Disappointing

I stayed at this accommodation when it first opened, and feeling nostalgic, I decided to visit again. I was looking forward to using the pool, but unfortunately, it was under construction and unavailable. I also anticipated staying in a room with a balcony, but the room assigned did not have one. Moreover, the window faced an angle where it felt like neighboring rooms could see inside, leaving no view of the night scenery. I requested a room change at the front desk. The female staff member mentioned that there might be availability and said she would have someone from guest services contact me. Later, a male staff member called my room to inform me that all rooms were fully booked for the day. However, when checking IKYU.com and other booking sites, there appeared to be plenty of availability for that night. To make matters worse, I found what seemed like pills left behind by previous guests in my room—making me feel as though I had been placed in an uncleaned space. Having looked forward to this stay so much only to feel neglected left me heartbroken and brought tears to my eyes.
