Beyond the pool, there were many thoughtful touches like a ball pit and toys prepared in the guest rooms, ensuring that our child never got bored. Thanks to this, we adults were able to relax and enjoy our time as well. The meals offered a wide variety of delicious options, with

All the staff greeted us with warm smiles and provided attentive service, making our stay incredibly pleasant. The meals were absolutely delicious! From the staff we passed in the hallways to those inspecting the pool and the foreign staff who assisted us at the restaurant, every

The location is right in front of the ocean, and the view from the rooftop is amazing. Even though it’s a business hotel, the amenities were excellent, and the hot spring bath was free-flowing from the source—everything was great. It was May but very hot, and we were able to use

The amenities are also abundant, both in the Room and in the large public bath: DHC face & hand soap, gel lotion, cleansing oil, body & hand milk, milky gel, hair milk; KOSE shampoo, conditioner, and body soap—an exceptionally well-stocked selection. There is also a pool y

The view of the ocean from the Room was excellent. I visited all three bath areas—Ocean and Horizon—and they were all great. It was convenient to check bath availability from the Room and plan accordingly. If I had to point out something, traveling between Ocean and Horizon

It happened to be a day with few guests staying, so dinner was served in a single seating starting at 6:00 PM. I thought it might be crowded instead, but there were no issues and I enjoyed it. I was very satisfied with the creative Japanese set meal, and also with the buffet selection. Thank you.

I had wanted to stay here for a long time. The Room was spacious and very clean, with a great view. The meals were delicious, and since the restaurant is large, even at the buffet there was no congestion when serving food, so we could enjoy our meal at a relaxed pace. The Onsen was wonderful, the Shuttle Service was courteous, and all the staff were kind with excellent hospitality. It’s also great value for money, so we were very satisfied. We would like to make this our regular Accommodation in Atami. Thank you very much.

I visited with friends. I loved the interior, and I was completely satisfied with everything, including the bedroom. The sunrise views from the living room and bedroom were especially amazing, and we had a wonderful start to the day. The sauna was also top-notch, and it was fantastic to be able to look up at the starry sky from the relaxation area. It was also great that we could enjoy it both in the morning and at night. I’d love to come again.

The facility was so well-equipped that we could visit almost empty-handed and still be completely satisfied. Although we were instructed to keep quiet at the pool and jacuzzi due to nearby apartments, which slightly diminished the enjoyment of swimming, the facility itself prov

The pool was honestly too cold in March, so it wasn’t really possible to swim, but I think it would be perfect in summer. I appreciated the discount because of that. The Room, Facility, and stocked supplies were all high quality, and I was very satisfied. The tea and coffee were also delicious. It’s on a hill, so the view was great. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was convenient for buying anything we ran out of.

Facilities & Surroundings There are very few shared Facilities, and the overall layout is compact. There isn’t much to do within walking distance nearby, so it felt difficult to go out without a car. Room The Room isn’t especially spacious, but it has the basic essentials. It feels more like a vacation home than a Hotel, with a noticeable “home-like” atmosphere for better or worse. Some details also feel cost-conscious in design, which may come down to personal preference. Onsen There is only an open-air bath, but it was enough to enjoy during the stay. Service Rather than the polished service you might expect from typical Hotel staff, the operation felt relatively casual. If you’re expecting luxury-Hotel-level professionalism and hospitality, it may feel different from what you imagine. Dining The cuisine is French-inspired and makes good use of local ingredients; overall, everything was delicious. That said, in the latter courses it felt less about premium ingredients themselves and more about creatively finishing dishes with comparatively lower-cost items. Considering the restaurant on its own, my satisfaction level felt around JPY 20,000 per person. Overall Review While the dining was excellent, considering this as “staying as an overnight guest,” I felt the price was somewhat high when factoring in the Room and overall Facilities. On the other hand, if viewed more like usage rights or a membership-style Accommodation rather than a standard Hotel stay, your perspective may differ. Overall, this seems better suited for those who want to enjoy quiet surroundings along with dining and an Onsen experience than for those seeking a distinctly luxurious getaway or highly attentive service.

I stayed here at the end of 2025. This accommodation, carefully crafted by a travel-loving couple, feels like a hidden retreat for adults. As the facility is relatively new, it seems not widely known yet, but every detail—from the room layout and furniture to amenities and lighting—reflects thoughtful design. The spacious and quiet environment made for an incredibly comfortable stay. The open-air bath was particularly outstanding, offering such comfort that I found myself wanting to take multiple dips while enjoying fresh air breaks in between. The sauna is also available, allowing guests to relax privately without worrying about others. Meals are not provided, and while it’s located slightly away from the center of Yugawara, this adds to its charm as a serene escape where you can truly forget daily life and indulge in the luxury of doing nothing in this hidden retreat-like space.
