The food was high quality, and the service was excellent. The bath was very relaxing, and the Room was clean. Since we stayed on a weekday, it wasn’t very crowded. We would like to stay again.

It was disappointing that the floor hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly this time; there were bits of lint and other debris. The bed making also felt a little sloppy. Other than that, I was satisfied as usual. I will use your service again.

Perhaps due to the age of the Facility, there was an issue where the drain clogged and wastewater backed up, but they came quickly and handled it promptly. I would like to stay again.

I almost don’t want to share this, but I can see how hard everyone at the Hotel is working… Relax on the lovely terrace (it’s cool, and the breeze feels wonderful. Free drinks are a nice bonus, too). Unwind in the Onsen (the open-air bath is inside the building, so it stays pleasantly cool in the shade. The large windows open fully for an airy feel, and you can relax while looking out at the forest). The walkway to the dining area feels like stepping into another world—very inspiring—and of course, the food is delicious. On our way home, we had soft-serve ice cream at Takasu Farmers in Hirugano Kogen. It was great value and incredibly tasty. We also bought some lily flowers to take home. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

This time I stayed for three nights and made a Reservation here after researching various options. It was a charming, classic Hotel. Some parts of the Room felt old, but some items had been updated. Although it was a smoking Room, there was an air purifier, and even though it was a single Room, it felt spacious. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were both excellent. Even though I put my things outside the Room just before going out, the cleaning staff responded quickly—thank you very much. I would like to stay again if I have the chance. Thank you for a comfortable stay.

It was a tatami Room, so I was able to relax very much!!

Our first family trip in seven years. As the kids have grown up, it has become harder to coordinate schedules for all five of us, so we decided at the end of last year to make time during this summer vacation and planned this trip. We were very satisfied with the Room size, service, and meals—it felt like a shame that one night wasn’t enough to fully enjoy everything. We especially loved the seasoning of the dishes, Shimane-grown Koshihikari rice, and the local sake. We were extremely satisfied. It became a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.

Thanks to an early-booking deal, we were able to stay in a newly renovated Room on the 10th floor, so we enjoyed a luxury Hotel feel at Business Hotel prices. The bed was spacious and there was also a dining table. There were two sinks—one separate vanity and another bowl sink in the unit—which was very convenient for the two of us (my sister and me). For breakfast we chose the Japanese set meal; everything, including the small side dishes, was delicious, and we could relax while looking out over the Shinano River. From how lively the restaurant and lobby were, it felt like a long-established Hotel loved by locals. The only downside is that there are limited spaces in the underground parking lot, and even including outdoor parking it is often used by non-guests as well, so depending on your arrival time you may have trouble finding an available spot.

Has it been about half a year? I stayed for one night, and there were welcome drinks, including coffee and even wine. I’m happy to see the improved service.\nI will continue to use this Hotel. Thank you.

When I entered, the Room felt like an apartment. It was very clean, and I was surprised to find it also had a kitchen. During my stay, although there were separate time slots for men and women, I could use the Onsen for 150 yen, which I thought was incredibly affordable. If I have the chance to visit again, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to use.

The Facility was very unique and interesting. The room key can be linked with Suica, allowing guest room information to be registered on Suica during check-in (also available with the Suica app on smartphones). From using the elevator to entering the guest room, everything can be completed with Suica on your smartphone, making it extremely convenient.

I stayed here for a concert trip. It was very reasonably priced, yet I had a private room, and the separate toilet and bath made it very comfortable. The receptionist was also very friendly and kindly explained everything in detail. I’d definitely like to stay here again!

I was very satisfied with the great value of my stay. Everything was wonderful, and in particular, the open-air bath in the Room was fed directly from the hot spring source. I only noticed after making my Reservation, which made me even happier. The water quality was excellent—my skin felt moisturized and my body stayed warm. We stayed here because it was a short drive from the Kurashiki Bikan Historical Quarter. We could see the sea from our room, and since the Accommodation is located on the grounds of a shipbuilding company, we were able to tour the shipbuilding process from inside a bus, which was great. The room rate was also affordable and good value.

Tokyu Stay offers in-room laundry facilities, which I always appreciate, and the Gotanda location was particularly excellent. Firstly, it is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. The room features practical shelves, a chair with a backrest as well as a stool, conveniently placed outlets, and ReFa products. Additionally, I requested a taxi during my stay and was impressed when they addressed me by my last name even though we had only met briefly at check-in. I would love to stay here again!

We stayed over a three-day weekend and were very satisfied with both the Facility and the service. It turned into a last-minute trip and we made our Reservation on the day of our stay, but this Ryokan was more comfortable than the Accommodation Fee would suggest. Meals: Breakfast featured a wide variety of dishes made with local ingredients. Everything was delicious. Room: The Room was clean and spacious enough for two people. Being able to replace the hand towels was a small touch, but I really appreciated it. Baths: We bathed twice, morning and evening. We were grateful that we could Reserve a private bath by phone before check-in. Every bath was very clean; none were particularly large, but they felt calm and relaxing. Because the shower water was also Onsen water, the water pressure was weak, but it didn’t bother me much. Inside the Accommodation: Every staff member greeted us with a smile whenever we passed by. We also enjoyed how much there was to see—there’s a pond inside, as well as a beautifully maintained courtyard with an ashiyu (footbath). Since I don’t often buy souvenirs at a Ryokan, I’m glad I could purchase cider made at the on-site winery.

The bath was, of course, outstanding, and since the Hotel is on a hill, the view was great and I could truly relax. The all-inclusive plan was also nice because it felt relatively unhurried (at another Hotel, I once saw people rushing to grab seats the moment it started, which put me off). The food went beyond the ordinary with thoughtful touches, so I enjoyed it with excitement. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, which was very soothing. I’d love to stay again.

We stayed here as a family to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The excellent Reviews and the spacious Room were what convinced us to book. For my husband’s celebration, you provided such warm hospitality that he was delighted, and our whole family was truly moved. The property was very clean, all the staff were pleasant (especially at dinner), and we were able to enjoy local dishes—everything was delicious and we were completely satisfied! The night view was beautiful. We would love to stay with you again on another occasion. Thank you very much for your thoughtful kindness.

The location is excellent—close to the station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. However, if it’s your first time, the parking area may be a bit hard to find. Guests who are very particular may feel dissatisfied. The staff were kind and helpful, which was great. I would like to stay here again.
