I think it's a good hotel.

The hotel was more luxurious and clean than I had imagined from the accommodation fee and exterior, with staff present everywhere, ready to assist immediately, making for a generally pleasant stay. I felt it was worth more than the accommodation fee. I appreciated that it didn't take long to adjust the temperature and water pressure of the shower, and plenty of water at a comfortable temperature was available quickly. However, for a hotel of this class, amenities like lotion, cleansing products, and serums are usually provided, but there were none, and the shampoo and body soap were in installed bottles. There was no service to guide us to our room at check-in, which was a bit strange but not particularly dissatisfying. What was slightly unpleasant was when I asked for directions to Misonoza during check-in, the front desk staff seemed annoyed and said they would have the bell staff guide me, calling them over. The bell staff handed a map to the front desk staff saying, "Please," and the front desk staff replied, "I'm alone right now. I'm busy with preparations. Please have the bell staff guide you," to which the bell staff, with a surprised expression, guided me while looking at the map in another location. Witnessing such an exchange, no matter how impressive the facilities are, and even if the staff always smile and use perfect polite language, I felt there was no hospitality. However, not all hotel staff were like this. There were many staff members who exuded hospitality.
