Thank you for staying with us again.

I am always satisfied with your excellent service (such as arranging taxis). I assume it was just by chance this time, but unfortunately the bathroom had a musty smell. I considered mentioning it, but since it was only the bathroom, I thought it would be fine if I kept the door closed and decided to put up with it. Also, perhaps because I became a Diamond member, I feel like the number of towels and bathrobes has decreased compared to before—am I imagining that? If I am mistaken, I sincerely apologize.
