I stayed here after hiking Mt. Kisokoma. It’s a warm, family-run Accommodation, and I truly felt welcomed. They also responded kindly and thoroughly to my questions in advance, which I really appreciated. The simmered carp was carefully prepared so I could eat it without worrying about the bones, and I even had seconds of the barley rice—it was delicious. From the Room window, I could see the morning glow over the Southern Alps, and soaking in the Onsen was deeply relaxing. Next time, we’d like to visit during the autumn foliage season for another hike up Mt. Kisokoma—and to come back for the starry sky we didn’t get to see this time. Thank you very much.

I have stayed here several times and am always very satisfied. The staff are all pleasant and excellent.

Although it’s a bit dated, it’s well maintained and clean, the service is good, and considering the convenient location near the station and the price, it offers everything you need. Not everything is perfect, but overall I’d give it full marks.

This was our first stay as three families. The service was excellent, and the meals were luxurious and delicious!! It was also close to the West Pier, so we went for walks there many times. We would definitely like to stay again.

This was my first stay here. The building itself had a charming sense of history, but everything inside was thoroughly cleaned, and the Onsen was incredibly relaxing. At another Onsen Ryokan where I stayed before, I noticed a musty smell in the hallways, so this level of cleanliness alone made me glad I chose this place. There was also coffee service, and it was delicious. There were plenty of restaurants toward the station within walking distance, so we were able to enjoy dinner without any trouble. We had breakfast at the Accommodation, and when I asked where to dispose of empty cans and plastic bottles from the Room, a breakfast staff member kindly took them for us. Their warm words made for a pleasant start to the day along with a great meal. When we checked out, they even took a commemorative photo for us at the entrance—every staff member was wonderful. Next time, I’d like to stay with dinner included. It was an Accommodation we were truly satisfied with.

It was conveniently located near the samurai residence district, with a convenience store and souvenir shops right next door. The entrance is a little hard to find. The Hotel does not have a large public bath, but we were able to use a nearby day-use Onsen at a discounted rate. We also appreciated being able to go again the next morning, and a cute cat welcomed us. There was complimentary coffee and snacks, and the amenities were well stocked.

I stayed for one night on my trip to Hakodate! It was convenient with a streetcar stop nearby. The bath was a bit hot, but it was great. All the staff were kind, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Thank you very much. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed for one night with the No Meals Included plan. My daughter wore a cute yukata that was available to borrow for free, and she was thrilled as we strolled around the Kinosaki Onsen town. After check-in, it’s best to choose your yukata right away! Quantities are limited, so the cute obi and cords may run out. The bath was spacious and relaxing, so we were very satisfied. If we have a chance to visit the area again, we would love to stay here once more.

It was our first family trip in a while, and we were able to relax and enjoy the Onsen. We booked No Meals Included, but the food at the restaurant was very delicious!! Everyone was so kind and attentive, and we really appreciated it. We would love to visit again.

The Accommodation was very clean and well maintained. It felt newer than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Dinner was stylish and delicious, with plenty of great dishes—I’m glad I chose the plan with dinner included. The open-air bath was an Onsen, and it warmed me up comfortably. This is an Accommodation I can recommend, and I’d love to stay again.

Stayed here after an event at PayPay Dome. ◯ Positives: The Room feels like a regular apartment. Suitable for a family of 5 in one Room. There was a washing machine (with detergent and fabric softener), so if you have time, you can do laundry and use the bathroom dryer. ◯ Negatives: There was some mold on the bathroom ceiling. Check-in was unmanned, which caused slight confusion. Despite these minor issues, the price is reasonable, and overall it was a good experience! Would love to stay again if given the chance!

Stayed after visiting Huis Ten Bosch Traveled from Hiroshima by motorcycle. Checked in past midnight, and since there was no parking sign for motorcycles, I parked in a compact car space before proceeding to check-in. When asked, "Are you traveling by car?" I mentioned that I parked my motorcycle in the compact car space. The male staff member responded pleasantly without hesitation, "Oh, that's fine!" Although it was No Meals Included, I had a very comfortable stay. It made me realize how important first impressions are!

Close to the sea and in an excellent location. The Room and unit bath were very clean, making for a comfortable stay. There was also more parking than expected, so it feels reassuring even if you’re traveling by car. There’s a supermarket within walking distance, and a gas station nearby as well, which is convenient. However, if you plan to use local shops or an Onsen, it’s a good idea to have cash on hand. I stayed for two nights and was very satisfied using it as a base for dining out, bathing, and sightseeing. I also felt the value for money was excellent. The breakfast buffet is homemade and thoughtfully prepared with health in mind. There’s a wide variety of items—I was impressed they offer so much. The only downside was that I couldn’t eat much since it was early in the morning. The owner and staff were also very kind and helpful, making the stay pleasant. Overall, I think this is an Accommodation with exceptionally high satisfaction as a Business Hotel.

We went on a family trip with elementary school children in grades 1 and 4. We enjoyed playing basketball or table tennis casually in the gymnasium, jumping on trampolines, and relaxing by reading comics when tired. The paid private family bath with artificial Onsen exceeded our expectations and was very enjoyable. Meals, both breakfast and dinner, were simple to prepare yet satisfying. Overall, both kids and adults had a great time, making this accommodation one we would definitely revisit. Next time, we plan to visit in summer to enjoy the pool!

Thank you for hosting us for one night. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but you kindly stored our luggage and were pleasant and welcoming throughout. The room didn’t feel brand-new, but it was well maintained and comfortably spacious. Both the male and female staff were kind, making our stay very enjoyable. We stayed for 3 nights during our summer vacation trip with our child. It was our first time using smart check-in, and we were worried it might not go smoothly, but it was fine. If we visit Amami again, we’d like to stay here again. It’s conveniently located about a 10-minute drive from the airport, clean, and reasonably priced—overall we were very satisfied. Summary ・The Room was very clean! Since there is no cleaning service for a 3-night stay, we borrowed a floor wiper and cleaned ourselves. ・We watched the night sky from the rooftop. It was around the full moon, so according to locals the sky was bright and the stars weren’t at their best, but it was still beautiful and felt like a special escape. ・Since we didn’t go out at night with our child, it was great that we could watch TVer, Amazon Prime Video, and YouTube in the Room. ・Only a 30-second walk to the beach! We had it all to ourselves and enjoyed it fully. Even starting in the late afternoon was enough time to play, so our child didn’t get bored. It was also convenient to be able to shower before going back into the Room. The sea was so clear that we ended up buying snorkeling gear on short notice. ・There are two washing machines and two dryers. Because it’s a busy season with many guests, it was inconvenient having to wait for others to come pick up their laundry. Especially at night, if your timing is bad they can be in use no matter how many times you check. ・As other Reviewers have mentioned, there are truly very few restaurants nearby. Many places are only open during the day (e.g., until 6:00 PM), so it’s best to plan dinner in advance. The nearest convenience store is also about a 10–15 minute drive away.

We booked this stay because the Reviews were good. The staff were very welcoming, and we felt at ease from check-in. The Room was clean, and above all, the meals were delicious! (However, for guests in their 20s, the portions might feel a bit small...) Personally, I really enjoyed the campfire. The only issue was that there are a lot of stink bugs at night—they fly in constantly while you’re having a BBQ. It’s understandable in such a natural setting, but providing bug spray or hanging insect repellents for tents would make it even more comfortable.

This was my first time staying here. Due to scheduling, I chose the No Meals Included plan, but the owner was very kind (thank you for carefully keeping my forgotten item). The flower bed outside the window was also well maintained, and I had a pleasant stay. Next time, I would like to enjoy a meal made with homegrown vegetables.

Near Fuchu Station, there is a Super Drug Himawari about a 5-minute walk away, where you can buy food and drinks, which is very convenient. I have stayed here every May for the past three years, and it feels like the breakfast side dishes have gradually decreased. Compared with breakfast, dinner is only 100 yen more, yet the dinner bento comes with salad and miso soup and is very filling. Compared to dinner, breakfast feels quite simple.

We stayed here after a day at Greenland. It was great that it’s close to Greenland. It was our first time staying in a container-style Hotel, but it was spacious enough for two people (me and my child). The TV is placed on the table, so when eating, the TV felt a bit too close and was slightly hard to watch, but it wasn’t a big issue. The frozen breakfast was convenient to quickly eat in the Room on a busy morning. The adult had chicken and burdock rice, and the child had beef pilaf—both were delicious! At night, you can hear noise from trucks passing by out front, so light sleepers might be bothered… But once you fall asleep, it’s fine. Since the Rooms aren’t connected to each other, it was helpful not having to worry even if my child got noisy. I’m giving 4 stars because I noticed quite a few stains on the Room walls, but overall it was comfortable. I’d like to stay again.
