the building makes it easy to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay. We had both breakfast and dinner. For breakfast, we used the buffet. It features a wide variety of Hokkaido ingredients, and the flavors aren’t overly strong. My husband, who loves seafood, was very happy—he ate plenty of both an ikura rice bowl and a seafood rice bowl first thing in the morning! I enjoyed the delicious milk and cheese. The soup curry may be a matter of personal taste, but being able to add as many vegetables as you like made me feel truly satisfied. My top recommendation is the local yakisoba! Dinner was excellent as well, with both Japanese and Western options. In particular, at the Western restaurant you can relax while enjoying views over Sapporo as dusk falls. Please note that a Reservation is required. There are many restaurants around the station, but if you want to dine quietly, I recommend eating at the Hotel. There are many wonderful Hotels out there, but their welcome drink—corn tea—is also truly delicious, so please give it a try! Thank you to all the staff for your hospitality. I’d love to visit again when I’m feeling well! - I didn’t use the large public bath (communal bath), so I rated it 3 stars. The in-Room bath was good except that it’s combined with the toilet.

    It was my first stay in a month.

    Thank you very much for your continued support. This time I was in Memanbetsu for work and mostly just slept, but thanks to the warm hospitality of your staff, I was able to relax and enjoy a restful stay. Thank you very much. I expect my next visit will be next summer. I look forward to staying with you again.

    It was very comfortable.

    I stayed here during my trip to Sapporo. All of the staff provided excellent service. From check-in and check-out, to arranging a taxi, and welcoming us back when we returned to the Hotel. When my husband and I were taking photos in the lobby, a staff member even came over and offered to take one of us together. I felt the service was better than at Hotels that cost much more. Thank you very much. I would love to stay with you again on my next trip to Hokkaido.

    The location and the Facility were excellent.

    I entered Hokkaido without plans to visit Sapporo and stayed around Noboribetsu for two days, but none of the Hotels appealed to me, and I only grew more tired. On a whim, I searched IKYU for the top-rated Hotel and was able to make a Reservation without any issues. The location, the comfort of the Room, and the staff’s attitude were all excellent. Even when heavy rain the next morning forced me to stay in my Room, it didn’t bother me at all. From now on, I’ll start by searching IKYU for both Hotels and restaurants. Thank you.

    It was a comfortable stay!

    I stayed for two nights in an Executive Room. The Room wasn’t very large, but it was practical and easy to use. It was on a high floor, and the moment I opened the curtains I was greeted with a wonderful view. Although the bath required an additional fee, the Onsen in the Hotel was great, and the in-room bath also had a washing area, making it very convenient. For breakfast, I tried both the buffet and Japanese set meal; both were thoughtfully prepared and delicious. The staff were kind as well, and it was a very satisfying stay.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed here last year and had a wonderful experience, so I chose this Accommodation again. It was very comfortable, but if I had to mention one thing, I was disappointed that the salmon roe at the breakfast buffet was smaller (probably trout roe). I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

    Second stay

    Because the location and breakfast were great last time, I stayed here again. The corner Room was spacious, but noise from the window and nearby construction meant I couldn’t relax at all, so I requested a Room change the next day. The new Room had little construction noise and no strange sounds from the window, so I was able to relax. However, for its size there wasn’t a sofa where two people could sit comfortably, and the vanity area was small and not very practical. Also, the refrigerator shelf door didn’t fit properly—it wouldn’t close completely and it was noisy. I’d like to stay again because of the great location, but I might not choose this Room. Breakfast was very delicious.

    A Hotel That Won’t Disappoint

    I always stay at this Accommodation whenever I visit Sapporo. The facilities are excellent, but what impresses me every time is the staff’s professionalism. From the moment you enter the entrance until checkout, the service is flawless. This time I mistakenly lost one of my key cards, and they handled it kindly and efficiently, which was a great help. I could list countless other positives, but above all, it’s clear that everyone is constantly attentive so guests never feel stressed—truly professional. For breakfast, SKY J is my favorite; when I visited in winter, I was also amazed by the view. Also, I send my suitcase by courier every time, and I really appreciate that you pack it in a cardboard box—please continue offering this service. Just one request: if you ever replace the beds in the future, please consider offering firmer mattresses as well. The current mattress feels quite soft and sinks under my body. This is just a personal preference, so please take it as feedback. Thank you again—I look forward to staying with you next time.

    I didn’t get enough sleep.

    We stayed for one night during the summer holidays. The service and hospitality were excellent. We also had the breakfast buffet, which was very good. When we checked in around 4:00 p.m. and entered our Room, we heard what sounded like jumping from the floor above. We assumed it would stop later in the evening, but it continued until around 10:30 p.m. We called the front desk twice and asked them to address it, but it did not improve, so they moved us to another Room. I usually go to bed by 10:00 p.m., so having to pack up and move after 10:30 was very difficult. It was also extremely stressful, and I ended up sleep-deprived. It became a disappointing memory. If children are staying at this Accommodation, guests on the lower floor can be greatly disturbed, so I hope more care will be taken. The noise carries a lot, so I think measures should be implemented—for example, preparing Rooms with thick mats or similar soundproofing solutions.

    Highly rated Hotel

    On our annual trip to Sapporo, we stay here every time. No matter when we visit, we always feel glad we chose this Hotel. The front desk staff and the Room cleaning and maintenance are especially excellent, making our stay very comfortable. This time we used the breakfast buffet throughout our stay, but the menu was exactly the same all three days. It would be better if the menu changed at least every other day.

    It was a first-class Hotel.

    I made a Reservation to sightsee around Sapporo Station. The entrance was accessible from Sapporo Station without getting wet in the rain. Check-in at reception was smooth with no waiting time, and it felt well staffed. I had a Reservation on a high floor, and the view overlooking Sapporo’s skyline was breathtaking. The twin Room was slightly small but more than adequate. The bathtub faucet had a spherical knob, but water seemed to leak and the water level gradually dropped; this may have been due to how I used it. Breakfast was a buffet, and I was very satisfied with both the quality and variety. Compared with other major cities, Sapporo seems to have fewer foreign-owned Hotels, but this Hotel provides first-class service and is a Facility I found thoroughly satisfying. I would like to stay again on another occasion.

    I stayed at this Acc...

    I stayed at this Accommodation to meet friends. From arriving in the lobby through check-in and check-out, the staff’s courteous and pleasant service was truly wonderful, and thanks to them I was able to spend my entire stay comfortably. For dinner, I had the “Tanchou” course. Enjoying a meal with wine while watching Sapporo’s beautiful evening sky shift into the night view was exceptional. After dinner, I finished the night at the “SKY J” bar. When I visit Sapporo again, I would definitely like to stay here.

    Our family stayed for one night on a Plan with breakfast included.

    Because our Room was on the 34th floor, the view was fantastic, and we were able to relax comfortably while enjoying the scenery of Sapporo. The bed was plush and very comfortable, and I was also happy that the hair dryer was a Dyson. I appreciated the thoughtful touches as well, such as bottled water provided in the Room. The staff’s hospitality was excellent, and I was very satisfied with the service. They also stored our luggage after checkout, which allowed us to sightsee around Sapporo hands-free—this was a big help. On the other hand, there were a few areas I would like to see improved. First, considering the Accommodation Fee, I felt the in-room amenities were somewhat lacking. Given JR Tower Hotel Nikko Sapporo’s grade and price range as a Hotel, higher-quality amenities would further enhance overall satisfaction. I was also disappointed that using the large public bath required an additional fee separate from the Accommodation Fee. The opening hours were relatively short as well, which made it difficult to use. Since this is one of the Hotel’s key attractions, I would appreciate it if guests could use it without an extra charge and if hours could be extended. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with plenty of choices, which was great. However, compared with other hotel breakfasts in Hokkaido, the taste did not quite meet my expectations and felt average or slightly underwhelming. One thing that particularly stood out was how loud the background music (BGM) was in the breakfast venue—it felt quite loud for breakfast time. In the morning I prefer a quieter atmosphere to enjoy my meal at a relaxed pace; lowering the volume would make for a calmer experience. The view, bed comfort, Room facilities/equipment (Facility), and staff hospitality were all excellent. However, given this price range (Accommodation Fee), I feel there is room for improvement in amenities; public bath fees/hours; and breakfast quality and venue atmosphere. Overall it is a good Hotel—which is exactly why improving these smaller details would lead to an even more satisfying stay that better matches what you pay for.

    My son and I stayed here together.

    It’s very close to Sapporo Station. They stored our suitcases for us both before check-in and after check-out. It was extremely comfortable, and we were able to fully enjoy our trip to Sapporo. The spa was excellent; guests under 18 are not allowed, so my son couldn’t use it, but it was very quiet, which I appreciated in its own way. The view was fantastic, and we also enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet.

    Directly connected to the station, so it’s very convenient. We joined a day tour, and it was quick to get to the bus meeting point at the station. The spa was great, and shopping was easy too. A truly convenient Hotel.

    Highly recommended—an unbeatable location!

    Although it was before check-in time, the staff confirmed that cleaning had been completed and assisted me with very courteous service. I have stayed at many Hotels in Sapporo, and the direct connection to Sapporo Station made access excellent. I will use it again on future trips to Sapporo. I chose the breakfast buffet, and there was enough space between tables; at that time I could choose my seat, so I was able to dine away from other guests and enjoy a relaxing, delicious breakfast. It was also great that the bathroom had a separate washing area and bathtub. The amenities were well stocked, and since I stayed on a high floor, I could see the scenery of Sapporo—overall, I was very satisfied.

    It became a wonderful summer vacation memory!

    When elementary school summer vacation began, we stayed here during our trip to Hokkaido. Our Room was upgraded to a higher floor than the Plan we had reserved. At check-in, we were offered a cold towel and corn tea, which helped us cool down right away. The front desk staff spoke to us, and my son looked very happy. Thank you for your kind hospitality.
