My husband, child (4 years old), and I stayed for three days and two nights with breakfast included (extra charge for the child) for a little over 100,000 yen. I thought the reasonable price was a selling point, so it was quite expensive. At check-in, I requested a child’s toilet seat, and it was brought to our room immediately. I thought the response was quick and good, but it had urine stains on it... I wiped it off quickly with a disinfectant wipe I had, so perhaps it wasn't cleaned after the previous child used it...? It wasn't clean. There were several venues for the breakfast buffet, and I heard the content was the same everywhere, so on the second day, we tried a different venue. Indeed, there was no change in the food, but there was no coffee machine like the one in the first day's venue... I was really looking forward to having a café latte, so it was very disappointing (T_T). The location is very convenient for visiting Disneyland and Maihama Station, but after staying, I felt that it wasn't worth the price overall.
