Above all, the staff are wonderful.
The friendly and approachable staff were wonderful. We used the club lounge and felt very relaxed. My wife also enjoyed her time there. With the upcoming Expo, it will surely get busier. I hope this Hotel becomes even more delightful. Thank you, we will visit again. Special thanks to everyone at the lounge for taking care of us!
