Overall, it was comfortable and impressive!

I have stayed here several times, and this time as well, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There are three breakfast venues, and although it might depend on the timing or day, I was guided without much waiting even though it was a Saturday morning. Previously at another official hotel, I had to wait for an hour for breakfast on a Saturday in a noisy atmosphere which left me very disappointed. Since then, I avoided using breakfast services; however, here I could enjoy my meal in a calm environment and changed my perception. The pre-check-in service in the morning of the stay allowed me to receive my room key (for entry after 8 PM) and store luggage conveniently. Additionally, being able to check out directly from the room was very convenient. The shuttle bus to Land and Maihama Station was also helpful on a windy and cold day.
