The meals, Onsen, and service were all excellent. I was able to relax in a clean and comfortable Room after a long time. The staff member who attended to us was very kind and even wrote down recommendations for several farms when I mentioned wanting to buy some fruit to take home. I received wonderful service and am extremely satisfied.
