I was able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay in the Room. All of the staff were very kind, and both the front desk team and housekeeping greeted me politely whenever we passed in the hallways or elevators. I felt this Hotel was welcoming not only because of the Room, but also because of the warm hospitality.

All staff members were courteous and attentive. The meals were thoughtfully prepared with enjoyable touches, and we could even have dessert in the lounge after dinner, which was very refreshing. The bath was a spacious unit bath, and since it can be filled with Onsen water, we were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen in our Room. We would like to stay again.

Our family of three stayed in the ocean-view Room “Mizuwori.” What left the strongest impression was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. From their demeanor during the Shuttle Service to their attentive care with in-room dining, everything was never stiff yet always thoughtful and thorough, making our stay truly comfortable. The Room itself was also wonderful. Recently renovated, it features a modern, refined interior while preserving a Japanese atmosphere. The sofa and massage chair were very comfortable, and above all, being able to view the Great Torii from the Room was exceptional. It’s a Room that truly makes you feel it’s worth staying overnight on Miyajima. The complimentary services are also very well provided. In particular, the rooftop space on the top floor was a lovely place to relax while enjoying views of Miyajima. It was also nice that drinks and ice cream were available free of charge—you can really feel their desire to delight guests. The large public bath was clean and pleasant to use, and at breakfast there was an appropriate amount of space between guests so we could enjoy our meal in a calm setting. Both dinner and breakfast were completely satisfying in both taste and portion size. Dinner especially—being able to enjoy it slowly as a family in our Room—became a wonderful memory from this trip. Above all, what makes Kinsuikan so appealing is its superb location. It is close to Itsukushima Shrine, the Great Torii, and Omotesando Street, allowing you not only to sightsee during the day but also easily enjoy the Great Torii at night when day-trippers have thinned out, as well as quiet Miyajima early the next morning. Cuisine, service, hospitality, and location—everything is balanced at an exceptionally high level here. This Accommodation truly made us feel glad we chose to stay overnight on Miyajima. If we have another chance to visit Miyajima again, we would definitely like to stay here again.

I made a Reservation just two days in advance, and the property was very clean with a calm atmosphere, so I had a comfortable stay. Since it was a one-night stay with No Meals Included, I didn’t use anything other than the Room. I didn’t have much interaction with the staff, but they greeted me politely when I went out, and their bright, friendly manner was very pleasant. The Room was spotless and well stocked with amenities, and I was able to relax quietly. The area is rural and there aren’t any convenience stores nearby, but there are small shops, an Onsen Facility, and restaurants just a short walk away, so even with children we were able to enjoy ourselves 충분に楽しむことができました。 I also got to enjoy Saga’s beautiful nature and cherry blossoms. With great weather as well, it turned into a wonderful trip.

We stayed with our 3-year-old and our 2-month-old baby. We chose this Accommodation because the Room has a private open-air bath, and in-room dining—now quite rare—meant we could relax even with small children. About two days before our stay, we received a confirmation call and were grateful for the details about the Shuttle Service pickup location. When we told them our children’s ages, they kindly said, “We’ll make sure your Room is thoroughly cleaned.” The Facility felt a bit dated, but the Room was very clean. Everyone at the Ryokan wore hakama, which looked wonderful. Since we arrived with children, they guided us to our Room first, and being able to complete check-in in the Room was also a big plus. We were welcomed with matcha tea and warabi mochi, which helped us unwind after traveling. With only eight guest Rooms, it was very quiet throughout our stay—comfortable like having a private villa. They had already laid out futons so our child could lie down anytime, and they spoke warmly to our older child by name—thoughtful service that really stood out. Every in-room dining dish was delicious, especially the fish dishes. The private open-air bath attached to the guest Room had a lovely hinoki aroma. It rained on arrival day, but the next morning we enjoyed a bath while looking out at the sea. There is also a reservable open-air bath on the rooftop; after putting the kids to sleep, my spouse and I took turns using it. We even enjoyed stargazing at night—such a special memory. Thanks to all of their thoughtful care, this became an unforgettable family trip. We would love to stay again when we visit Izu. Thank you very much!

We stayed here as a family. It was conveniently located near the station, making it easy to access Enoshima and Kamakura. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to relax in the Onsen, and the breakfast was delicious. We would love to stay here again.

My mother and I stayed for one night, and we were truly impressed by the Hotel staff’s courteous service from check-in to check-out. The Room was clean and comfortable, so we could relax, and the breakfast buffet offered many unique dishes—all of them were delicious. Thank you as always! This is our fifth stay! We love Sankyu’s sushi for dinner, the Room is spacious and clean, breakfast is delicious, and everything is reasonably priced—we’re very satisfied! We’ll definitely be back again! We also recommend it to everyone at our company!

As a car and racing enthusiast, I love the details of this Hotel. The weather wasn’t great this time, but I was glad I could still see Mt. Fuji from my Room. I always choose the “view assigned by the Hotel,” and you can enjoy it no matter which side you get. This time again, we had dinner at Robata Oyama, and it was delicious—we were very satisfied. I also really like the breakfast.

It was two days full of surprise and inspiration. I only knew it was a museum Hotel, and to be honest, I came mainly for Briance—but it truly felt like an actual museum. Even while exploring the building, the staff kindly provided detailed explanations, which made it even more enjoyable. Every piece is one of a kind, and through the art tour program we also received in-depth commentary. I understood why so many guests return again and again, and it made me want to explore even more myself. The Room was very comfortable and easy to use, the lounge food was delicious, and even though we had dinner at Briance—the original purpose of our visit—we ended up fully enjoying the bar and lounge as well. The wonderful smiles and thoughtful hospitality from all the staff were outstanding, allowing us to spend a truly relaxing holiday. Thank you very much. Needless to say, we thoroughly enjoyed Briance as well.

This was our second stay, and it was truly a wonderful Hotel, just as impressive as the first time. The staff were all very kind, and we were very satisfied with the service at the pool, including bath towels and water! Our 3-year-old also really liked how clean the Room was. The candy we received when leaving was given to our child, but it turned out to be spicy—so we would have been happier if it had been a sweet candy instead.

I stayed here during the summer vacation of 2024. I couldn’t forget how moved I was, so I came back again after two years. The night view of Nagasaki, the excellent service from the staff, the comfort of the Room, and my satisfaction with breakfast, the restaurant, and the lounge—everything was just as wonderful as last time. The five-day Hotel stay flew by, but I felt refreshed both physically and mentally. Next time, maybe I’ll be even more ambitious and stay for seven days. My family and I stayed here to attend a performance at a nearby hall. It’s a little far from Niigata Station, but since we were driving it wasn’t an issue, and the affiliated parking lot was right next door, which was very convenient. The staff frequently checked in with us, and they were kind and helpful with our questions, which made us feel at ease. I especially recommend the breakfast, which offers a great selection of local specialties made with regional ingredients. We could try small portions of many different dishes, and everything was delicious—we were very satisfied. On the day of our stay, we received an upgrade to a more spacious Room, which made it even more relaxing. Thank you very much. This time we stayed for one night for a specific purpose, but there are still many places we’d like to visit and plenty of great food to try, so we hope to return for a longer stay next time.

I made a Reservation the day before my stay after reading the reviews. It was No Meals Included, but the service and atmosphere were great—this was a wonderful Hotel just as described. There is parking, and it’s fairly close to the station, so I recommend it. If I have the chance to visit again, I will definitely stay here. I had a very comfortable 3-day, 2-night stay in a quiet setting. The meals were delicious, and the nightly mini concerts in the lobby were truly relaxing. As I was traveling solo, it wasn’t cheap, but the Facility and the quality of the cuisine more than justified it. If I had to mention one thing, the toilet paper in the Room was thin and a bit inconvenient to use. It was a wonderful and comfortable Hotel that will likely make me want to return again in summer.

On a whim, I made a same-day Reservation and stayed for one night. The Room was spacious, spotless, and wonderful. I also enjoyed the breakfast, including delicious local specialties. The staff were very courteous, and I had a truly comfortable stay. It was my first time in Hakata, and it became a precious memory. I was deeply impressed by the outstanding hospitality. This was our second stay with children. Last time, we stayed after visiting Disney. Located inside Kasai Rinkai Park, it’s perfect for letting kids play. This Plan included breakfast, and the food was excellent—no surprise given it’s part of the Okura group. Dinner wasn’t included in the Plan, but we used the restaurant and it was delicious as well. The large public bath was clean and spacious. There aren’t many Hotels in Tokyo with such a large bath, so it was very relaxing. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially to our child. They also stored our luggage on both check-in and check-out days, and we could rest in the lobby and reorganize our bags, which was a big help while spending time in the park with our child. Thank you very much.

It was a wonderful Room with lovely interior design where you can relax in nature and enjoy the slow passage of time. It also has a small kitchen, and since you can buy vegetables and meat at the on-site market, it seemed possible to cook for yourself in the Room. It’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again.
