I almost don’t want to share this, but I can see how hard everyone at the Hotel is working… Relax on the lovely terrace (it’s cool, and the breeze feels wonderful. Free drinks are a nice bonus, too). Unwind in the Onsen (the open-air bath is inside the building, so it stays pleasantly cool in the shade. The large windows open fully for an airy feel, and you can relax while looking out at the forest). The walkway to the dining area feels like stepping into another world—very inspiring—and of course, the food is delicious. On our way home, we had soft-serve ice cream at Takasu Farmers in Hirugano Kogen. It was great value and incredibly tasty. We also bought some lily flowers to take home. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

This time I stayed for three nights and made a Reservation here after researching various options. It was a charming, classic Hotel. Some parts of the Room felt old, but some items had been updated. Although it was a smoking Room, there was an air purifier, and even though it was a single Room, it felt spacious. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were both excellent. Even though I put my things outside the Room just before going out, the cleaning staff responded quickly—thank you very much. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

It was a tatami Room, so I was able to relax very much!!

Our first family trip in seven years. As the kids have grown up, it has become harder to coordinate schedules for all five of us, so we decided at the end of last year to make time during this summer vacation and planned this trip. We were very satisfied with the Room size, service, and meals—it felt like a shame that one night wasn’t enough to fully enjoy everything. We especially loved the seasoning of the dishes, Shimane-grown Koshihikari rice, and the local sake. We were extremely satisfied. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

Has it been about half a year? I stayed for one night, and there were welcome drinks, including coffee and even wine. I’m happy to see the improved service.\nI will continue to use this Hotel. Thank you.

When I entered, the Room felt like an apartment. It was very clean, and I was surprised to find it also had a kitchen. During my stay, although there were separate time slots for men and women, I could use the Onsen for 150 yen, which I thought was incredibly affordable. If I have the chance to visit again, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to use.

We stayed two nights in a twin Room. We came for Miyazaki food, so we thought we could skip breakfast, but the onigiri were far better than expected (sorry!). The fillings were different each day, very generous, and about the volume of two convenience-store onigiri. The miso soup was also delicious. It was great that they can pack the onigiri to go as well. Since our goal was a gourmet trip around the downtown area, it was just a short walk away. The airport bus stop is also right by the Hotel, so the location was extremely convenient. We were also happy with the extension fee of 1 hour / 1,000 yen. There is only a shower, but the water pressure was strong and there were no issues. The sink area and toilet are separate, which actually made it very practical for two people. The toilet is spacious too, without that cramped feeling typical of business hotels—better than expected. The vanity is wide enough to place makeup items and such. If choosing between a combined bath/toilet unit and this setup, this is definitely better. It may depend on the Room, but ours had a window and high ceilings. We will stay here again next time! Notes: No mini freezer compartment in the refrigerator. No electric kettle. Plenty of outlets. Mini table with chairs. Full-length mirror. It felt larger than the listed square meters. Space for suitcases; storage under the bed. Early check-in not allowed—about 10 minutes early at most. Airport bus stop nearby; one-meter taxi ride from Miyazaki Station; 3–5 minutes’ walk to downtown dining/entertainment areas.

The Facility was very unique and interesting. The room key can be linked with Suica, allowing guest room information to be registered on Suica during check-in (also available with the Suica app on smartphones). From using the elevator to entering the guest room, everything can be completed with Suica on your smartphone, making it extremely convenient.

A smoking Room was available, so I stayed here. The Accommodation was very clean. I was impressed that the ice machine had plenty of containers stocked. When I travel by Shinkansen, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much.

I stayed here for a concert trip. It was very reasonably priced, yet I had a private room, and the separate toilet and bath made it very comfortable. The receptionist was also very friendly and kindly explained everything in detail. I’d definitely like to stay here again!

We stayed here because it was a short drive from the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. We could see the sea from our room, and since the Accommodation is located on the grounds of a shipbuilding company, we were able to tour the shipbuilding process from inside a bus, which was great. The room rate was also affordable and good value.

Tokyu Stay offers in-room laundry facilities, which I always appreciate, and the Gotanda location was particularly excellent. Firstly, it is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. The room features practical shelves, a chair with a backrest as well as a stool, conveniently placed outlets, and ReFa products. Additionally, I requested a taxi during my stay and was impressed when they addressed me by my last name even though we had only met briefly at check-in. I would love to stay here again!

The bath was, of course, outstanding, and since the Hotel is on a hill, the view was great and I could truly relax. The all-inclusive plan was also nice because it felt relatively unhurried (at another Hotel, I once saw people rushing to grab seats the moment it started, which put me off). The food went beyond the ordinary with thoughtful touches, so I enjoyed it with excitement. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, which was very soothing. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The excellent Reviews and the spacious Room were what convinced us to book. For my husband’s celebration, you provided such warm hospitality that he was delighted, and our whole family was truly moved. The property was very clean, all the staff were pleasant (especially at dinner), and we were able to enjoy local dishes—everything was delicious and we were completely satisfied! The night view was beautiful. We would love to stay with you again on another occasion. Thank you very much for your thoughtful kindness.

The Hotel itself was clean, and we were satisfied with the shower and amenities. However, due to the location, there is a nightlife district nearby with many drunk people, and we could hear police car sirens and police announcements, which made us feel uneasy about safety.

The location is excellent—close to the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. However, if it’s your first time, the parking area may be a bit hard to find. Guests who are very particular may feel dissatisfied. The staff were kind and helpful, which was great. I would like to stay here again.

Choosing this Accommodation for a visit to Futami Okitama Shrine was the right decision. The shrine is only a 7–8 minute leisurely walk along the seaside, so I was able to visit twice during my stay. Dinner was very satisfying in both menu and portion size. Since it was served in a private room, I felt completely relaxed. Breakfast was also excellent, especially the overnight-dried pufferfish. From the Room, I enjoyed a wonderful view of the sea stretching out beyond the pine trees. It is a lovely Accommodation founded in the Meiji era and still continuing into the Reiwa era. It was clean, pleasant, and comfortable. All the staff provided very courteous service. However, there was one issue: the cleaning was not thorough, and I found some hair left behind, so I rated the Room a 3. The location is also great, and I would like to stay here again.
